I did not felt great recently, low vibration was surrounding me and effecting me in negative way. Now I feel much better, thanks for this flow, as always it came in perfect time!

i have watched and done some of your videos. they are really good. you know a lot and know how to lead a class, always making notes on the proper way to do the positions and creating a dynamic class but balanced. thank you for posting! (i watch this from Argentina). thanks to this videos i could built a discipline and bow im a regular in this practice which is fantastic to complement with running.

I just love this yoga! I have always been facinated about the idea of breathing and stretching and positions while breathing. It is the best relacation and stress relief! And especially your yoga is the one that fits and clicks with me. I put a relaxing flute song to play in the background and just super. But, I guess if it is ok if I am not in the best fit yet and I do cobra instead of the updog? My hands are not strong enough yet? I really enjoy and love your videos!!! Thank you very much!!!

Michelle, I really like this flow. Your direction is awesome. Also I really love how you incorporate the mindfulness reflection while holding a pose! It's always a sneaky way to divert attention from staying in a tougher pose! Keep it up!🙏🏼

Hi Michelle, loved the class. However I noticed that the beginning was missing. This was a 27min class and I'm not sure it was supposed to be. It went straight into downward dog and I feel there was something missing. But in the midst of that it was a great class. Thanks. Short and sweet
