2 large eggs [60 grams each]
3/4 cup sugar [150 grams]
1 tsp vanilla extract [5 ml]
1/2 cup fresh milk [120 ml]
1/2 cup melted butter (unsalted) [120 ml]
2 cups all purpose flour [270 grams]
2 tsp baking powder [8 grams]
1/2 tsp salt [3 grams]
1 cup chocolate chips [170 grams]
*skip salt if using salted butter.

The best recipe ever! I always make cupcakes and I never tried muffins but I will never be doing cupcakes because every time I make them they’re always different as the last ones 😅 very complicated with the measurements. I find this recipe really easy to make and superrrr delicious 😋 I made them two days ago my husband loved the texture and the taste (he’s not such a fan of sugar) but yet this was amazing. I made them today also 🫣☺️ and I added strawberry jam inside 🎉🙌🏻 REALLY TASTY!! YOU saved me from wasting a lot of ingredients every time I failed on making cupcakes 🧁!

Hi can you tell me how many muffins did you make that recipe
I put them to the oven at 220 for 5 mins and forgot to take them out. I think they were in for 10mins or so. Later i quickly changed to 170 and put it for 10 mins. But the top was sooooo hard. the inside was great though.
Totally my fault. Will give it try again and see whether the recipe is a success for me😋
Update: made again and it was better than before. But my top comes slightly hard. Is this normal?

hi, around 3 days po at normal room temp, & depending on how you will store it to prolong the shelf life can last up to 5-7days.
