Ok hear me out. I figured this one out by accident from watching my cousins lay this stuff down as hunters. If you look up deer browse (deer attractant) seed is a lovely combination of daikon radish, turnip greens, broccoli rabe. etc. This stuff is mean to be cast on the ground and then just walk away. These greens grow like weeds with no attention. You can harvest at any stage really and have you seen the price of broccoli rabe?
I have only had luck with rosemary and basil. My kitchen window gets the right amount of sun. I have a wall mounted planter and a window ledge garden. I regrow green onions all the time. I just found your channel and I can’t even properly express how much I love this style of videos. It’s like a fresh breath of air watching something that catches your attention so, so much yet being very calm and relaxing. Please keep up your incredible work. Much love
Same for me. I just discovered your channel a few days ago. Do you have meal preps for the week video? If not could you make one please? Thanks and keep up the good work.
I am loving your videos! The short commentary after each recipe with any substitutions or caveats is perfect. Today’s was perfect timing, as I’ve got an abundance of zucchini and yellow (summer) squash right now. Cheers!
Wow! Yes I agree as the other person stated… what a great description of these videos! Very different spin & they keep me engaged!! He is doing a great job & teaching me great new recipes!!
Your channel is in my top 10 favorites on UA-cam! Great visual style and structure (and of course recipes). Always a treat when one of your videos drops.
What a blessing this channel is . After being vegetarian on off I am so excited to try all these recipes and stick to being vegetarian . The recipes are just so tasty and easy to make not o mention the videos are delightful to the senses . So impressed.

Your voice is calming to listen to and its clear that you are happy and love what you are doing. So excited to see more of what you create!
I was captivated by so many things in watching this video! Scrolling through UA-cam for sweet zucchini breads, etc., I just had to see what a handsome young man of color cooked. Your presentation in this video was so entertaining. First, the way each ingredient is prepared and measured, this background music (which adds to me a dash of mystery…lol), your obvious appreciation of ALL of your recipes, your casual style, and thinking that your Mama did a wonderful job of nurturing your skill in the food preparation arena! Thank you so much.
Thank you for your useful tips along with these yummy, affordable recipes. I've been a vegetarian for 35 years that eats most meals vegan. I love learning new recipes to try.
i gotta say i love the asmr little ingredients going into little tiny bowls before the explanation!! i honestly started treating it like a game "is he gonna pull out flour next? sugar next?" 😂 it's honestly fun! the lentils and marinara in the last recipe i didn't expect haha but i can't help but also think about all those damn dirty dishes!! i could never but i understand the grind for an aesthetically pleasing shot
Zucchini. Nutritionally, it's a vegetable. Botanically, it's a fruit. So there you go, it can be both! I'm dying to try your chocolate Zucchini bread now!!! Gotta go to the store...be right back :)
Zucchini facts. I couldn’t give zucchini away from my garden. I added collard greens to my garden and everyone wants those. I sneak some zucchini with a bunch of the collards. I’m loving your channel. Your thoughts between the recipes are my favorite.
i once had a colleague with too many zucchini plants (and thus zucchinis, later on), she gave all her family, friends and neighbors. then took the rest to work, we all had enough as well, so we as colleagues started giving them to our neighbors, friends and families as well - that's how many she got. i'm moving soon, will definitely grow them myself next year! thanks for this amazing video

That's it, I vote we change "cauliflower" to "white broccoli"! Thanks for the great video. I've already made some zucchini bread from my own recipe, but those zucchini boats look amazing! That will be next!
Oh my goodness, this curry is AMAZING! I just made it and added some chopped enoki mushrooms to bulk it out (big family), served it with rice and it was a huge hit! Will be adding this into regular rotation :)
Being old and growing up poor we used a TON of zucchini, so versatile. One of my favorite things was making faux pineapple with it. We would be the only kids that had "pineapple" chunks in our school lunches in the winter. 😁
@@barbaraparland it's super simple, here's the recipe I use INGREDIENTS: 4 qts cubed or shredded zucchini (16 cups) 46 oz canned unsweetened pineapple juice 1 1/2 cups bottled lemon juice 3 cups sugar Throw everything into a pot and simmer for 20 minutes. Makes about 8 pints of you want to can it. My kids like to throw a diced jalapeño in sometimes.
I am so pumped you posted these! I picked up my CSA farm share today and have 4 really large zucchini. Gonna make that loaf first, cause I was thinking about muffins. Just want to say thanks for saying meal prep for the stuffed zucchini recipe. No one in my family likes zucchini, so I’m gonna make these for my lunches. You save me at least once a week, and I am grateful. There are golden zucchini, BTW. Last thing, last week I made yellow squash tater tots and they were amazing! I’m thinking this week I’ll add some old bay and make them more like crab cakes, cause they had that consistency. Thanks for always bringing us great recipes!

Zucchini has a real neutral flavor. The difference between it and ice is its green, has a little texture (that you cant tell in any of the recipes) and has more nutrients. depending on the recipe, say like the boats, you can sub for bell peppers or something like that.
So nice
