When this first came out. I was upset they weren't screaming. But overtime and even then I got the essence of the song and I agree. Serj is clutch in a specific way.

It's easily their darkest, most challenging album. Some of their best, some of their worst. It's pummeling and relentless.
it’s crazy how they claimed to be in the worst mindset when making this album but still proceeded to make an absolute masterpiece they are easliy one of the most creative metal band out there !

Bennington RIP says a few words between songs about some other bands on the tour - Deftones, Mudvayne.. but I was both young and not a native English speaker so it took me nearly a decade to put this information together haha.
Deftones and System of a Down are two of my favorite Alternative Metal bands. Just hearing them collaborate is just amazing.

Always wondered how someone whos heard their earlier work - Terry Date era - could not put them first. I dont mind, I just find it amusing that *If* someone has listened repeatedly to Adrenaline, Around The Fur, White Pony and Deftones, they can put anything else in metal on their level. But if you have any other bands whove done for music what they have, I beg you to share with me their names/albums and I'll do likewise!
+Stan Dando I've listened to Deftones the most than any other band and although all their early stuff is great, Saturday Night Wrist has to be in top 3 of their albums. It's my favorite but not by much.

This song was one of the most underrated Deftones songs ever. The song failed to chart and the critics call it "boring." I love this song, because SOAD singer Serj Tankian is in that song. I give it a 👍.

I can’t believe I ever felt this song was a skip. A lotta Deftones songs get saved by second chances, they really warm up on you if you let them. Once you find the groove, usually it’s game-on. A lot of appreciation for Deftones songs can come from playing them, even Teenager. Mein’s chords and strumming patterns are really fun to play, far from boring.

Because of Radiohead and Deftones I have faith in modern rock/metal. They push limits of what our ears are used to hearing on constructive mainstream music. Organizing genres and separate sounds into one big melting pot of nostalgia.

He was getting his citizenship at the time in New Zealand
+Giselle Jeanville Serj was born in the lebanon, he is armenian descent. He came to the United States when he was little the studied here and was raised here. Now most of the time, he resides in New Zeland with his family. Ive heard that when you are in the process of becoming a citizen of certain country you cant leave that country i guess thats why he couldnt be in this video.
