TalkTalk Fibre Broadband is Rubbish

TalkTalk is rubbish. The router they sent me initially did not work and used an old netgear router to get things going. Then the fibre unit was installed on March 20th by BT plus the new HG533 fibre router and had 50 mbps. Then on April 5th TalkTalk disconnected me from the fibre and told me that there is no fibre in my area. This is a ridiculous situation with no VDSL and no ADSL . Still got phone but no broadband. I think BT have not got any fibre connections left at the infinity box and TalkTalk could not explain why I have been disconnected from the fibre. I enjoyed the fibre with a 29ms ping rate and want it back. TalkTalk sucks and the technical support really sucks!
