Can anyone clarify on the "Bake in preheated oven (no fan, upper+lower heat)" part? Are you getting oven to 410 then placing it in the oven? Or turning off over at 410 whiles muffins inside?

Every oven is different, mostly if you're using a microwave...I'm using a classic electric oven. In this recipe I've used fan off option and upper+lower heat. If you have a smaller oven with fan always on, it could bake a bit faster than mine. They are ready when a toothpick comes out clean. Do not overbake them or they will turn out dry.
Store the leftover batter in refrigerator while the first batch is baking (max. 20-30 minutes), then proceed to bake the second batch. You can't store the leftover raw batter for long time because it features an instant yeast like baking powder.

Hello and welcome to my channel! You can use salted butter if you prefer it, just skip 1/4 tsp of salt in the batter. You can also subsitute it with vegetable oil, but the consistency and the flavor will be slightly different. Enjoy!

But it's a subjective thing, if you prefer very sweet desserts you can increase the sugar dose. For the best outcome of the recipe I recommend using grams and a kitchen scale, cups can be different depending on the country. Happy baking time 😘
