Hot and cold drinks should work like Demondrugs. Wearing off only after you cart.
I like prep, but I don't feel like cold/hot drinks ever really added that much compared to all the other stuff.
@@Raika63 immersion, they differentiate the desert and ice region from the others. Prep too, in Rise I never ever have to change what items I take
Its something that you need to learn to bring with you to help survive the harsh conditions of the world of monster hunter.
I also saw a thing about how it would be cool if they helped against fireblight and iceblight respectively, and I think that would also be a really cool addition.
We humans are strange creatures. I want hot and cold drinks to go away but I would throw a fit if they got rid of eating before a hunt I think. Seriously makes no sense, or maybe it does in that we already do enough preparation. Eating, sorting out items, armor sets, weapons, farming for items, crafting items etc. sometimes we even have to sniff dung out in the field to find a wyvern. Maybe that’s why I’m totally fine with hot and cold drinks going away
I dislike restocking mid-hunt, but I need an option to do it once early because I also constantly forget to restock when I'm in town and will wander into hunts with literally no inventory or a bunch of crap I looted from my last hunt.
Give me a 3-5 minute grace period at the start and I'd be good.
I've started playing NMS again after that beastly update, and man it is feeling really good to play right now, especially with the sharpeners like the ai supersampling (I think that's what it's called)
It's super tragic pretending to throw a tantrum from dying too much though. Real rage in games can be entertaining, but when it's fake, it comes off as painfully uncool! Imagine having a daughter (like you do) and having her come home one night and being like "Oh, I met this really nice guy!" and you learn his name and google it and see that desk-killing video. You'd be utterly horrified!
Can you imagine pretending to be angry and breaking a keyboard and then the chat pointing out that it was a fake rage, that would be tragically hilarious.
I had listened to a review of the DLC where they said it was miserable to an unenjoyable level, then proceeded to mention how they didn’t use summons. Like imagine complaining that a Pokemon game is too hard to be fun when you played with nuzlocke rules

My three favorite tracks are Raging Brachy, Valstrax, and Astalos. I ended up voting for Astalos because I knew the other two would definitely make it high up there, and aure enough in the top ten they were
@Rurikhan, use a text-to-speech mod, like Dalamund with Amazon Polly, to read the text in FFXIV.
Shadow of the Erdtree was awesome though. Hard to know what people expect anymore if they didn’t enjoy the game.

three man team is cake walk cuz boss focuses 1 person and 2 people can dps. 1 person with mimic is second tier difficulty. then easier with 3 man team. solo is hard

DLC was a tough challenge, especially being on NG7+ and not having played for 2 years 😂 Consort Radahn was super tough. But finally got there 😂 with a summons and that’s all good.

dlc is not too hard, final boss was fun, and if it was any easier I would have been less happy with it
We disagree on the DLC for the most part, but saying you're "soft" or other nonsense is just that: nonsense.
People can like and dislike things and both be right. That's how preferences and opinions work.
I don't hold you liking the DLC more than me against you, that's just stupidity. We generally agree on things, but here we didn't.

Edit: Also Radahn's hitboxes on some of his moves were pretty terrible. Not as bad as Giaus, but not good.

I don't want to be a "gatekeeper" but I don't like the way MH has been going. I started with freedom 1 and played all the PSP games with switched to NDS.
Those are the games that made me fall in love with the franchise. I still love world but it was missing something for me. Feel free to reply with hate idc.

What would you add/change to world to make it better? The only thing I liked from rise is the more detailed hunter notes so I don’t have to constantly go on a wiki for monster parts
For me, it was the variety in behaviors with the different variants of monsters. Remember in the original MH when Azure rathalos had a darker shade of green webbing on its wings and had a “squeakier” roar? It was almost a screech rather than a roar. I also liked the personalized palicoes that would cook for you in your home.
Gotta say, been watching you since the start of MHW and it's real disappointing to see you become more and more right wing reactionary. Half expecting to start seeing Nerdrotic-esque thumbnails about 'wahmen in video games'. Everything you talk about on Mythic Banter is negative. You've become a negativity drama peddler. Going from teaching me how to play Monster Hunter to another 'games media bad' creator makes me sad.
Gameing media is generally bad. I wouldn't give ruri to much Guff people want decent games with genuine heart behind them. Not goofy pandering projects or conversely just doing disservices to existing franchises.
Try to be understanding. Is all I am saying. I genuinely feel like he is a kind person and just wants quality games.
