- Super Moist Vanilla Cupcakes | No Egg No Milk No Butter Cake.
Eggless Vanilla Cupcakes.
Cupcake without egg / Cupcake without Milk / Cupcake without Butter.
These SIMPLE VEGAN VANILLA CUPCAKES are super moist and so easy to make and they are delicious.
Makes 12 cupcakes.
✅ Ingredients:
1 ½ cup (210 g) All-Purpose Flour
3/4 cup (150 g) Granulated Sugar
1 tbsp (12 g) Baking Powder
1/8 tsp (pinch) Salt
1/3 cup (75 ml) Vegetable Oil
1 cup (250 ml) warm water 90-110oF (32-43oC)
1 tbsp (15 ml) Vanilla Extract

Hello.. my cupcake turns out perfect and nice....but why i had this bitter after tastes?
@lordz apache. Baking powder can leave a bitter aftertaste, though I did not have this issue with this cupcake recipe (I use an aluminum-free baking powder). You can add a little bit of lemon juice and lemon zest if you like lemony flavor. Hope this helps. Thank You.

I made this recipe today and they turned out so great.. everyone in mg family appreciated.. I actually used only half the amount she added (it made 6 cupcakes) and they were great.. we always have milk and butter at home but today we didn't so I found ur recipe this evening and u added all that I had at home.. then I browsed your other recipes toooo !!

Please tell me did you use dry and wet measuring cups or only one or the other for all the ingredients

I just tried this recipe last night when I wanted a quick and easy muffin recipe. (One that my husband can also enjoy as he is lactose intolerant.) And OMG......it was MOIST, DELICIOUS and the perfect SWEETNESS! My husband and I enjoyed it so much. This is definitely going into my recipe book.

Tip: I didn't have a muffin tray so I used a loaf pan and it turned out great. Just adjust the cooking time. Mine took about 30 minutes to cook @ 175"C.

That's great but my advise to you is not to use olive oil instead of other oils for all dessert recipes bc it could turn out tasing a bit weird

Not if use Regular Olive 🫒 Oil. I use it Many Times🙂.

I never bake, but my daughter wanted cupcakes. We found this recipe and it worked perfect because I figured I could eat some too since it is dairy free. Simple ingredients, easy to make, and definitely one we will make again - maybe with a little less sugar next time 😂

I made these and they turned out GREAT!! The first batch came out a little too oily so I had to make a second batch, and thank God they came out great! They were soft, light and fluffy! I decorated them with lemon flavoured purple frosting and chocolate eggs for Easter and my family LOVED them! Can't wait to make them again! 🥰

•1 and 1/2 of a cup of all purpose flour
•3/4 granulated sugar
•1/3 cup vegetable oil
•1 cup of warm water or milk of your choice
•1 tsp of vanilla extract
•mix until no lumps
Bake in a pre heated oven at 350°F(180°c) 18-20
I did this in a toaster oven and it was👌🏼 ENJOYYYY
This was very helpful and 1/8 tsp salt

Omg i made this just now and its perfect! So fluffy and soft and moist i reduce the sugar to half and also add 1tsp cinnamon and exchange the 1/2 flour into oatmeal still excellent! Thankyouuuu for this💗💗💗
