Been using Shimmy's information as a reference for a while, even before this video released, and it helped me a ton to push through my plateaus. It also helped me seeing the same mistakes in other people's VODs who struggle with the same issue of trying to brute force speed and eventually getting stuck. Genuinly very good information and it changed my outlook on static technique in a better way.
Interesting, this isn't too far off my static technique, granted im not a static grinder. I'm definitely going to try to emulate this, and maybe my clicking will fall more in line with my tracking skills lmao
Hi bro! I am currently trying to switch to that technique for some reason, but I am still wondering. I thought that static is like a base level/skill, which you later use in target switching and dynamic clicking. But from what I have seen in vods of people you recommended (and you too) they still do more like a bardoz's flick (or just a normal flick) into approximation of a target and then correct in these categories. Cause of that it feels like developing static with this technique will not be utilised enough later? (and I wonder how this approach works for only horizontal flicks like target small owo or reflex scenarios in general).
theres no flick at all, they just glide at a very fast speed which is where you should be after doing the technique for a long time and perfecting it. this method is used for switching and dynamic clicking too, so its instantly transferable as well
Does this work for reflex click type scenarios? I feel like the 100-200ms necessary to react to the next target kinda prevents you from reaping the full benefits of fluidity, but maybe the smoothness still helps this technique outperform the bardoz method?
thanks! im not sure to be honest if i will, i like to talk from experience and collecting knowledge from lots of people better than me and i still dont know much outside of static tbh. i think if i could improve more at the others i definitely could though :D
Nice vid shimmy, I found the curved line tip when gliding helped with my accuracy when getting master static but do you think that might effect my performance in game?
shimmy, when should I use my wrist versus using my arm? Gliding with arm then decelerating then incorporating wrist seems best for me but what is your opinion
hey shimmy, thanks for the tutorial. should I try to relearn static with this method? I'm master complete and regular grandmaster and my closest static score to gm is 1 bot off on 1w3ts. Should I try to learn this technique instead of continuing what I know. Thanks, appreciate the help!
thanks for this tutorial! i went from voltaic iron to celestial in 1 second! also i got a wife and kids now and i won a gazillion dollars from gambling! 🤑
So is this advice more for people who want to climb leaderboards in kovaaks or is this more for people who actually want to improve their aim in game? I’ve always heard flicking in game but never heard of gliding in game that’s why I’m a little confused.
Grrrrrrrrrrr make pulseshot without reloading pls pls i broke my g pro super light bc i hit it with a hammer bc i was so tilted i almost beat my pb but i had to reload and lost😭😭😭😭😭😭
dont understand, u say to not flick at all but people in the discord say to flick but make it controlled???? its so hard when everyone is telling me something different

only problem i see with this is, who glides in game? if you see an enemy im pretty sure youre gonna flick to them
I guess instead of flicking you are supposed to glide faster 🤔
its just a fast glide with decel

Is this aimlabs or koovaks?
yo guys I know him!!!!!!
I know this is a dumb question but can this work a target switching?
im not sure, there are people that are slower and more precise like lukyn matty and louis but i would say it's flick and micro rather than gliding
🤝
where speedclicking mention for static (i wanna be featured in a video)

Wait, can you stop completely on the target? 0:53 you say never go to a full stop.
it's bad as it decreases fluidity
