In this series, I’m showing how you can do all gym workouts with bands at home, and this is the third video of this series where we are doing all BICEPS workouts with resistance bands. this is probably the best video series across youtube for using bands, I think the trainer has covered almost 100pc of all upper body workouts in his videos. For legs its a bit tough, but some of his variations like donkey kicks are great.

I started ur workouts this week , but just now in this video I heard “ if you do them twice a week you will get gym results”… what should I do them twice a week how do I make a timetable please guide me friend

Good video. Also mention, interval between sets. Schedule to perform 06 exercises: daily, alternate days, all six on a single day etc.
Just add a single slide may be on thumb nail. It will help your channel and viewers.

I have found your channel during covid and you were among the few channels that I subscribed because of the content.
I started following your video series of muscle building for beginners and bought a set of resistance bands myself.
I'm 31 and 6.3 feet tall with 95Kg weight.
I have a question, As you stated that in that series that we should do the work out every alternative days for good results.
Can I do the resistance band work out on one day and abs work out on other day.
This way I can exercise 6 days a weeks.
Also you told in resistance band videos about the reps and sets but you haven't said anything about the reps and sets about the abs work out.
Also can we do the sets with increased resistance band for beginners work out also?
what should be the duration of the abs exercise and doing both exercises alternative days will provide results?

Hello Bilal, Thanks for liking my content.
- You can do abs alternate days but remember abs is also a muscle group and needs rest to recover and grow so you don’t need to overtrain them. Even if you train them 2 times per week then it should be sufficient.
- In case of abs, I usually train until failure to get the feel of it. You can try max reps in each set (3-4 sets)
- Yes, its always good to increase the volume of the workout because progressive overloading is important for muscle growth.

Hi Sir, my question might sound stupid but what I understand is that most of the exercises are targeting both the heads of the biceps. Can I follow only those which are stated in this video with an addition of close grip barbell curl?
Yes, close grip barbell curls target short head. You can do that in addition to these workouts.👍

Hello Param, There is no shortcut or instant way to lose fat and also you can’t lose fat from one part of your body.. spot reduction is a myth. In order to lose fat you need to be calories deficit (eat less calories than your maintenance calories), you will start losing fat and eventually your belly fat will also go away. Please show the right standing position while doing chest and back workout, due to incorrect standing position I am filling pain in my right side back and neck, please think on it.
Hello Chaitanya, I did show the correct standing position in all my videos. You can check detailed video on these resistance bands workouts in the description of these videos. It might be because of your form or you are keeping your body too stiff while working out. Check that too.

Is it necessary to increase resistance after every set? Can’t we just do all the sets with one resistance and gradually increase the resistance
It’s important to do progressive overloading as it helps in muscle gain. The idea is to increase volume of the workout either by increasing the weight or reps to challenge yourself.
