I love that feeling when you finish a workout, and it's as if your body says 'thank you'. Even thought it hurts and it's tiring, by the end I smile like I've just been on a roller coaster ride. Hearing my heart beat fuels me, so I keep smiling. Because I know my body loves me.
This si really motivating me to start working out, I'm 13 and 150 lbs(70kg) I really want to get fit. I'm tired of not fitting in my favourite clothes,my new jackets and hate myself. I want to start working out and want to lose at least 20 kg in the following 4/5 months. I want to be able to fit in my clothes to be confident in showing myself with no shame, and love myself,be healthy.

I am 16, and I was 92 kgs 3 months ago. After constant exercise and a good diet I am 80. I always aimed for less like I have to reach 85 kgs then 80. I never aimed straight at 50 or 60 etc. now I have aimed for 75.
Jumping is just a part of exercising it's not important to jump, swimming will work every part of your body and actually burns more calories, there are plenty of new channels online like mine, that also offer no jumping low impact workouts for people with sensitive knees and ankles so why not give them a try as well.
Guys, this really works. I've tried for two weeks and notice my thighs are getting smaller. I do it every morning and try to walk in the evening for another 4000 steps. Keep it up.

@@rowan.s1027 try Chloe tings ab workout! It’s only 10 minutes and really gets you sweating. I’m only 14 so Ik you can do it. It is pretty loud but just try to work yourself hard. I have been on my 3rd week and I’m really starting to see a difference. Try to do it daily. You got this!
When I started this las week, I couldn't even make it through the 4th minute without stopping altogether. Now, I can do two of these like *snaps fingers* that and two minutes of your arm video. I feel friggin proud of myself. Thank you. I've been feeling depressed recently. This was a minor accomplishment but it made me incredibly happy. Thank you. The leg burns and toning is just a bonus I think

@@DatsFamily I did it for 4 days straight plus 400 jumps (jump rope) after each session! (I now do this plus the chloe ting program). Breaks are okay! You'll get stronger at your own pace

I'm trying super hard to get my dad to lose his beer belly. I cant find a way to motivate him and its really stressing me out. 1 like for 1 day he has to work out, maybe this will motivate him 🥺. I actually really loved the chatty style of this workout- hearing you talk about app updates and such while doing the moves really helped keep my attention away from the timer! And the best part of this workout was that it was demanding but also easy at the same time; there wasn't a single move in the video that I couldn't do. Thanks for the great workout! It was so easy to fit into my day.

You looked gorgeous then, and you look gorgeous now! Either way, you are an inspiration with your *mood*, your *charisma*, your *energy*, and your *commitment*. Can I just say I have tried many workouts and always come back to Cassie. Why, because they work. She is not annoying, not overbearing and is very genuine. Her routines are short, doable and effective. I am not a paid spokesperson, friend or relative. Simply put, she works for me.

Im 14 and 52 kg and this is keeping me motivated to lose weight and fasten up my agility. I really wish i can become fit and strong and would love to learn martial arts but before that i need some training to increase my stamina. Thank you cassey

I've never commented on a video before but I've decided to comment on this one to try and help keep me motivated! I'm going to do this workout for 2 weeks and keep track of each day. I'm 5'4", 130lbs, and have very bad stamina when it comes to exercising or working out. Some days I'll do other workouts as well but I'll say what workouts ☺ ✅Day 1: Difficult, could feel my legs shaking but we did it! I also did "Sculpted Pilates Abs in 14 Days (Deep Core Activation) | 7 minutes" by Lilly Sabri. Can feel the burn in my legs and worked up a sweat ✅Day 2: Just a bit easier, legs shook just a bit but not as much! I also did "10 MIN DAILY ABS WORKOUT - At Home Total Core Routine" by MadFit and "15 Min Full Body HIIT | No Noise No Jumping Apartment Friendly" by Chloe Ting. So far there is no visible difference but my legs are very sore ✅Day 3: Had a busy day today but still got it done! Ate some ice cream earlier so I'll do it twice tomorrow (: it wasn't too bad today, legs are sore but I feel like it's getting easier ✅❎Day 4: First round done! I did "10 min LOWER ABS & LOVE HANDLE WORKOUT (No Equipment)" by MadFit as well. I didn't do the workout a second time but I did play tennis (: ✅Day 5: We did it! Felt physically exhausted today but I had to finish the workout and I did! It seems to be getting easier each day but it still works up a sweat, so far there's no physical changes (that I can tell) but it's only been 5 days ✅Day 6: Got it done, was actually harder today than yesterday which was a bit of a surprise. I did "10 min LOWER ABS & LOVE HANDLE WORKOUT (No Equipment)" by MadFit too. I noticed that my thighs seem to have shrunken so I believe it's working! ✅Day 7: Day 7 complete. It was actually pretty difficult today but easier than first and second day. I can see that my waist has shrunken a bit which is surprising but I will keep going! ✅Day 8: Did this after 30 minutes on elliptical and 10 minutes on treadmill, lemme tell ya, I am sweatinggg but I feel pumped and accomplished! ✅Day 9: Got it done! It's still a workout and brings a sweat. Was really tired today but I'm glad I had enough motivation to finish it (: ❎Day 10: I did not get it done today ): had work 10-6, felt really sick and went to sleep right after I got home from work ✅Day 11: So I didn't do this workout but I did do "5 min FLAT and TONED belly workout- no equipment (ABS Series #1)" by Gloria Song and "10 min LOWER ABS & LOVE HANDLE WORKOUT (No Equipment)" by MadFit. PS: the workout by Gloria Song is more 7 minutes but it's a workout that makes you feel the burn ✅Day 12: Forgot to update but we got it done! Only 2 more days left ✅Day 13: Day 13 is done! Feeling good and energized ✅Day 14: It has been completed!! I feel pumped and sweaty! This workout has honestly been very satisfying. My bum looks to have gotten a tiny bit bigger and my waist has gotten just a bit more tone, obviously there’s not gonna be a huge difference because it’s only been 14 days but I’m happy with it. Remember, everyone’s bodies r different, keep going even when u don’t feel like it! U got this!! Update: Since I stopped doing this about 2 weeks ago I have noticed a change in my appearance, the weight on my stomach and thighs has gone back to how they were before I started doing these workouts and I haven't had as much energy as I did before so I definitely recommend continuing them, I'm gonna start again today (:

Keep in mind, I did eat healthy with an occasional “cheat” day and I would weigh myself in the morning’s when your weight is most accurate (: I would also get around 13k-20k steps a day

There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

@@serawitunknown1768 oops I just saw this, Nutrition was a huge part as well, basically I tried to drink enough water, which I’m not a fan of because It makes go to the bathroom a lot. I also try eating more Veggies and Fruit that like Pink Lady Apples and Berries plus a good enough protein. I recommend doing her Cardio workouts as well, I’ve also been doing more Move With Nicole and MelissaWoodHealth lately!
I'm really happy you decided to talk abt more other than fitness, sometimes when you're doing those workouts and the instructor just talks abt fitness it can make your mentality crawl downhill, thanks for the workout! P.S if you didn't complete the workout or you took more than 10 secs to ground yourself for the next exercise... That's ok! Be proud that you're even up doing it! I'm starting a workout routine this summer. Nothing crazy, but just getting into better shape. Short, non-specific workouts like this are the best. I'm working on my cardio as my main goal. I have a naturally low resting heart rate and I really want to reach higher.

I’ve tried this and keep coming back to it because of how much it works me out. I wasn’t consistent and didn’t see results but I’m trying again!! I’m currently 189 pounds this is my second week doing it I will be updating since 8/7/24 ; I have only gotten to two rounds of the entire set, and I will be taking pre workout to help boost my energy!! 8/8 🥳 did another two rounds today gonna try taking a little more pre workout tomorrow. Definitely feel the burn and I am excited to see how consistency helps !
I’ve been working out since March 31st only on my stomach and arm muscles and a little on my legs, this workout definitely humbled me for not knowing how much longer I should be working on my leg muscles 😅 Thank You for this awesome workout!

I'm very proud. I just recently started working out today. I finished the whole video without stopping. At the end I fell onto my bed and struggled to give the like she deserves. I was able to do it and I'm very proud. I've been trying to work out for heath and to loose weight. I love these types of cardio videos because they still make we sweat and get my heart rate up without having to jump around! I also feel the same way Cassey, if I have a cute workout outfit then it makes working out so much better especially if it matches my mat😂💕

I’m in Middle school and I’m 157 pounds and look heavier then other kids my age and get out of breath faster then the other at P.E I hope these videos really help me get to my dream weight of 120 pounds by December I will update when I do this workout next!
I’m nearly 121 pounds at 13 years old… my family has a history of diabetic troubles and heart problems. My mom encourages me to keep going, and to lose that extra weight. Mind you, I was also born with a bone condition where I’ve had about 8 surgeries through my life. It’s been an extremely challenging life, but losing just one pound, and getting down to 120 encouraged me to keep doing this exact workout each day after school. I want to thank Cassie for her amazing work, and for inspiring girls and boy and anyone like me to keep pushing and to use my strength. We love you, Cassie! 💛
This is amazing! I live in an apartment, not on a second floor or any Th I gotta but my mom would get annoyed hearing me jump around 😂 this works perfectly. My heart rate increased a lot, I’m sweating! I did it in my bedroom which is pretty tiny but there was just enough room to execute each exercise. I’ll be doing this often!!
Thank you Cassey. I'm wearing a heart monitor doing these workouts tonight. My now ex husband beat me daily through 2 pregnancies and i almost died in 2014 from heart failure. I feel blessed to be alive to do these amazing workouts. What my ex husband did was the past and my fitness journey is my future.

I actually really loved the chatty style of this workout- hearing you talk about app updates and such while doing the moves really helped keep my attention away from the timer! And the best part of this workout was that it was demanding but also easy at the same time; there wasn't a single move in the video that I couldn't do. Thanks for the great workout! It was so easy to fit into my day.

My sister called so it got too late for me to do my planned dance class tonight, but since my workout gear was already on, I decided to find myself some of your apartment friendly workouts, Cassey! This is the third video, and the sweat drops are starting to fall!
I also have to say: Do NOT listen to the people who's been giving you crap about losing weight. You looked gorgeous then, and you look gorgeous now! Either way, you are an inspiration with your *mood*, your *charisma*, your *energy*, and your *commitment*. How lean your body is literally has nothing to do with it, as long as you're feeling good, and it's clear that you do!!
Can I just say I have tried many workouts and always come back to Cassie. Why, because they work. She is not annoying, not overbearing and is very genuine. Her routines are short, doable and effective. I am not a paid spokesperson, friend or relative. Simply put, she works for me.

I've never commented on a video before but I've decided to comment on this one to try and help keep me motivated! I'm going to do this workout for 2 weeks and keep track of each day. I'm 5'4", 130lbs, and have very bad stamina when it comes to exercising or working out. Some days I'll do other workouts as well but I'll say what workouts ☺
✅Day 1: Difficult, could feel my legs shaking but we did it! I also did "Sculpted Pilates Abs in 14 Days (Deep Core Activation) | 7 minutes" by Lilly Sabri. Can feel the burn in my legs and worked up a sweat
✅Day 2: Just a bit easier, legs shook just a bit but not as much! I also did "10 MIN DAILY ABS WORKOUT - At Home Total Core Routine" by MadFit and "15 Min Full Body HIIT | No Noise No Jumping Apartment Friendly" by Chloe Ting. So far there is no visible difference but my legs are very sore
✅Day 3: Had a busy day today but still got it done! Ate some ice cream earlier so I'll do it twice tomorrow (: it wasn't too bad today, legs are sore but I feel like it's getting easier
✅❎Day 4: First round done! I did "10 min LOWER ABS & LOVE HANDLE WORKOUT (No Equipment)" by MadFit as well. I didn't do the workout a second time but I did play tennis (:
✅Day 5: We did it! Felt physically exhausted today but I had to finish the workout and I did! It seems to be getting easier each day but it still works up a sweat, so far there's no physical changes (that I can tell) but it's only been 5 days
✅Day 6: Got it done, was actually harder today than yesterday which was a bit of a surprise. I did "10 min LOWER ABS & LOVE HANDLE WORKOUT (No Equipment)" by MadFit too. I noticed that my thighs seem to have shrunken so I believe it's working!
✅Day 7: Day 7 complete. It was actually pretty difficult today but easier than first and second day. I can see that my waist has shrunken a bit which is surprising but I will keep going!
✅Day 8: Did this after 30 minutes on elliptical and 10 minutes on treadmill, lemme tell ya, I am sweatinggg but I feel pumped and accomplished!
✅Day 9: Got it done! It's still a workout and brings a sweat. Was really tired today but I'm glad I had enough motivation to finish it (:
❎Day 10: I did not get it done today ): had work 10-6, felt really sick and went to sleep right after I got home from work
✅Day 11: So I didn't do this workout but I did do "5 min FLAT and TONED belly workout- no equipment (ABS Series #1)" by Gloria Song and "10 min LOWER ABS & LOVE HANDLE WORKOUT (No Equipment)" by MadFit. PS: the workout by Gloria Song is more 7 minutes but it's a workout that makes you feel the burn
✅Day 12: Forgot to update but we got it done! Only 2 more days left
✅Day 13: Day 13 is done! Feeling good and energized
✅Day 14: It has been completed!! I feel pumped and sweaty! This workout has honestly been very satisfying. My bum looks to have gotten a tiny bit bigger and my waist has gotten just a bit more tone, obviously there’s not gonna be a huge difference because it’s only been 14 days but I’m happy with it. Remember, everyone’s bodies r different, keep going even when u don’t feel like it! U got this!!
Update: Since I stopped doing this about 2 weeks ago I have noticed a change in my appearance, the weight on my stomach and thighs has gone back to how they were before I started doing these workouts and I haven't had as much energy as I did before so I definitely recommend continuing them, I'm gonna start again today (:

@@FluffyKuma7_7 Yes I did, as I stated in the beginning I was originally 130lbs, by the 14th day I weighed 123lbs. Keep in mind, I did eat healthy with an occasional “cheat” day and I would weigh myself in the morning’s when your weight is most accurate (: I would also get around 13k-20k steps a day

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!
OMG I needed this... I had eye surgery in both eyes and I had to rest for a month. Today, I did this this routine, and the only thing that I was thinking was: " God I needed this in my life" thank you Cassie.

@@serawitunknown1768 oops I just saw this, Nutrition was a huge part as well, basically I tried to drink enough water, which I’m not a fan of because It makes go to the bathroom a lot. I also try eating more Veggies and Fruit that like Pink Lady Apples and Berries plus a good enough protein. I recommend doing her Cardio workouts as well, I’ve also been doing more Move With Nicole and MelissaWoodHealth lately!

I'm starting a workout routine this summer. Nothing crazy, but just getting into better shape. Short, non-specific workouts like this are the best. I'm working on my cardio as my main goal. I have a naturally low resting heart rate and I really want to reach higher.

I'm very proud. I just recently started working out today. I finished the whole video without stopping. At the end I fell onto my bed and struggled to give the like she deserves. I was able to do it and I'm very proud. I've been trying to work out for heath and to loose weight. I've always had a struggle with eatting to much, I've been able to slow down and these should really help me. Thank you

I’m in Middle school and I’m 157 pounds and look heavier then other kids my age and get out of breath faster then the other at P.E I hope these videos really help me get to my dream weight of 120 pounds by December I will update when I do this workout next!
I’m nearly 121 pounds at 13 years old… my family has a history of diabetic troubles and heart problems. My mom encourages me to keep going, and to lose that extra weight. Mind you, I was also born with a bone condition where I’ve had about 8 surgeries through my life. It’s been an extremely challenging life, but losing just one pound, and getting down to 120 encouraged me to keep doing this exact workout each day after school. I want to thank Cassie for her amazing work, and for inspiring girls and boy and anyone like me to keep pushing and to use my strength. We love you, Cassie! 💛

This is amazing! I live in an apartment, not on a second floor or any Th I gotta but my mom would get annoyed hearing me jump around 😂 this works perfectly. My heart rate increased a lot, I’m sweating! I did it in my bedroom which is pretty tiny but there was just enough room to execute each exercise. I’ll be doing this often!!
