Thanks for the video -- I love the tip on the method to speed up cooking pasta! I have a kettle in my kitchen that you can set to a particular temperature, and I realize I can use it to start my noodles cooking at 180 and cut the time down even shorter!

I ALWAYS make the same few pasta sauces I know my family likes but I am definitely dreaming of some variety and this video might be the answer. The first one is probably what I am making next since I looove roasted red peppers and it actually seems easy - especially with the tips you gave us afterwards!
