@doddgarger6806 insulin is not a bad thing. The reason why we have so many issues with diabetes is due to a variety of factors. It can vary for people due to their genetics. Exactly. Animals need meat. Dry food is the worst thing anyone can feed any pet. I met a guy on a plane once. He told me dry food cuts a pets life in half and it destroys their kidneys. My neighbors dog was very ill on the verge of death. I asked him what he's feeding it. I told him the story. He immediately changed the dogs diet to a one of meat. It recovered and lived another three years.
While I love and appreciate the content in this video, I would love to see more practical solutions for everyday working people to get more C15 in their diet. Not everyone can snack on pecorino or include grass fed Australian meat in their diet. Can you do a follow-up for diets on more of a budget?
I enjoyed this interview very much; thank you. The best takeaway for me is that getting the C-15 from healthy saturated fats, building lean muscles through strength and resistance training, and getting quality sleep are all doable. However, the product is too expensive a solution, which eliminates it for the majority of the population.

The Fatty15 supplement is $101 for a 3-month supply. It does not list what the powder is made from. It is vegan. There is a link below the video which contains short videos condensing the info in this video. Saturated fats are found in salmon, anchovies, sardines, avocados, butter, full fat yougart, some cheeses, and grass fed beef and lamb. Older adults especially should avoid iron supplements as we tend to have too much and it damages cell walls.

Over the 50 million years of evolution, the ancestors of dolphins adapted from being terrestrial to aquatic. A characteristic that is mainly found in terrestrial animals is that of a vertical spine.
@@BunnyButterblume this kind of evolution is contrary to biological laws stating that species will produce after its own kind. They used to say that humans would stop growing toes since they wore shoes, but my genes have no idea that I am wearing shoes. Natural selection, however, is a completely different story.
Actually, science supports this. Yup, I googled it. But I just don't buy the evolution theory that all life evolved from primordial ooze. If you look at all of the weird looking life we have on earth from insects, mammals, on land, in the sea it's not possible. Just look at the blobfish, coconut crab, platypus, hippopotamus, humans, etc etc. No way they all evolved from the same source. I don't know where we all came from but I suspect earth is an experimental lab for aliens who tweak our dna/genetics periodically to see what happens 👽🤔
Now I understand WHY the blue zones 💙 are all about sheep and goat milk products! There is a pronounced longevity difference within the same Sardinian population -- but between the lowlanders, who don't raise sheep and goats, and the highlanders WHO DO!
Blue Zone = Bullshit Zone. A concept dreamed up to sell more plant products. Junk Science so conflicted that the science community has already called it out.
I've read taurine from pork and seafood is the common denominator between Sardinian and Okinawan longevity. If you're not familiar with taurine, look up Wonder Molecule to learn why it's so special. But I like your assessment too!
In Wisconsin there's some weird negative politics around dairy (vs, nut milk industry), which is big business in our state. I'm a big proponent of homemade whole milk yogurt. I feel dairy farmers just need to ignore the nut industry and shine a light on their products benefits, focus on grass fed and the benefits of dairy. Maybe Dr. Watson can make some phone calls to some farmers to explain some things to them.
You totally need to tell the full story. A person who had jaundice has a compromised exocrine system, which means they cannot metabolize fat properly, and the fat levels are really critical for these patients. Once one exceed the level of fat tolerable, the pancreas become inflammed, and pain develops in the back which spreads. This is very difficult for doctors or nutritionists to detect. In fact too much fat is prescribed (because we need it for energy right) and all of a sudden the pancreas and liver, the GUT start developing inexplicable diseases.
There is no doubt after tracking my blood sugars that carbs DO cause me insulin spikes and reduces my fat burning- but, that there is something else going on too. Even when I behave, I still can’t shift into fat burning. So frustrated. I deprive myself, and have stopped gaining, but can LOSE the weight.
@@DawnStyleArtbe more aggressive and take out the veggies if you’re eating them with a keto diet, sadly this may stall weight loss. I had lost doing carnivore, ate a salad with steak one night and was so bloated. Frustrating especially when you think you’re doing right.

The more I watch videos, the more I wonder where the truth lies... Here, we're told to consume saturated fats and they sell supplements for it, while Dr. Nathan Bryan sells supplements to boost our nitric oxide but recommends reducing fats while increasing our vegetable intake. This contradicts Dr. Grundy, who advises against vegetables due to oxalates and lectins they contain (he also sells products), and elsewhere, Darko Velcek reminds us we lack the enzymes to digest vegetable cellulose, suggesting they should be cooked, which decreases the availability of their vitamins (he doesn’t sell supplements)... What is the common denominator among these people? Could it be power, money, and fame? Although I believe most of these people are honest, there should be a forum where they could discuss and find common ground, so the average person can understand what to do... ;-)
What can people do that cannot consume casein? (Dairy protein) I find a ghee I consume and I eat red meat. Outside of dairy, what are other foods we can consume??? Appreciate if someone could share this. I don’t get clarity listening to this. Thank you!❤️
It concerns me that Dolphins have been used in military operations and subsequently experimented on whilst still in captivity. That’s an incredibly unnatural and stressful life for these Dolphins. I’m pretty shocked that you all think this is acceptable.

I just looked it up and dairy cows are fed an assortment of things from soy bean, grass silage and other stuff besides corn silage. So they should still be producing c15 and and a smaller but still relevant amount of omega3. Now corn finished beef is a different story, probably not as healthy. According to this interview grass-fed dairy has twice as much C15 than corn-fed dairy. So corn-fed does still have C15

Used to live on land, yeah ok. This is when I shut this off.

In Wisconsin there's some weird negative politics around dairy (vs, nut milk industry), which is big business in our state. I'm a big proponent of homemade whole milk yogurt.

See Physionics review of the seven studies thus far on C15 and the stats/data aren’t strong enough.
Although I believe most of these people are honest, there should be a forum where they could discuss and find common ground, so the average person can understand what to do... ;-)
... And I forgot about Gary Brecka, Andrew Huberman, Peter Attia...
