    Now that it's Day 4, we're going to add our tummy toning workout every day:

    If you're reading this, you will make it through. Don't put too much pressure on yourself if you're not doing the exercises at the pace you're expecting to do them at. It will just discourage you to continue. Go at the pace you can do as the exercises continue.

      Agreed. My first abs workout five years ago was HELL! It was just 7 minutes, a video by Ballet Beautiful, and I had to stop every few seconds, stretch and take a breath at the window. But eventually it got easier and at some point it wasn't hard for me at all anymore. I don't think that not making it through at once ever discouraged me. It was frustrating, yes, but I knew that it would be good for me, so I don't know why I should've stopped.

    I've tried Cloe Ting, Lilly Sabri, Emi Wong and many others but Cassie is the only one who gave me a serious burn and amazing results. I just did this workout I wasn't on any diet and I have abs now. THANK YOU CASSIE!!!

    alternating single leg lifts are the WORST... i used to hate eagle crunches the most but now i'm begging for them to come as quickly as possible

      I can't straighten my legs at all ..I'm starting them with bent knees at half level above the floor and hoping to improve

      I find eagle crunches very hard. And my legs are not straight in any move.

      Anushka Gupta they say it's about flexibility.. so dont focus on strengthening and toning ur muscles only, work on ur flexibility as well.. just do some stretching after the workouts and in no time u will be able to do it with straight legs.. there are some exercises when my legs just don't go as high as hers as well.. but we r just at the beginning of our journey:) good luck and don't give up!

    I know this is an old video but after trying my best to do these workouts for the last month I finally was able to correctly do my first crunch in 5 years today! I still have a lot of work to do to get healthy but I’m so happy and I just wanted to tell everyone who struggles really hard with these that you will get there and don’t be afraid to modify moves if you need to to get through it, I believe in you!

    Oh my gosh! When I first saw the moves I thought "that looks easy enough'' Man, I was wrong. Doing this and the cardio kicked my butt.

    I've done some of Chloe Ting's abs workout, and this is harder.. I wanted to cry halfway lol. I don't know how Cassie can do this with smiles throughout the video

    Day 4 ✅: SO dead. I feel like giving up. I thought I was doing fine after the 1st 20mins vid. Then I finished this one and I'm dead.
    Day 5✅: I decided to do this vid in the morning and the 20 mins one later in the afternoon, so I can do them effectively and not be too dead and give up half way. But I definitely feel a bit stronger than day 1!
    Day 6✅: Yesterday, I split the 20mins and 10 mins video doing them at different times of the day. Today I decided to do them back to back on an empty stomach and I feel weaker because (1) haven't eaten anything (2) doing the exercises back to back. I finished the exercises nevertheless. I find it particularly challenging to straighten my knees when I do the Alt. single-leg drops - anyone else has this problem? Do you know why?
    Day 7 (finally!!) ✅: Finished the #7DaysAbChalleng! Super proud of myself I didn't give up and it was been a journey. I still don't have abs but my stomach is much flatter than before! I'm gonna take a picture and compare it with my Day 1 picture now.
    I might make a video of my journey after I finish this challenge. I don't know if you would be interested? Here's the video!

    I just got done doing the waist whittler cardio. Guess I'm doing this too today!

    Day 4 Done! I'm a day ahead because I'm an over achiever who started on Sunday 😂. Whew! My abs are on 🔥. In a good way though 😁
    Day 5 Done! Those eagle crunches should be called EVIL crunches. Because they are. But I got it done 💪😩
    Day 6 Done! Finally got through Eagle crunch without stopping! 😭🙌🙌
    Day 7 DONE! I'm so glad I started early so I can rest tomorrow! 😩🙌🙌
    I can definitely see a change, my abs are definitely more defined, and I lost a little bit of belly fat. Keep in mind that I've been working out daily since December, and I've been working out along with Cassey's calendars since March. If you're just starting your fitness journey, it's gonna take longer to see results, so don't get discouraged if you don't see any changes right away! Stick with it, and I promise you won't regret it 💪

    It's really hot where I live so I almost fainted the 1st day and couldn't even finish the 2nd round. Yesterday I modified it a little bit and I know my abs are gonna be on fire by the end of the week! Thanks Cassey

      Guys, if you're start feeling dizzy, pause the video for a few seconds. You'll go throughout it without pause eventually, but if you extenuante yourself, you're not doing yourself any favor.

    This workout kills! I can't do all the moves full out so I've been finding modifications that still burn but aren't impossible - anyone else doing the same??

      I know it's been 2 years but I'm just starting this workout video lol. I do it in increments. I follow along until I feel it start to "hurt" / burn, then I finish the move, sometimes I do 1 more move, and then I stop. Maybe the next time I'll go further. I progressed this way until I finished the whole leg workout video, and now I'm working on this one and the 20 minute arm video. Her videos are amazing at getting me to work out consistently

    Day 4: Doing this after cardio was hard, but now i know that i'm not so good with cardio cause that routine hurt so much more!! I had to keep my legs down on the ground for the leg lift... lower abs not that strong haha, but didn't pause the video!!
    Day 5: Today was not a good workout day, but I'm proud I showed up! Did mostly modifications :) But that's ok too! It's about showing up!
    Day 6: Modifications was only in second round ... so there's improvement :D Thanks for the likes by the way! You're not alone in this challenge!!

    I started Casey’s videos in March 2020 and I could NOT 🙅🏾‍♀️ do the alt leg lifts/drops or double leg lifts in her ab videos, but now they are a piece of cake!! 💪🏾💪🏾 I don’t even need to shape my hands like a triangle anymore like Cassey suggests under my butt. My back does not lift off the ground anymore. It just gives me so much confidence and I can measure my progress! Please stick with her videos!! You will get stronger!

    to anyone who's feeling unmotivated, i'm a sixteen year old girl and have been following cassey since quarantine. in malaysia, there's an important exam for government school fifteen year old's which i gained weight where my heaviest was about sixty five kilogrammes and my waist was thirty two inches. now, i am about fity two kilogrammes with a twenty four point five inch waist. a disclaimer, i wasn't even planning to lose weight even if that sounds unreal, i just wanted to feel stronger until i weighed myself three months later and measured myself just yesterday. i work out a lot more than my friends which might be unhealthy at this point with exams and project deadlines around the corner. i just know that doing these calendars as a whole during the weekend even though that means not finishing all my work makes me feel great and worthwhile even though it probably isn't supposed to be and take more breaks than i should . i can only do about one video not even everyday during school days because i'm always catching up on the work i missed which i'm not great at. you can do it everybody ❤

    Wow! That was insane! I'm so proud of myself that I could finish this video! At the whole beginning I used to hate ab exercises because there where so exhausting and I haven't managed every repeat because they hurted my stomach so hard.
    But today I finished 3 Minute Lower Abs POP Pilates Turbo AND this video!

    if anyone like me has been doing this one for a while, and wants to add some oblique work to it, i like to replace the roll ups with russian twists and sometimes replace something else with bicycle twists! it’s a good way to get your side abs fired up on top of the great movements she’s already put in here. great job as always, cassey.

    Done this for 7 days (only this, didn't combine with the other exercise), imperfectly, and it's sore all over the abs on the 1st day. It's even harder when laugh/ caugh. But by the end of the week the measurement actually down by 1 cm and the sore abs is no more... Thanks Cassey.

      That's okay! Just keep your legs in tabletop position (bent at a 90 degree angle) and crunch! Don't worry about getting a full range in motion.

    I remember when I first started following blogilates a few years ago I could not do eagle abs for more than 15 seconds & now its ones of the easiest! Progress!!

    Desperate for an alternative to the eagle crunch. It’s the arms for me, they throw my neck out of whack!
    However, I love this workout. The leg lift move in Pilates stance is so hard and definitely a goal of mine. I can get it with my hands under my tailbone but not curled up for an entire minute! Goals goals goals.

    Start: 32 inch on waist and 148.8 lbs
    Day 4: hi my hands r shaking but I finished it haha the cardio one is definitely harder but this is hard too
    day 5: this makes me so happy after :> i love strengthening lol i hate cardio tho
    day 6: omg that felt so good!! Last day omg but I might continue this workout bcos I always feel so happy afterwards
    day 7: i did it im doneeeeeee
    weight: 146.6 lbs
    waist: (ill update wait i need to find a measuring tape)

    Today I figured something out that really helped me! Even with making a triangle under my tailbone, my hip flexors were killing me. Today, I propped a pillow under my tailbone instead and I finally felt it in my abs instead of my hip flexors!

    I just finished the #7DayAbChallenge! I've seen myself get so much stronger through the week, moving from modifications to the tougher version with lots of the exercises. I've definitely lost like a kilo. (diet: I'm vegetarian & aside from a papad at dinner & a couple of biscuits at tea I always eat clean; I also do like half an hour of The Fitness Marshall through the day cause otherwise I get ZERO movement in quarantine). But best of all, I feel amazing for making a commitment to myself & sticking to it, even when I didn't want to. Thank you, Cassey!

    If you can't do all the moves correctly and can't follow the pace don't get discouraged. Consistency is the key. I just finished and feel like I'm gonna be sore for a year BUT I can proudly say that I tried my best

    The only thing that was getting me through this was the fact that due to pilates, i am able to stay in the pilates stance much longer than my older brother. As a sibling, everything is a competition :D
