    I did a backflip for the first time today and it was pretty easy, I nailed it the first time without wimping out or anything. I recommend learning it on a trampoline first, because it is safe if you mess up. Once I was good at the backflip on the trampoline, when I went to do my backflip on flat ground. I used a really good banger and did it on the bass drop. Do it the first time, be bold, because the longer you wait the scarier it becomes

    It's weird because I can jump as high as I want in a swimming pool and always land on my feet but I can't do it on the ground. I feel like my brain knows that I won't hurt myself as badly if I was in water then if I was on the ground. I know I can do it, but my body and brain won't accept me from doing a backflip on the ground.

    Thanks for another great video guys! In addition to the back bridge, 'camel pose' from yoga may help with the flexibility - kneel on the floor with your thighs straight up (so not sitting on your heels), push your hips forward and arch your back as far back as you can. If you have the flexibility, try to grab your ankles while you do it. (If you can't reach yet, just put your hands on the back of your hips to help push them forward and give your back a little support.)

    I am also going to buy, door bar or Iron Gym bar ONLY cost around 30 dollars, dip bar, N push up bars, all are calisthenic makes me strong in CORE you recommend to us TRULY makes a sense, but I think it MUST 2 avoid injury build VERY strong core, shoulder, arm strenth all are prerequisites to prepare to effectively and efficiently practice backflip and thank again 4 excellent n gradually and going back crooked flip turn was wonderful indeed n is likely THE BEST way to practice while REMOVING fear of backflip and ONCE I can do that I can easily transfer to the next stage; if U can back in crooked-way, it is FAR easier to EASILY ajust ot stirhgt n NO hurry at all. Thanks again n those who do not have will do that comprehensive striatch I VERY highyl recommend to take Jazz dacne N ballet which is half of class is warm up or stratch to be able to do all the leaps, turns in multiple directions. THE BEST way to get fully stratch is take Jazz dance and ballet dance but ballroom dance is application like math to physics. I do flip turn in swimming may help to maintain my back flaxiablity in the mean time, which I have been doing for few decades n I did my own front spring or front flip but back flip I did not know how but MOST of all, it was because of fear AND did not know how to do, plus preperation n thanks so much indeed once again...

    I know this sounds strange but it helped me to fail first. If You have a Playground with Sand try it there. And when You fail you will notice that it does not hurt (You know because falling On The Ground even with the head first Really doesn't hurt on Sand). And this knowledge takes away a lot of the fear.

    So dam glad Ur channel showed up in Ytube home channel! I am 99 percent gave up, but the 3-tips you have described TOTALLY make sense N I have 2 do those things cz NO gym teacher can do that 4 me. PLUS, by the time all those things with Gym teacher can reach up 2 bloody 1,000 dollars or more cz it will take 6-months 2 do all that things, PLUS-2, I can do that my own grass backyard with few inches thick large mat, which cost is not that much, far n far cheaper (save at least $1K or more) than going or driving, gas, possible ticket, worse accident, etc. ON MY OWN pace at MY OWN home cannot beat that. WOW, thank 2 U I think I can be getting OVER the backside flip FEAR over but ONLY If I have physically fit to be able 2 do backflip and going to install two bars one for pull up bar and the other bar is for ring bar is so worth investment, good one will last; again, doing aforementioned investment is FAR cheaper n ONLY ONE TIME investment that will go years pay itself off quite easily indeed! SUPER thanks again n plz tell Ur buddies if they belittle, tell them how many turn they can do which is other dimention in athletic areas in wonderful ballet, dynamic jazz dance, n ballroom dance, N professional ballet can turn 6 most n knock out can turn 7-times n leap up very high, which has big relationship with Gymnastics. SO, if Ur friends who belittling ballet; yet, I doubt they can turn 3-times in a row and end up in more or less stright line, tape it and turn, the odds are they might not even make 2-turn, or even 1-turn, but NOT ended up in stright line. I did ballet 7-years and the best I could do 4-times in a row in my peak time, but now I can only do 2-turns, meaning U need 2 be ended up in stright line or that is not turn in dancing terms like in jazz dance, ballet, n beloved passion arousing ballroom dance with passion arosing muscic that medicaly verified giving spirutal benifit because of emotional language of music, which ideallly means the type of music arouses your passion n transfer to hypothumas in center of brain and needless to say that right girl, who can ballroom dance without you carrying her weight not you have to dragging her will quickly make you sweat like a pig. To end, NOTHING is matter much if you do not or cannot "syncronize you feet with music composer's beat" which takes some time to significan time, esp you have lack of musical background and of course your ear must function good to "differenate different rythem beat" in order to charish truly overall n even more brain thuruperputic nourchsment while working out will be nothing but pleasure... What I did was I used a bunch of pillows and rolled off of them and started jumping and rolling then going for my back handspring over them and taking pillows away 1 by one for my backhandspring I’m still trying the back tuck!!

  • @pugvilla6683
    @pugvilla6683 6 років тому

    You should definitely learn a back handspring before doing a back tuck. They are much more easier for the most part, and if you get too scared trying a back tuck, you will have the skills from your back handspring to land it safely.
