In the semi finale of the let's play Fate/Stay Night Series we finally finish off the rest of the haven's feel bad ends. And as brutal at they are, one stands above the rest, that being sparks liner high. Saber having her own climax with a battle against shirou was definitely one of the best moments of heaven's feel, and it's not even part of the main route! I also watch all the tiger dojo's Including the 100% Completion Hot springs reward!

Remember back in Fate you asked Saber for a certain kill super move that could defeat even her? She said that only works when you are as skilled as your enemy, well it looked like Archer asked that question too and spent his life developing one. That's one of the reasons people love Sparks Liner High so much.

Oh, remember that one time in the fate route when shirou asked saber for an ultimate attack that would kill any servant? Evidently he wasn't joking.
What I like about the ending where shirou denies zoukens request to meet is that this the exact day where previously Sakura is super resentful against Rin and shirou actually predicts a shadow attack in the main story in the normal events because it happened the previous night.
Meaning shirou going to see zouken and learning the truth, trying to kill sakura and doubling down on protecting her essentially changed their fates from all dying by just a matter of a few hours. The fact that shirou denying zouken due to mistrust actually makes logical sense means its something very likely to happen which makes it more chilling
Yeah that ending is possibly the scariest in the game.

Not that it works this way exactly, but in the sense of general probability most heavens feel timelines likely end there.
I wish Sparks Liner High was animated, it's one of my favorites fights.

There are multiple choices that don't end in dead ends. That's where the missing CGs are from. One is for going to see Rin in UBW just before the date. When the bread goes missing you can either go shopping or go see her. You went shopping so you didn't get the CG of her.

Tho ironically enough it what actually works in the long run for Shirou in UBW and the future.
All i can say right now is that from the story and the character stand point its actually what makes her very interesting in deep analysis with all context.

So, Triple-Linked Crane Wings IS Archer's ultimate technique. Its amazing that we actually get to see it more often from that point.

The Valhalla Hot Spring is so sweet. Now about Jaguar-Man, i think at that point of time it can be a possible reference to unaired tokusatsu TV pilot with the same name produced by P-Productions which became known in August 1967. Another "no route" joke maybe, but honestly who knows.

Its very much is just my recent tinfoil theory but from what i know it seems its exactly where Nasu's first Fate ideas would started to form.
Since well before time of Mahoyo around in 1993-1995 (hell it seems even KnK had different version or origin back then) im sure he was already Makai Tenshō nerd and so much more.
There is so much at least we (non-Japanese speakers) didn't know. The whole "Fate/Skipper", "Fate/Origin" and tho the least "Fate/Prototype" confusion is pretty interesting to think about.
The three bad ends that I always remember are from Heaven's Feel - Mind of Steel, Femme Fatale and of course, Sparks Liner High. Still disappointed that ufotable did not do an OVA or something of Sparks Liner High.
The missing CGs are probably from choices that you did not take originally and that also do not lead to a bad end. At least, that's what I can think of.

The amount of pain you went through forcing yourself to abandon Sakura... you care for her so much and I enjoy watching it

Shiniku is a Chinese legend, to be precise, of an edible monster that looks like meat, also called Feng ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feng_(mythology) ). Shi-niku (視肉) actually means "looks like meat" or "meat lookalike" : 視 -> vision, 肉 -> meat : shi-niku.
A quite obscure but very fun fact : shiniku is obviously the japanese reading of 視肉. What is the Chinese transliteration of the same word ? *Shìròu* - between his Avalon-induced regeneration, and the endless potential of UBW, it is quite the interesting homophone, isn't it?
