Unlike Harper, I like the taste of zucchini, so if it is simply prepared, then I like it best. Sunset Magazine had a technique called "butter steaming" in one of their cook books. Simply put, you melt about 2 teaspoons butter in a pan, add prepped vegetables and toss, then add a tablespoon or two of water and cover - steam until done to your liking. Season and serve.

Fry them in oil, vegetable or olive oil, until a deep deep golden brown on both sides. Lay on paper towels to drain and enjoy. Great hot, warm, or even at room temp. Great summer side dish. But is the LOVE AND HUMOR you share that makes your videos BETTER than ANY of the network cooking shows. In these turbulent times watching your videos always lighten my day. Grazie Mille!
Thanks for your recipes Eva!!! I have had zucchini all my life. As a child my mother would make a pureed soup of zucchini and fresh peas with formaggino. My grandmother would make a dish made with strips of zucchini coated in flour and egg and deep fried and layered with a light marinara sauce, fresh basil and parmigiano like a lasagna that would be eaten at room temperature. I also love pizza bianca with thinly sliced zucchini, potato, onion, oregano and parmigiano.
This truly is quite a spectacularly informative video. 5 recipes in 20-minutes is sheer culinary genius. Brava Eva. And Harper is apparently the luckiest man alive being able to eat these wonderful dishes.

Thank you for all the wonderful recipies with zucchine. My mom used to make italian mashed potatoes using olive oil and zucchine which went really well together and were delicious. Love and blessings from Toronto, Canada
17:51 Oh those are *so* cute! I would NEVER have thought of a zucchini tart. However, pumpkin, which is also a squash, is used to make pie! I definitely want to try this!
My favorite zucchini recipes include zucchini lasagna for a low carb alternative to my original lasagna and my homemade pizza sauce. I jam-pack my pizza sauces with zucchini and blend it up - It is a great way to get extra vegetables in the diets of the picky eaters of my household. I use zucchini is almost EVERYTHING, it is such a versatile vegetable even if you dislike it plain (I also am not a fan of zucchini just on its own)
Love zucchini, we slice it very thinly (into ribbons with a mandolin or julienne/sprialise) and saute with white beans and lemon juice. On it's own as a side dish or you can add pasta for a more substantial meal.
I LOVE THIS!!! We grow Costata Romanesco zucchini AND Zucchino Rampicante on our organic farm. I LOVE zucchini and we never grow enough! Here’s what we make… 1. Dehydrated zucchini chips 2. Zoodles (spiralized zucchini “noodles”) marinara using Eva’s tomato sauce recipe!!! 3. Cream of spinach, zucchini and broccoli soup. 4. Zucchini pickles water bath canned 5. Stuffed zucchini boats 6. Sautéed zucchini, yellow squash, carrots and broccoli with olive oil, garlic and Parmesan 7. Raw vegan PIZZA CRUST (recipe from Raw Advantage channel)!!!!
I love zucchini. Can't get enough of it. I use them in Chinese, Japanese and Korean dishes often. I love them in soups and stews, blanched and mixed with seasonings to be served as cold side dishes in summer (Korean hobak namul), or simply sautéed with soy sauce, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper, finished with a bit of sesame oil. And, of course, I love it with pasta. A simple pasta dish I make consists of sautéed sliced zucchini, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped basil and pine nuts mixed into linguine. These dishes look amazing. I will definitely have to try them out.
Thank you guys for the traditional zucchini recipes. I love Mama Rosa's recipe as I am familiar with a version of it from my mother. I also love batter fried zucchini flowers.
I personally like to keep its simple with sauté or roasted zucchini in olive oil and a bit of garlic. Add whatever else you like to it. I just love your channel!! You two are so cute!! PS I love the classical music playing while Eva is cooking. It's so peaceful!
I grow and can buy many different squash varieties here in south Texas from farmers markets and roadside produce stands. For zucchini I like it the most when it is young and sweet maybe 6 to 8 inches long to harvest. Cut it into 'coins' about twice the thickness as the second recipe, dredge lightly in seasoned flour and then shallow fry in olive oil. Sprinkle with flaky salt and you have a great side dish.
I believe there are two types of zucchini, Dutch and Italian, each with multiple varieties. The fruit of the Dutch type has a spongy core around the seeds, and is the type favoured by supermarkets here in the UK. If these were the only type of zucchini someone had experienced I could totally understand if they didn't like them. Of the Italian varieties I have grown my favourite is definitely the Romanesco, a striped and lightly ridged zucchino from Rome with a nutty flavour.
I was going to say the same! I'm Italian and here in the UK I really struggle finding the striped ones I was used to. The black courgettes are ok to have as a veggie in your pantry when you're bored or lazy, they're really not worth the struggle.
My favorite zucchini (the Lebanese variety not the Italian one, but in all honesty they don't differ that much in taste) dish of all times and probably one my favorite dishes ever is a humble zucchini fritter. In Lebanon, like in several other surrounding countries, we stuff a lot of vegetables with meat and rice, and in the case of zucchini, you are left with a lot of its core content. As we hate waste (at least people were smarter and more frugal about food in the past), they invented a dish with the left over core. The core material is very wet, so it's salted and left to drain, sometimes overnight in the fridge, then it is mixed with eggs, parsley, onions, dried mint, salt, allspice, and a bit of cinnamon. A bit of flour is often added to give the mix some body. Then the fritters are shallow fried and served with yogurt (mixed with cucumber, mint and garlic). For me it is a heavenly combination, and zucchinis are not a filler in this case, because if you swap the vegetable with something else, the flavor and texture change a lot!
I love every episode and thank you for trying to convert those of us who really hate zucchini. Also, Eva's glorious HAIR!!! She is such a beautiful and gifted lady!
@@giraffesinc.2193 Zucchini is the most worthless plant the good Lord created. As soon as I find a use for that wretched vegetable human kind will never eat it again. When we find a way to extract power from it, we'll burn that shit for fuel.
Didn’t know Pasta alla Nerano was a thing and then it popped everywhere in the web. Gave it a go and the nutty but sweet fried zucchini flavor.. oh me oh my. One of the simplest yet best recipes ever ❤
Yum, I'm going to give all of these a try, they all look delish. We really like zucchini sauted with red onions and mushrooms, olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top of mashed potatoes.
I had to search out this video because I realized that in time, Ava's method for partially dehydrating zucchini has really changed the way I use this vegetable. Grateful for the influence!
This was really good, most of what she did I have never seen before but it was quite simple and easy to make. Having only grown up with American version of Italian foods, this show has made be rethink Italian pasta. And cooking.
My favorite zucchini dish? It isn’t Italian, but it’s Argentine. Simple but delicious. Grill a ribeye steak. While that’s grilling, blend together a chimichurri sauce out of some fresh Italian parsley, fresh garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and crushed red pepper. Then toss some sliced zucchini, carrots, and red bell beepers in olive oil and lots of Italian seasoning. Take the steak off the grill and grill the vegetables for just long enough for them to get charred, but still crispy. Serve up and spread the chimichurri sauce over the steak. Wonderful dish I love to make for the summer! And that Italian seasoning and olive oil marinade make the zucchini perfectly flavorful.
I’ve made pasta ala nerano before and it’s great. Thanks for all the rest of these recipes I haven’t heard of before, Im excited to try them. The one zucchini dish I’ve made before that is great is a Palestinian dish called Lib Koosa.
My favourite dish with zucchini is definitely the fried ones. You basically cut them down to circles then bread them and fry them and they are delicious! You can find them in any tavern in greece as they are traditional here.
Great recipes! We like zucchini casserole. It’s an old family recipe made with grated zucchini, saltine cracker crumbs ,eggs, and cheese. With some garlic, salt and pepper.
Probably the "Maria Stuada" dessert received his name beacause of Donizetti's Opera (early XIX century) based on the Schiller's text and/or to homage Maria Malibran (the opera singer who "nailed" the main role in the premiere)... My favorite zucchini recipe: stuffed (with minced meat or chicken or fish and shrimps, mixed with lots of bechamel and cheese)
It's possible that the pastry and the play were just collateral effects of the same cause. There was actually a whole truckload of operas in Italy about or involving Mary, Queen of Scots, but even before those, an Italian play about Mary QOS was popular, as was the Friedrich Schiller play. 19th Century Italians just had a fascination with Stuart and Tudor Britain. Historical fiction is ever popular I guess.
I'm so grateful for this collection of recipes! As an avid gardener and serious home cook with a husband who also hates zucchini, I can't wait to try these out!
I love how Eva doesn't have a lot of unnecessary cooking gadgets. I would have pulled out the mandoline to slice that zucchini, but not Eva because she knows how to do it with a knife. Brava!
Summer is here, so PLEEEEZE show us how to make lemon spaghetti which is supposed to be Italians' favoured meal on scorching hot summer days, PLEEEEZE......
I make spaghetti with zucchini quite often. I also make the potted version with potatoes and onions, tomato. I love this as a side dish with some crusty bread. No I do not add breadcrumbs or cheese. Just a drizzle of olive oil. I have also mixed this with a shorter pasta and then add cheese. You both are so nice.
As a kid I didnt want to try Zucchini that our mother had in her garden. She won me over with Zucchini Bread and her delicious Chocolate Zucchini Bundt Cake that was so moist and didnt need anything else. She eventually added Zucchini to more dishes as we grew up and we loved it. Great episode and enjoyed going down memory lane watching this. Thank you ❤️
I love zucchini. When I have too much or one gets a bit big, I love to slice them in discs, lay them out on a baking sheet, salt& pepper, sprinkle some seasoned bread crumbs & cheese, not forgetting the Parmesan. You just bake them until the cheese melts and the zucchini is still crunchy. Such a lovely quick snack.
I have a question and possibly an idea for an episode….1 do Italians eat their salad after dinner? 2 are the legendary 5 hour dinners really exist?? If yes-than I would love to see you cover it/and how we can do that at home. Love you guys!! What a gift during Covid to tune in
Someone already mentioned stuffed zucchini, but with different ingredients. So I'll share mine! You can stuff it vegetarian style - shredded carrots + zucchini guts + onions. Fry that together on a pan (add tomato paste optionally), stuff the zucchini, and top with your favorite cheese and sour cream, and bake. Another option is beef stuffed - fry the beef with onions and whatever seasoning you like, add tomato paste at the end, and stuff. Top with cheese and sour cream, and bake!
As a lover of zucchini, I need to try all of these recipes! Grew up eating breaded and fried zucchini topped with a light marinara. Something that every southern Italian family seemingly made. My mother’s family always talked about “cucuzza” which I now understand is a type of squash and was used in a dish called “pasta cucuzza e patate.” Always wanted to learn how to make this.
I love Zucchini boats! cut in half, scooped out like a canoe, and mixing the scooped out flesh with mince, tomato sauce, breadcrumbs and cheese and baking in the oven 🤌🏼
Zucchini is one of my favorite vegetables! My Italian Mom used to make the zucchini/potato stew every fall. She added mushrooms and string beans to hers. This is what she called minestrone. Thank you for the video with new things to try!
Fried or in Minestrone. I would call Mama's Rosa's dish, "stewed" zucchini. Looks delish. One of my favorite vegetable dishes' is stewed okra, another vegetable that a lot of people don't like.
Okra Gumbo, served alone or over rice - yum! My youngest daughter loved it so much, but couldn't say "okra gumbo" so for her, it was "oka bongo" All the kids loved seasoned breaded fried eggplant (or zucchini, whichever was ripe at the time)! Thanks for posting these recipes, they all look amazing! 🍆😋
Your videos are not too slow. They are actually therapeutic. I’m watching from southern New Jersey (the garden state), US. I am harvesting lots of vegetables at this time of year. Zucchini recipe will come in handy!
Harper - have you tried putting zucchini slices on a barbeque and grilling them? Zucchini slices grilled on a barbeque taste fantastic and they do not need any oil or much oil to grill. You need to grill the zucchini slices on both sides for the nice grilled effect to taste good. Eggplant taste good grilled the same way. This type of cooking simple cooking at its finest!!!
Loved watching you slice the zucchini by hand with a knife. It brought back memories of my grandmother Vincenza and her brother Al, cooking holiday dinners for us. They were from Calabria and their meals were scrumptious. Uncle Al would know if the meat was done just by poking it with his thumb. I am in love with your channel. I am learning recipes there wasn’t time for them to teach me..Your presentation is very enjoyable. I enjoy both of you - you’re a good combo!
I am a retired chef de cuisine. I really enjoy watching yours videos. I was exposed to a number of these recipes throughout my career. Watching you both make these videos is great! Thank you both!
Zucchini can be used in most recipes you'd typically use pumpkin for; it's not always going to work, but pumpkin pie with zucchini used instead is pretty tasty.
My favorite zucchini recipe is a very simple. Just cut into strips, coat in oil and seasoning of choice and bake in the oven. It makes a great side dish on its own or put some in a sandwich.
Great job Eva, as usual! My favorite zucchini dish is pasta with fried zucchini and ricotta salata. It's a Sicilian dish we make with our Sicilian zucchini, the "white" (light green ones). It is amazing, simple and yet tasting. The ricotta salata (salted) and those sicilian fried zucchini (which are much more sweeter than normal zucchini) are the perfect match to bring joy to the taste buds. For real... I'm gonna make it tomorrow, I'm already craving it!!! Eva, your mama dish is so similar to a pasta my mom makes all the time. She boils the zucchini with some tomato sauce and put pasta in eat, it is creamy and spectacular because we add ricotta salata in it as well. That's my 4 years old favorite pasta dish so the tradition continues!! I don't know if it pretty tipical in Sicily, for sure it has been in our family for more than 65 years
Wow, what a great episode! I have to admit that I love zucchini in all forms, and I can't wait to try some of these. I was also so excited to see the recipe for Spaghetti alla Nerano because on my first trip to Italy years ago, this was the very first dish I ate there! I had no idea what it was called until this video, but that zucchini pasta dish was so delicious that I told people about it for years, lol.
My favorite zucchini recipe to cook is Pasta ala Nerano .. I make it slightly different (nods to my Sicilian family!) but we love it just the same .. Another great video .. thanks guys! ♥♥
These vegetable compilation videos are really useful. I love them! Are you planning on making more? like on carrots, leeks, cabbages, bell peppers, tuscan kale, mushrooms or other veg?
Finally some real Italian cooking, without loads of garlic and cheese and with very few simple ingredients as it really is!!! Great recipes, thanks for sharing.
Thank you for sharing, as always! For a southwest take on zucchini, try the New Mexican dish Calabacitas! Zucchini, corn, and green chile. There are many styles, but it always pleases.
My favorite: A zucchini sliced into rounds, dredged in flour with salt & pepper & then beaten egg & fried. I also have a friend who regularly makes me blueberry zucchini bread. These dishes look great as well. It makes plenty of sense that my Italian ancestors would come up with so many great dishes, That aside, how can anyone not like zucchini? PS: Great music for each of the recipes as well.
Same here favorite is fried , my dad always dredged in flour then dipped in egg wash or buttermilk ; put in mixture of half flour and corn meal, fried till crispy then salt and pepper. Yummy. He also stewed with tomatoes was good .
My favorite way to eat zucchini is with lasagna. When I was on Keto my mom would make a lasagne with zucchini instead of the lasagna pasta. Great substitute for a lot of other pasta dishes too. It can absorb so many flavors
I make a dish we call Pizzagna (Rachel Ray 30 minute meal recipe, basically it is a pot lasagna but you use pizza sauce & your favorite pizza toppings) but with Zucchini instead of noodles. Very yummy!
The ravioli has become a favorite this summer! We love the simplicity and the beauty of the dish. Thank you for sharing! I’ve learned so much from Eva and Harper in such a short time. Oh and I can’t forget, Mama Rosa! I’m so glad I found Pasta Grammar!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Have been making something akin to spaghetti alla nerano without realizing it! So now it has a name. My mom used to make ratatouille (decades before the movie came out), and as a kid I wasn't a fan, but as an adult I love it! She also used to make a great casserole with zucchini, ground beef, mushrooms, onions, shredded cheese and a cream sauce, which I always loved. Not the greatest for a summer meal, but it is delicious. Can I make one suggestion? Maybe in the description you could also list the titles of the music you use during the video? Today's music was particularly lovely, and while I recognize the songs, I don't know their names or composers. That way you could teach me about Italian cuisine AND music!
Really enjoy the videos and music. As you said, sometimes something is familiar but you can't quite place it, so captions help (though they are already adding so much and i imagine these videos take a lot of time to compose already) but we can help each other out where we can. :) During the contorno they use the allegro from Mozart's Eine Kleine Nachtmusik.
I needed this video! I have a bunch of zucchini coming up in the garden and was looking for different recipes as to how to cook it in different ways! Your timing couldn't be better! Thanks!
Ahhhh I just made Eva's zucchini raviolo. It is DELICIOUS! I'm glad I made two because I had a lot of cheese! It ended up being my dinner. EXCELLENT recipe! Thank you, Eva!!
Ciao Eva! Anche da noi, a casa nostra facciamo le zucchine in quasi la stessa maniera, solo senza le patate! I make it the way we ate it when I was young, the way my mom did. Kudos also to Harper! You are a beautiful coppia! Non smettete di fare i video! Portate davvero tanta gioia agli italo-americani come me
Fav Dish: This is going to sound weird, maybe. When I was growing up, the State Fair always had someone selling beer-batter dipped deep fried zucchini with a side of ranch dressing. It was AMAZING!
Mmmmm...anything beer battered and deep fried by someone else at a State Fair is amazing. Have you ever had beer battered/deep fried cheese curds??????
My favorite zucchini dishes: 1. Quickly fry zucchini matchsticks and almond slivers then fold into shaved pecorino 2. Grill zucchini slices, top with toasted pine nuts and shaved pecorino, squeeze of lemon and drizzle of olive oil with torn basil
I love zucchini! there is a recipe called pisto which looks like a bit like Mamma Rosa's recipe. It's like a stew, sort of, made with tomato, zucchini, onion and red/green pepper. It has a lot of variations around Spain though. Sometimes we mix the leftovers with scrambled eggs at home. I also like to have stuffed zucchini with ham and cheese, or just fried with flour and egg.
We make one of my favorite dishes, Zucchini Parmesan, which is made just like Eggplant Parmesan and just as delicious! Sometimes we even make both of them together in each half of the baking dish. "Oh yeah, babe!" - Emeril Lagassé
Maria Stuarda is such a great dessert/tarte. I also love to eat the Zuccata with cheese or just spread on freshly toasted Italian bread. Thanks for another great video 💖💖💖
I absolutely love your channel. You accentuate your individual strengths and create a dynamic duo! A recipe that is worth sharing is a grated zuchinni 'jellyroll'. Fill with an eggplant tomato filling or a meat tomato filling, roll up and bake. Top with cheesy bechamel and freshly grated cheese. Colourful, nutritious and delicious. All the tricolore of the Italian flag.
I eat zucchini in a Korean dish called Doenjang Jjigae. The actual broth is the star of the show, but it really feels incomplete without Zucchini. Ps petition for Eva to try Korean food, especially the spicy ones 😄
Thank you for these lovely recipes! My all-time favorite zucchini dish is very simple. Shred or julienne the zucchini, set aside. Heat butter in frying pan and add sliced almonds, cooking until fragrant and toasted. Add the zucchini and some salt and turn the heat up to high for less than a minute while stirring to combine. Serve immediately, optionally topped with pecorino Romano.
Hello, I don’t even know how lucky I was to have this video pop up for me when I was looking for an eggplant parmigiana recipe but now I can hardly wait to make these recipes. Thank you so much!
I actually add zucchini to my Sunday "gravy". I know it's probably out of bounds even for other Italian Americans but I love a good chunky tomato sauce with lots of veggies.
All of you zucchini lovers out there: what's your favorite zucchini dish?
Zucchini soup is a great way to use a lot in one dish

I love them in soups and stews, blanched and mixed with seasonings to be served as cold side dishes in summer (Korean hobak namul), or simply sautéed with soy sauce, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper, finished with a bit of sesame oil. And, of course, I love it with pasta. A simple pasta dish I make consists of sautéed sliced zucchini, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped basil and pine nuts mixed into linguine.
These dishes look amazing. I will definitely have to try them out.
?Sorry I didn’t type anything.
Love these recipes! I've made the zucchini tarts twice in the past two weeks for my wife. They are so good!! Thanks, Eva and Harper.
Buongiorno Harper and Eva. I love stuffing the zucchini flowers and shallow fry with a light batter. Yummmm
Thanks!
Love zucchini. Frittelle di Zucchini are my favourite; as is zucchini in a frittata.
I love plain, fresh zucchini, sliced in disks, and sautéed in butter and olive oil. I will try all of these recipes eventually. Thanks to you, both!
I made your zucchini with the mint and vinegar. It is so delicious! I’m going to make a big batch for my family. 1:13
Of the Italian varieties I have grown my favourite is definitely the Romanesco, a striped and lightly ridged zucchino from Rome with a nutty flavour.
so good!! the supermarket ones are called zucchine nere in italy
I was going to say the same! I'm Italian and here in the UK I really struggle finding the striped ones I was used to. The black courgettes are ok to have as a veggie in your pantry when you're bored or lazy, they're really not worth the struggle.
@@dianapohe noticed there's zucchini in other dishes too such as her farfalle
In Ireland the closest thing to American zucchini I found are courgette
Good to hear because that is what I am growing this year!
@@Javaman92 should the orange flowers ever bloom, don't you dare throwing them, they are delicious 😍😍 look for "fiori di zucca" recipes
That sounds really good. I 'll try
I love every episode and thank you for trying to convert those of us who really hate zucchini. Also, Eva's glorious HAIR!!! She is such a beautiful and gifted lady!
The operative word here being TRYING.
@@redmr2na LOL, it hasn't happened here, either!
@@giraffesinc.2193 Zucchini is the most worthless plant the good Lord created. As soon as I find a use for that wretched vegetable human kind will never eat it again. When we find a way to extract power from it, we'll burn that shit for fuel.
@@giraffesinc.2193 it's the one plant on this Blue Green Marble that needs to be put in to extinction A.S.A.F.P!

And cooking.
love all the different italian recipes you 2 create, and excellent choice of background music
The music, the Italian accent, the recipes - all divine. Grazie mille!
I’ve made pasta ala nerano before and it’s great. Thanks for all the rest of these recipes I haven’t heard of before, Im excited to try them. The one zucchini dish I’ve made before that is great is a Palestinian dish called Lib Koosa.
And thank you for your incredibly informative BMW vids…you sir have saved me a fortune!
Lib Koosa/Lib el Kousa is Lebanese.
I've got extra zucchini this season and came here for ideas ... Got very interested in the vinegar minty one, definitely going to try it! Thank you!
Brava!
Nothing wrong with mandolins though. I have one. It so useful.
I adore zucchini and they are extremely versatile!!!
Summer is here, so PLEEEEZE show us how to make lemon spaghetti which is supposed to be Italians' favoured meal on scorching hot summer days, PLEEEEZE......
The UA-cam channel Vincenzo’s plate has a recipe for pasta al limone and it’s delicious.
Thank you!!!!!
One of the best produced culinary sites ! Quick tempo , engaging, clearly filmed , inviting! Lovely work!
Obviously cooking is Eva's cup of tea, complimenti Eva. Sei fantastica
More Momma Rosa recipes please! That looks soo good!
I have a question and possibly an idea for an episode….1 do Italians eat their salad after dinner? 2 are the legendary 5 hour dinners really exist?? If yes-than I would love to see you cover it/and how we can do that at home. Love you guys!! What a gift during Covid to tune in
I love zucchini but I think I will love them even more after trying these in my kitchen. This was amazing as always.
As a Chef and a lover of all things Italian. You two make me so Happy!
I love Zucchini boats! cut in half, scooped out like a canoe, and mixing the scooped out flesh with mince, tomato sauce, breadcrumbs and cheese and baking in the oven 🤌🏼
go for a marrow.
I liked stewed okra & tomatoes. :)
@Rodrigo Santos Valeriano I don't know a thing about Brazilian food but I imagine it's probably wonderful.
Okra Gumbo, served alone or over rice - yum!
My youngest daughter loved it so much, but couldn't say "okra gumbo" so for her, it was "oka bongo"
All the kids loved seasoned breaded fried eggplant (or zucchini, whichever was ripe at the time)!
That sounds really good!
I don’t think I love to watch any cooking videos more than from Pasta Grammer. Aaahhhh lovely
My favorite: A zucchini sliced into rounds, dredged in flour with salt & pepper & then beaten egg & fried. I also have a friend who regularly makes me blueberry zucchini bread.
These dishes look great as well. It makes plenty of sense that my Italian ancestors would come up with so many great dishes,
That aside, how can anyone not like zucchini?
PS: Great music for each of the recipes as well.
Blueberry zucchini bread sounds incredible. Wow.
Same here favorite is fried , my dad always dredged in flour then dipped in egg wash or buttermilk ; put in mixture of half flour and corn meal, fried till crispy then salt and pepper. Yummy. He also stewed with tomatoes was good .
Delicious- but lots of work
Wow Eva is such a sweet person! Charming, genuine and clever. I love your channel, you guys.
Very yummy!
that's one step towards moussaka
I think it was Ode to Joy...and I hope someone corrects me if I'm wrong.
The last one, during the dulce, was Pachebel's canon in D.
@@rachaelbarr3735 Ah yes, thank you!
@@rachaelbarr3735 Ah, yes, I love it so.
It was AMAZING!
like fried pickles!
Mmmmm...anything beer battered and deep fried by someone else at a State Fair is amazing. Have you ever had beer battered/deep fried cheese curds??????
Thank you Eva , I will be making all of these wonderful dishes. Thank you for sharing.
Ciao! Potete girare un video del panorama fuori dalla vostra casa in US? Sembra meraviglioso.
My favorite zucchini dishes:
1. Quickly fry zucchini matchsticks and almond slivers then fold into shaved pecorino
I love this type of video! Showcases the versatility of veggies!
We make one of my favorite dishes, Zucchini Parmesan, which is made just like Eggplant Parmesan and just as delicious! Sometimes we even make both of them together in each half of the baking dish. "Oh yeah, babe!" - Emeril Lagassé
You guys Are great! Love the recipes and the video editing, the food looks great and I could listen to her talk all day.
I'm impressed that you have a vegetable garden in southern Arizona given the soil challenges.
I eat zucchini in a Korean dish called Doenjang Jjigae. The actual broth is the star of the show, but it really feels incomplete without Zucchini.
Ps petition for Eva to try Korean food, especially the spicy ones 😄
In their LA video she tries KBBQ!
Her hair.....I can't stand it. So jealous....Gorgeeous...frigging beautiful...
While not a pasta fan, you my friends have earned yourself a bookmark! Zuch's coming out of my ears!
