Im also 100 pounds heavier than i was 34 years ago. It was a gift to myself for my 50th birthday. Now need a lift and core routine for Thursday 🙌

this is perfect for getting back into shape before my track meet! Im a beginner sprinter and hurdler and this workout definitely helped stretch out my shin splints 🥰

Great channel. Very well presented. Entertaining but professional still. Need to improve all these areas to run faster. I can run long and slow but having difficulty doing my fast workouts because of my body imbalances. Great channel!

probably not! buut this will probably strengthen your legs so they will be stronger and you could have better endurance possibly? (i run sprints i have no clue😭)

I like this one a lot as it uses a lot of balance exercises! And the jump squats made me really break a sweat!
