Tina studied classical guitar from the age of 6-13 at a conservatory in France. At the age of 13 she switched to electric under the tutelage of Renaud-Louis Servais, a well known French guitarist/instructor. At 14 he started filming Tina playing covers of some of the most well known highly difficult guitar pieces, many from the difficult level of Guitar Hero. This was the final one they released. At the age of 18, Tina disappeared from UA-cam and social media with much speculation over the years. Last month, she finally resurfaced and has been teasing us with images and clips from her band. You'll notice in this video that she has the guitar in classical guitar position over the left leg and neck elevated. I would suggest you listen to her other covers, especially For the Love of God and Altitudes.
I have been following Tina for quite some time as you have. As a keyboard player I later picked up the guitar thus giving me some familiarity as to what the hell she is doing. STUNNING!! After looking closely at he new picture offered on her Facebook site ..... WOW has this shy reserved girl crossed over from the covert to the overt! That's a lot of ink I'm seeing and I not sure what to make of that. I'm thinking this, an early foray into a band situation and other than her mind-blowing skills I don't expect too much from this group. Never-the-less NO ONE is happier than I to see that the 'Mother Ship' has blessed us with the return of one of the most amazing guitar players I have ever seen. And working NYC and Washington DC I've seen my share.

We are millions waiting to hear more from Tina. I have not found any other version of the Sonata that can compare to her interpretation. And I could practice that for 20 years and still not master it, or even come close to her level. Practice is needed but not forcefully enough: we cannot reach that level even if we all start practicing. How she makes every note sound so clearly at that speed, switching from tapping to picking at any time while the left hand should get a speeding ticket for playing so many notes per minute. Mindblowing!
I would put her way up on the top tier. This is one of many examples of her incredible talent. Still very young here. She has a big life ahead. She could hold her own against most.
I haven't seen a comment from most reactions on her classical style of playing. Notice music lovers that she plays as her classical teaching provided guitar is on her left leg. When she plays metal/ rock the guitar is propped on her right leg. Peace out.
As a classical trained guitarist I know you know better than me. But, I don't think there is very many people in the world that could master this piece on an electric guitar. I would say she is the GOAT!!
Yes she's been classical trained since age 6, but it took her 2 weeks to learn this pice. Feel and hearing. She's not thinking about notes. Great reaction. She's the greatest!
@ericreeves7896. That isn’t true. She just recently [in the last two weeks] updated her FB and Instagram with a few new photos. Showing different guitars and what appears to be her playing in a band. Whether or not she’ll upload music is anyone’s guess.
HAHAHA ! Tina S interview : "As far as my working time is concerned, it is quite limited. I go to school all week, which doesn't allow me to play my guitar."
Her teacher Renaud Louis-Servais who filmed this video in his studio, specifies : "...a small precision concerning this version, it is an arrangement made by the incredible Italian guitarist, Michele "Dr Viossy" Vioni, who was kind enough to let us use his version."
Tina is so impressive (not expressive though) My favouritea from her are her covers of: Dragon Force - Through the Fire and Flames - ua-cam.com/video/XpASSx0ecTU/v-deo.html and Steve VaL - For the Love of God ua-cam.com/video/nJi8iSpzq9I/v-deo.html
The whole "shred" genre is HORRIFIC. This has more of an Yngwie sound because it's a classical piece. The sweep picking and tapping techniques have ZERO emotion or soul. Its It's just thousands of notes played as fast as humanly possible. Jared Dines and Stevie T are the ADTUBE Ambassadors. It's very much like Boogie Woogie played on a public piano at an airport. After about 30 seconds, I'm looking for an unsteady chair and some rope. Perhaps a few pauses or bends could help. I've been playing hair guitar since 1985. I was 15. I know they are very difficult techniques to master, but I'd much rather listen to Yngwie. It's similar but nowhere near as tedious.

Her right hand is freakin awesome, crazy flat picking. Van Hallen would be impressed - WOW !! I hope she is still playing guitar. Amazing woman !
Classical music is metal music of the 15th century
She's back with a band and new music.
Tina S is a Guitar Goddess. I wish she would make new videos. She already has a legion of fans waiting for her.
She is back, with a band. Just awaiting new uploads.
She's got a new profile pic on her you tube page, and I'm pretty sure she'll come back when she reached 1mil subs.

As Michael Jackson said, "If you have to count the beat, you're not dancing."
No, not 2 weeks, but 2 months during the summer school holidays, said her teacher Renaud who recorded this video.
I "play". (campfires & bourbon bottles help) I would have to agree with another reactor. "I can't even play wrong notes that fast"!!
Skills to pay the bills!!
Dude, you should see her do Paganini and Vivaldi!🤯💪🏻🤘🏻
Welcome aboard 😀 this is just the first of many you will enjoy. She is from France. And has not been seen lately on social media.

I believe she was 16 at the time of this recording, she took a few years off after that to continue her education

Well this is what you get when you have natural musical talent plus disciplined daily practice

Right
She played it well because she is talented. Without talent dedication yields mediocrity.

Why would you be mesmerised over a 17 year old teenager shredding bethoven
Ended my guitar noodling. 17, crap, I'm done.
This is like a musical castration for any would be shredder 😐
Shes great but i think shes a bit to fast she needs to enjoy the notes more slower sometime is better aka comfortable numb
The sound is much better in the original video. It got crappified here.
If you want to be like Tina S, just take some lessons with her teacher Renaud LOUIS-SERVAIS, he gives lessons by Skype also all over the world !

What kind of critic are you?
I've never read such nonsense before.
