    I have watched so many videos on how to do front flips and backflips because I can do them but I have bad form and technique so I don't land it and most of the time I hurt my feet. Tappbrothers your channel is the only channel I found out there that helps and shows me how to do it. Keep up with your awesome informational, inspirational videos!

    I was stuck figuring out how to land my front flip and now after watching this video, I got it down in just a few hours. Thanks so much for going through all the mistakes and techniques in landing a front flip.

    I have spent hours and hours of watching tutorials and this is by far the best one. It is incredibly detailed and is totally worth the length of the video. It goes into depth on common beginner mistakes in learning a front flip. I am almost positive I can land one now but I have no padding at all to protect me. However, I have been practicing on my bed and after taking his tips on not taking a big hop before punching, and steps low to the ground, and blocking, and most importantly throwing my arms up into the air before tucking, I could actually feel the difference in my flip. Obviously, I did not land it cause my bed is like two-three feet off the ground, but I think I can do it now. Thank you so much, this is by far the best tutorial if you have no experience with flipping and only know how to do a somersault. Thank you TappBrothers you guys rock! I've been checking out your other videos which are awesome too by the way. To the guys who are also learning a front flip, learn from these guys. If they were not extremely good and informative in this video, I would not be typing this lengthy response. Thank you again TappBrothers!

    I did this on the trampoline and my bed. My first attempt on ground I landed on my stomach didn't do a flip at all. Now that I've seen your video I will try again.

    cheers Thomas. currently can only do my front flip into a foam pit at a gym hopefully with you awesome video it could improve on that. I have tried in the past with all my parkour group in a sandpit I landed it the first time but the next couple of times got worse and I end up rotating on one side quicker than the other and landed on my hip, I bruised all the right side of my hip and leg.

    Im new to parkour but as a powerlifter I already have a decent core strength, but my body is still stiff and has little flexibility. Lately I have been practicing kong and speed vaults with some small wall climbs, and my lower abdominal area has been in quite a bit of pain.I tried to wall run about an eight foot wall (I did a ten foot wall the day before), and I grabbed the top of the eight foot wall, however when I tried to pull myself up it felt like my abs were instantly struck with pain, forcing me to let go. Do you or anyone reading this experience this and/or know the reason why this happens?

    • @christofu_
      @christofu_ 8 років тому
