  • I’ve been waiting to share this new ‘yoga inspired’ workout with you guys, and finally I can! Welcome to Yoga Sculpt!
    Join me for this follow-along class that will have your muscles burning, heart pumping, and brain firing from start to finish! YogaSculpt is low impact (so NO jumping or jarring) and not only sculpts and tones every muscle in your body but also improves flexibility and fires up your metabolism.
    This class is a whole body burner, with flows that will focus on upper body, lower body, and of course my favourite, core! Follow my lead and get all of my technique tips along the way while we move through free flowing sequences and use familiar yoga postures and movements (with an added twist!) that will challenge your strength and endurance.

    I loved this class so much Amanda! Could you do more classes on UA-cam like this one? I really like having these classes to follow along to on my computer as it is hard to follow on the app because my phone screen is so small! Thanks! X

    Awesome workout! Probably I would've done more stretching and relaxing before, because if you start tight you're going to get hurt... My right shoulder hurts because of those arms lifting

    Good class. Decent/intermediate workout. I would have appreciated less talking. It got annoying. since this is not a beginner class, I don’t think it’s needed. I don’t want to criticize. But it was very distracting especially when you were counting because you’d talk and we are still doing the exercise but you would go to the next number after talking but we’d really be two numbers ahead of that number. No bid deal since I like harder classes but it made it uneven reps on each side. Other than that, I loved the power class!
