I diffuse with high heat too...otherwise It would take me an hour to dry hair that is the same length and texture as yours. Mine is not quite as curly as yours, but I think it might be because I don't cut it right.

maddiemadkins yeah, the shade is pretty much a washed out previous red that is being taken out into a brown. My progression is on a highlight on my Instagram page 🙂

With the change in diffuser during your drying, did you mean the Xtava one gives shrinkage or the Sallys one does? Thanks!

How do you prevent your hair from getting frizzy??💛
My hair still has a bit of frizz even when it's fully moisturized since I diffuse and use volumizing products.

Have you ever noticed that you lose a lot of hair when you do this? I feel like if I continue with the CGM I will be bald by the end of the month! Any suggestions anyone???
I don't notice I lose a lot of hair - I lose about the same as when I used to brush my hair, the only difference is that now it's in the shower when I finger detangle or before the shower when I finger detangle and not stuck to my brush. I would say if you notice a significant amount of hair loss to see your physician.

Shrinkage= meaning my hair curls more while I’m diffusing making it appear shorter
Do you have a recomendation of good but cheaper curly girl prove products especially cream gel products...And do you protect your hair at night, like do you braid it or is that absolutely forbidden???
I don’t find the need to put my hair in a braid, I just put it up in a puffcuff before bed and sleep with my hair up
If you don’t mind having to rewet it and refresh it it’s probably no biggie but because my hair is wavy it would probably be super wonky if I braided it. I do usually sleep on a cheapie satin pillowcase though

In what category? I don’t have any recommendations for cleansers or conditioners... I do like Kinky Curly Knot Today for leave-in except it doesn’t have protein which my hair needs, and Aussie Instant Freeze Gel is an awesome gel that’s very neutral
Could you type out your steps for us? Like, with products and times...Like, clip bangs, wait 20 minutes til 50% dry, add another handful of gel, diffuse to 100% dry, etc. Please and thank you!
