- How to make the yummy Chocolate Chip Muffin?
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup sugar (200g)
½ cup melted butter (125ml)
¼ cup vegetable oil (55ml)
2 large eggs (room temp)
1 cup milk, at room temperature
2 tsp vanilla (10ml)
2 and ½ cup all purpose flour. (310g)
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 and a half cup of of semi sweet chocolate chips
Brown sugar to sprinkle on top

So I made this recipe and it's delicious. The only thing I have to say is that mine didn't make 12 muffins but 23 muffins lol. I followed the recipe tho. 10/10

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I loved this easy peasy recipe! And the muffins turned out amazing!! So so yummy! One thing though - I have an OTG and it took me about 20 minutes at 210°C to bake these. Also, some of my muffins didn't rise up straight but kinda skewed on top... like they fluffed up well.. but fluffed up sideways... 🙃
This is not the only one but the only best recipe that I’d love to recommend to anyone who doesn’t know how to bake. I am so happy that it was a big success in the first try. What I love about this recipe is you don’t need special tools or beat the eggs until your arm is sore. Sprinkling the brown sugar on the top added extra flavour to the muffins. I also added chopped up walnuts on the top! Yummmmm……Thank you!
Ive been looking for a good chocolate chip recipie and I was judging based off of color and the ingredients and I love it so much. I cant believe I can make these whenever theyre soo good and since im 16 and kinda lazy the fact that I dont have to go and grab my hand mixer is even better. Definetely making this a bunch. Didn’t have the muffin pan so put the batter in a cake/bread pan and made it into a chocolate cake/bread which everyone loved! Your recipes never disappoint!

Can you pls answer 2 questions? I am the second person who is asking the same question. Do you bake 5 min at 410F and then 12 min at 350, or either 410 or 350 F? Also,why so much baking powder and additional baking soda?

The first batch was a little too dry for some reason, I'm unsure why but never-the-less they were good!
This time I cut down on the flour and added a tad bit more milk. I'll tell you the results when I'm done 👍
