- Cyberpunk 2077 was one of the most hyped video games of the last decade and it's launch has been utterly catastrophic. It pains me to make this video, it truly does. But somebody has to show just how glitchy and bug-ridden this mess is. I still enjoy the game, but before I can even think about reviewing it, this video needs to be made. And I have to show you just how many glitches are in this game.

Funnily enough, New Vegas was absolutely broken at launch. Like glitches that could make the game completely unplayable. if you have an old copy of New Vegas, delete the updates and play the 1.0 version and it was far worse than CP 2077 is, at least on PC so far

I really hate when people defend the games performance on last gen with the whole "what did you expect, it's a next gen game playing on 7 year old hardware" like, yeah excuse me for expecting the game I paid $60 for to work
This argument only comes from people who played it through on some gtx 1060 on low settings with horrible bugs but they believe the game miraclously looks and plays better on a better hardware. It does not. I do have a $3000 PC and I say that this game plays even worse. Most of the graphical issues only multiply when you play this game on ultra settings. RTX is just horrible and annihilates the perfomance. Glitchy lightning, shimmering textures - all of that gets even worse when you play the game on better hardware. You can't defend this game. You can only straight up lie about it

I just don't get why people think that "last gen" consoles are absolutely crap. it's like nah you could run Skyrim on a console gen before that and Skyrim does alot more than this game does.
@@KeksimusMaximus I've heard a lot of people say the bugs weren't that bad, or they hardly encountered them, and all I can ask is "how?" It ran "best" on PC at launch, but it was still horrifically broken. Only people who have played a year after release with a ton of day late and dollar short hotfixes and patches because of the anime could claim it isn't horrifically broken.
Honestly I think most the budget went towards ads, paying off critics to lie about it (looking at you yongyea), and having bots and shills astroturf comments online.

Luckily Act doesn't goo into the story much, and when he did start talking about it I just paused, left the comment and left.

And they just didn’t know what to do , they freaked out, and they succumbed to the whims of the harassers. And we are now all seeing the results of that incredible cowardice . Best of all, this entire debacle is due to the replacement of the all white, all male original CDPR team with a mixed sex, mixed race crud posse, which included many anal enthusiasts .
I got a $60 refund and bought horizon zero dawn and dark souls. These two games are more polished than a AAA $60 game.

In Online, you hit the UD and Lester says “It hasn’t been hit yet” which means its acting like it still takes place 6 months before.

If the AI sits on the air, that is a bug, but them walking like idiots, only being able to duck and poping out of existence, that is just how they were programed
@@XxRubenYoxX The AIs walking around like idiots is mostly because of the fact that this game was rushed because CD project wanted to get a quick buck by selling cyberpunk during Christmas to get the Christmas sales. They only did it because cd project thought it was in a “good enough” state to be playable. So in other words, if cd project actually put the time and investment into this game, it would have actually been good.

The game was supposed to be way bigger but they went on cutting spree. To make this game worthy challenger of gta5 they would need at least 2 more years. Thats what devs were saying.

As someone who had 0 interest in the game I played through up until the title sequence with (surprisingly) very few graphical glitches. I absolutely disliked the core gameplay and design. Then I ran into actual game breaking glitches and noped on outta there.

My two favourite bugs I've had so far:
1. Misty was reading my tarot cards and was putting invisible cards on the table.
2. Security spawned inside an elevator while I was leaving the apartment stealing Kerry's guitar
3. The fling back window during Panam's quest

Instead of delaying it 3 times, they should've delayed it once to 2021

They worked on the witcher and had about 4-ish years to master the game, code everything, and write a perfect storyline as well as enlist voice actors such as keanu reeves and render EVERYTHING. This was a massive game, don't blame them.
I can't praise developers for making a crappy product and than releasing it knowing it's crap just so they can make it better later and still take your money there double dipping

Under the glitches is a good story the side missions could be better n there should be more but the story’s acc good I played through the glitches in December and I’m replaying now it’s a good game

The trend of making trailers and cutscenes infinitely better looking than the game, teasing stories, moments and features that never appear, should come to and end. Everything made it seem like playing this game would be like immersing yourself in the highest quality movie-like experience with unprecedented physics visuals & graphics. watching all these videos it looks and plays worse than most games that have been released in the last decade, good lord. I can’t imagine being hyped for 8 years and then sitting down to play this. Goes to show why game development should never be rushed for holiday-sales deadlines or any other reason
What makes this even worse is by CD Projekt Red delaying the game twice, they gave people the expectation of "Well, it sucks the game is delayed, but at least the bugs will be worked out." Being more forthcoming throughout the development process and not sweeping issues under the rug would have been much better for their reputation in the long run.
Looks? On pc it’s a gorgeous game. No denying it, There are UA-cam videos comparing the E3 reveal graphics vs actual gameplay and MOST of the time it looks much sharper and better in the release version (on pc obviously) on console this game is absolute shit 😔

actually doing comparisons from the 2018 gameplay trailer the graphics were improved and they had told ppl some features won't be in the game and were pretty straight forward not only that it's still a very immersive experience I'm playing it on ps4 and I am upset that on the previous generation consoles it looks like garbage but the game itself is fun the story interesting and I haven't dealt with any serious game breaking bugs so yeah I'm slightly annoyed at most being someone who's waited so long
Graphics don't count for much when the game is so lifeless that it's feeding a pack of ghouls.

The problem is that so many people serioulsy accept such a game. They say: "Ooh, okay, after they brought out 500 patches and updates and killed all the bugs in the next 2 years I will be okay with the game." Besiedes all the problems that have nothing to do with the bugs this is a total no-go. This game is crap, it´s broken, it´s a total catastrophe. Every player should get a complete refund. And it´s not only the christmas time that the game was released this years. It´s the fact that the game is basing on the Pen & Paper game Cyberpunk2020!
I pre ordered this game but after passing the main story (23hours just about), I'm definitely won't be touching this game again. At least not any time soon.

@@Walamonga1313 I recall the first presentation back in 2012 where the guy on stage said: "We are gonna make a Cyberpunk game. No, it will not be A Cyberpunk game, it will be THE Cyberpunk game." And over the last 8 year they were announcing and announcing and announcing all the revolutionary stuff that would make our jaws drop. And in the end, what did we got? An amateurish programmed game with non existing A.I. and content that is below average and decorated with a lot of bugs and glitches. Shame on those people and shame on people that are still buying this game!

I actually didn’t get any bugs other than a couple weird physics ragdoll glitches and the occasional inability to pick up loot. I wouldn’t have known how bad the general release was if not for UA-cam and social media.

Same goes for the part where after you get into a car, another car crashes into you and the offending driver has the nerve to insult you for a crash that HE caused.
Yeah they don’t really need to fix this, just need to make it looks prettier and we are set. Like the T-posing could just be the way people greet eachother in 2077. And we have been teasing flying car before the 2000s, it’s 2077, cars should be flying at this point already.

There is many cut content due to rush release aswell.
Even without bugs, cyberpunk will be the only mediocre game with great visuals. Your choices don't matter (same ending), they "next level ai" can't even compare to GTA SA. The story is very bland.
playing it on ps4 made me feel like i have a shitty console..then i played Horizon Zero Dawn, God of War..im alright again.
It sucks that this game really could of been something truly special but instead ended up like this. They just needed to take more time. This is why I am fine with companies delaying games to ensure they have a healthy launch. Hoping Halo Infinite launches perfectly...

It's been a year and it's still a blazing dumpster fire. Someone took ALL the funds and jumped on a private yacht for parts unknown.
I love that many of these glitches are still very much in the game, albeit less common. The not being able to toggle crouch in a cutscene is still really annoying.
They should have slapped "Early Access" on it, blamed Covid and everything would have been fine.

It's really baffling to me when people make claims that this game without glitches could be one of the greatest game of all time...like whut?
Glitch aside...the story is below average...most characters are bad...the main character is boring and don't get me started to the crap dialogues.
The game mechanics themselves are just hanging on by a thread even though it is has a ahallow exterior to begin with. So much false promises, cut content.
This game is an average game sans glitches...above average at most...not one of the greatest game of all time.
Deus ex mankind divided was 10 times the cyberpunk game than this crap.
Plot twist: people actually bought a pack of glitches and found a game in it.
Honestly, man, I've bluescreened more than enough times to convince anyone I bought a bluescreen-simulator that happened to have a compelling game between them. 🙄 I enjoy the game a lot but the neck end of 20 bluescreens has been... Overwhelming.
