I've gone from finding this flow intensely difficult to it being my rest day comfort. Thank you for being there for my fitness journey, there aren't any flows I've repeated like this one.
I love doing this yoga flow every morning. It honestly makes me feel so good and because I'm 14, it really helps me study the rest of the day during this pandemic. Thank you :)

I haven’t exercised in years and I just wanted to say that I think this video might’ve actually gotten me out of my rut. When it was over I just started intensely crying and it felt incredible

Yeah, you either deal with the ads or pay for youtube premium. 🤷 also our capitalist society love it or hate it, is the best we got right now. And if youre about to complain about corruption in capitalist society, i may point you to soviet Russia, and Maoist China, as well as the Nazis, corruption can exist anywhere so long as us humans run things. Our capitalist will persevere until something better and greater blows it out of the water. I hope i dont come across as combative, i’d just encourage more nuanced thought from people that hate on our society. Lets know throw the baby out with the bath water! Have a good day. :)

Bri is a master. Her easy grace is contagious. I've done yoga for over a decade and this is one of my all time favorite flows.

this is the most beautiful yoga practice I've done. I feel so energized, calm and grateful when I finish, I smile and laugh through the difficult parts and I feel so loved through the comforting words at the end. thank you briohny!
Struggled with covid symptoms for 10 days and did just did this flow hoping to gain some energy and strength, and I’m so glad i did. Felt a little out of breath at certain points, which is expected, but I feel less fatigued, I can breathe a little better, and I feel almost as if the covid brain fog is clearing up a little 🙏🏻
This video continues to be my absolute favorite shorter (30-minute) sequence for feeling stretched and refreshed. The flow is not too easy, yet not so taxing that I second guess my motivation to do it beforehand. Thank you.

I've done so many classes by Alo Yoga, many with Briohny as well but this is by far the best one I've done. I absolutely loved this flow, very well balanced, challenging yet felt wonderful on the body. Time just flew by. I feel energized for my day. Briohny is one of the best yoga teachers I've come across, great for all levels. With the help of Alo Yoga YT classes, I've moved from a beginner to an intermediate Yogi. Thank you so much. 🙏🏼❤️

I love this yoga flow! I've been doing it every other day and it is fascinating to see how much stronger I have become. Going through a tough time right now but this practice has helped me persevere.
I really liked that this had a good amount of energy and was also challenging! Some yoga I find too slow paced for my preferences but this video strikes a really good balance between strength and flexibility without spending “too” long in each pose (for me)! Would definitely recommend!
This is truly an energizing flow. Yesterday I came to my mat feeling completely blah and tired, after practice I had a wonderful day and felt so much energy the entire day. Briony is amazing at teaching I love the perfect combination of authenticity and kindness as a teacher and really specific instruction on exactly what to do with your body. My new favorite flow! This was great! I loved how it targeted the hips, had a couple of peak poses and all within 30 minutes!

Awesome flow! Loved how she said the name of each asana and all her cues. Only thing is doing the part facing the back of the mat was a little confusing since I couldn't see her, but aside from that small point, loved this video!

An energising practice for the WholeHealth team this morning. Though we got a little confused by being backwards on our mat and then not able to see the screen, we enjoyed this practice. Having done this flow 8 times in the last month, I can say my legs look more toned and my butt is more lifted, it's a good one
This one of the best flow so far that I have had so far - I lost all flexibility cause no gym yoga class and stayed practicing DB full body workout with no stretch so this felt really good, I desperately need it it

Loved this practice for a rounded upper back! So good for inspiration as an artist too. Wish you would bring more emotive language about the mental opening and perspective shifts that occur in these poses as well!

I found that this video really challenged my stamina especially with flexibility. I'm sure I will feel like tomorrow! Briohny is one of my top yoga instructors right now and I just want to try all of the alo yoga flows! Would not recommend this video for beginners

I have just done this after a 3km jog, amazing home workout. It might seems easy for some, but engaging your core throughout the practice while doing all those "easy" moves do give you a sweat :) greatly enjoyed this practice!
