It would be good if you two would show before and after photographs of CT Angiograms of coronary arteries that were clogged and after following your advice the after photographs show reversing of the arterial plaque. Talking is one thing, subjective at best. Before and after photographs is the proof that would turn it from entertainment to a serious subject.

Now my alt and ast scores are back to the normal range. @doddgarger6806 insulin is not a bad thing. The reason why we have so many issues with diabetes is due to a variety of factors. It can vary for people due to their genetics. So long as you are eating fruit close to its nature state, most people should be fine. It's when you remove the fiber that it becomes a problem. How we prepare food matters, but whole foods are generally okay for most people that do not have metabolic issues.

Exactly. Animals need meat. Dry food is the worst thing anyone can feed any pet. I met a guy on a plane once. He told me dry food cuts a pets life in half and it destroys their kidneys. My neighbors dog was very ill on the verge of death. I asked him what he's feeding it. I told him the story. He immediately changed the dogs diet to a one of meat. It recovered and lived another three years.

Just look at the blobfish, coconut crab, platypus, hippopotamus, humans, etc etc. No way they all evolved from the same source. A person who had jaundice has a compromised exocrine system, which means they cannot metabolize fat properly, and the fat levels are really critical for these patients. Once one exceed the level of fat tolerable, the pancreas become inflammed, and pain develops in the back which spreads. This is very difficult for doctors or nutritionists to detect. In fact too much fat is prescribed (because we need it for energy right) and all of a sudden the pancreas and liver, the GUT start developing inexplicable diseases.

There is no doubt after tracking my blood sugars that carbs DO cause me insulin spikes and reduces my fat burning- but, that there is something else going on too. Even when I behave, I still can’t shift into fat burning. So frustrated. I deprive myself, and have stopped gaining, but can LOSE the weight.

I eat butter and dairy and have tried a predominantly carnivore/keto diet with no improvement.
      I don’t know what gives

@@DawnStyleArtbe more aggressive and take out the veggies if you’re eating them with a keto diet, sadly this may stall weight loss. I had lost doing carnivore, ate a salad with steak one night and was so bloated. Frustrating especially when you think you’re doing right.

The more I watch videos, the more I wonder where the truth lies... Here, we're told to consume saturated fats and they sell supplements for it, while Dr. Nathan Bryan sells supplements to boost our nitric oxide but recommends reducing fats while increasing our vegetable intake. This contradicts Dr. Grundy, who advises against vegetables due to oxalates and lectins they contain (he also sells products), and elsewhere, Darko Velcek reminds us we lack the enzymes to digest vegetable cellulose, suggesting they should be cooked, which decreases the availability of their vitamins (he doesn’t sell supplements)... What is the common denominator among these people? Could it be power, money, and fame? Although I believe most of these people are honest, there should be a forum where they could discuss and find common ground, so the average person can understand what to do... ;-)

It concerns me that Dolphins have been used in military operations and subsequently experimented on whilst still in captivity. That’s an incredibly unnatural and stressful life for these Dolphins. I’m pretty shocked that you all think this is acceptable.
