Thank you for both videos. I’ve been struggling with diffusing and clipping my fine wavy hair. There aren’t many videos for wavy hair diffusing, mostly just really curly hair.

Gorgeous!! That haircut is perfect for you! I'm just getting the hang of root clipping and my hair to is heavy and holds water and if I dont get the hair off my scalp in the front, the gel will coagulate on my scalp and look like dandruff.. yea.. pretty gross. I have to be careful with the scrunching so it doesn't push the product into my scalp too much. The clipping definately helps though ❤ especially for drying and volume. Thanks!

It definitely takes some time & patience and then after you figure it out on your own hair you’ll do it in 1-2-3 👌🏼
This root clipping is so hard for me and my hair all end’s up flat on top. The clip’s just fall over.

It took me a while to get here - takes practice- I would try using bigger clumps of hair and going closer to the root which is what usually makes them stick up more for me.

Hi wavy grl 🙋, i have started by wavy girl routine 😁 and your vedios have helped me a lot, but when i scrunch out the cast it seems that the hair on roots are clumped together n it looks as if i am bald in sm areas so pls pls help me out as too much of fluffing makes me loose the definition of my waves...pls do reply as i dnt want to quit..love ya 🥰💝
I’d say to avoid applying product to the root- the Hair closest to the should be the healthiest newest hair so it should need the least amount of product. If you want more volume try using lighter weight products that don’t make your scalp stick to your root. It could also mean you’re using a cleanser that isn’t providing your scalp or hair at the root enough clean and could be showing up as buildup making it stick to your scalp. Hope that helps. Takes some trial and error ❤️

Hello, I'm really enjoying going through your videos. I have a problem, my hair looks like it has good definition on wash day, no volume though. However, on day 2, my hair truly looks terrible, looking like ropes. Can you plz help me with a solution to this problem.
