I'm seeing a lot of comments from younger children and teenager. One explanation is that your body is still growing. I started having popping in my ankles around age 11 or 12. It started that way just when I would rotate it or stretch it out. Then, it happened every time I stepped down when going up a flight of stairs. I'm 21 and it has not stopped. Now, my back and shoulders particularly pop into place when walking (the former) and reaching (the latter). That has been going on for awhile too (maybe 15? But the lower back was most recent). Also, my knees tend to pop when bending. Then, I finally made it to the chiropractor at 18. They found my popping odd since they had popped it once customarily and told me to rotate my shoulder after they popped it - it popped again. They did it a few times before they had me sign their forms for insurance and took my x-rays. There is a small curvature of my spine and one shoulder is higher than the other (could be because of the scoliosis but who knows). The few times I went to the chiropractor really helped because all they did was pop my back and shoulders, then it wouldn't really pop for the rest of the day. When I stopped going, I regretted it immensly. But then the next year I started working out and going to the gym. It helps! Guys, if it's just the ligaments stretching then the key is to build up your body. Stretch within your limits and exercise regularly to build some muscle. It doesn't help completely but it does reduce the craking that sometimes happened in the middle of a quiet classroom. Just simple stretching and weight training helped a lot. Stretch every morning to get all the cracks out.
Okay so i need help with figuring this out. Someone help please. I'm 17 and every time I rotate my right hand/ wrist clockwise, I hear a pop in my wrist, particularly on the inner wrist area where your thumb is, but it's not my thumb that's popping, it's the small little bones that are in between the hand and the forearm bones, I don't know why it makes this pop but if I don't rotate my right hand/wrist, I start to feel a pain and I then I have to rotate it clockwise. I don't know if this is due to the fact that I have sprained my right wrist twice in the same exact place(which is evidentially a coincidence when you think about it) or if it's the fact that I've been a baseball player for 9 years and I'm primarily a pitcher so I'm constantly snapping my arm/wrist down to create velocity. My joints do that too, repeated movement makes it pop over and over again, except for the fact that I'm starting to have pain in my right shoulder blade and neck because of it. Last time I went to a doctor and mentioned it ,she said it was fine as long as theres no pain but now there is. I'll have to ask the next time im in there.

Get the doctor to look and see where your popping is. I cannot stress this enough, sure and MD or professional can look at it, but if you treat your body right, you can fix it easily.

@motivationaldoc hello i was wondering if i can get some advice.
So my neck has been giving me trouble for sometime now and i got hurt like year ago wrestling with sibling and i had to get cervical collar because i had alot of pain coming from my kneck i couldn’t even move it side to side at that time and 3 months after i got into mini car accident. Now 1 year later im still having some kneck issues like i hear alot of neck poping when im laying down and sometimes when i walk i also had some shoulder inflammation for little while but it went away now im experiencing terrible headaces and pounding types of headaches on the left side of my head and im terrified and dont know what to do. Im trying to seek therapy for my neck but masshealth is going to deny me because of the car accident and the reason is i wasn’t under my moms policy during that time of the car accident i have already recived letter of denial from the insurance company once i just need some help and dont want to get in trouble.
Yes. It hurts and takes my breath away. It is always painful and even swells in my arms. It happens randomly. I don't pop my joints myself.
What about snapping in the joints? And it increases in nearly all of the joints as time passes
thank you
Thank you doctor to teach this tecknik
I have this in my ankles, knees, hips, lower back, upper back, neck, wrists, elbow, shoulders, and I've grown to have a really bad lower back pain problem, sometimes my knees and ankles even hurt, recently found out I have a misaligned spine and need to see a chiropractor but can't die to corona
Hi doctor. What should I do to stop the noise or cracks? Is there a way to stop this? Should i exercise, workout or stop doing these things. What should i do? Thankyou.
Anxiety increases...
Is it safe to continue doing exercise even I can feel the pop in my hip?
How is your hip now?
Any progress on your hip? Mine is popping too and i feel pain
Nice vid
Hello doctor wonderful insight, here is my question - my knee makes the most pop and during repeated bending or simple change in position. There is no pain, no swelling, no redness, no heat felt at the joint, is this normal or should I be worried?? Btw I am 32, weigh 149lbs. Thanks in advance 👍
My body is cracking all the time. It used to be only my ankles, which started at the beginning of the pandemic. Now it's everything. My neck, hip, left ankle (right stopped for some reason), arms and wrists. I can't stop worrying
What didi you do?
@@crishy1166 i went to the doctor and he said it was normal as long as I didn't do it on purpose, because every time you do it on purpose, it takes a little bit more to make it crack until one day you actually break something. Right now I'm trying to stop cracking my left ankle all the time. I occasionally hear other parts of my body cracking but now that i know it's not that bad I don't worry that much
Check you vitamin d and calcium
every time i do captains chair exercise of ny abs at the gym my lower back cracks. im not overdoing the exercise but i still have crepitus and i dont have any pain what could be the problem? do i need to worry about it? thank u
I have lots of symptoms (I might suffer from fibromyalgia: tinitus, all mu muscles are hurting and they are contracted all day long) among them this cracking sound in ALL my joints. it started back in 2014 with my ankles and now even at my slightest movement, my joints crack: my ankles, knees, hips, all the spine, the lumbar, the elbows, the shoulders...my question is: this cracking could be related to fibro? thank you in advance, Doctor.
Please answer this #motivationaldoc
Hi how are you doin now?
you not alone. after cov19, i started poping also. all my joins: knee, elbow, shoulders, i sit it pops, i stand up it pops, sit again same. every movement its poping. and i god painfull left shoulder... try supplement to get ir off it
This happened to me too.. I started noticing a ton of cracking and now all of my muscles contract.
@@Nessielynn82 , no gym anymore, very limit exercises i can do. So i just gave up. Drink supplements, and do couple exercises, hope body will recover itself
I hear cracking from my neck, shoulders, knees, elbows FUCKING CONSTANTLY, every single movement while trying to workout, doing chores, archery. It hurts when it pops but that's it. I'm only 15, what the heck Is happening???
Lots of my joints crack so easily especially my back. I have no pain. Is it really normal then?? Because I looked up stuff that scared me
I walked down the stairs and my body sounds like a popcorn machine.
Did you had a sedantary lifestyle for long and too much sittting?
Interesting, i was always advised to stretch my lower back whenever i feel tension there while in a seated position. I never knew that twisting your spine might be damaging. The more you know
I'm so worried, i'm still 21. It's so uncomfortable to hear myself cracking everytime i move. What should i do?
I’m 10 and I have this.

Sir I am going to gym for 3 years
Now I have a continuos piping sound from the arm joint arm knee is there any problem...
Right Knee cracks and pops every time I kneel and shift my foot from inside (natural) to outside the body frame.
I also use a knee brace like folks use a runner's knee brace for stability.
I only need a stability brace under my knee cap.
also in pain going up stairs.
Dr mandell what will happen if i stop popping my bones, will it go back to normal like its going to unstreched
It's embarrassing when I'm talking and my neck pops really loud and it's amplified when my mouth is open at the time.
Thanks for this video. Every one of my bones just started cracking a week ago. I had an injury to the back 3 months ago that hasn’t healed yet. Would that have anything to do with it? Numbness in extremities, pain in wrist. They just told me I have disc degeneration. Never had this before.
Hey hi! I had a back injury around 3 months ago and then for last one week my joints started cracking. I can't go to hospital due to this covid thing, can you please tell me what happened with you afterwards? I'm very worried.
mihir 123 hey, it just went away after a couple of months after taking extra calcium, vitamin D, glucosamine supplements. Collagen helps too for stronger bones. Don’t stress that’s making it worse. I noticed when I was relieved of extreme stressing I got better eventually.
@@77deerose thank you, it really helps. I'm gonna get admission in my dream University this year and first injury and later this made me so worry. I'm 22 and after reading online I came arthritis and all it made me worried. Thank you!
@@77deerose Thank you so much for sharing this info. I had lots of cracking before and remember megadosing vitamin c and it went away years ago. I was now wondering if I had some sort of deficiency and your reply has pretty much confirmed my thoughts! Thank you 🥰
Get the doctor to look and see where your popping is. I had constant popping in my hip, I started to watch my nutrition, doing yogi squats to stretch my hip adductor and abductors out, and the popping went away completely. STRETCH YOUR BODY PARTS. I cannot stress this enough, sure and MD or professional can look at it, but if you treat your body right, you can fix it easily.
Allen C I stretch everyday however I don't take nutrition so...guess I need to start eating those crappy candies
In the last few months I snap, crackle and pop in all joints, I have recently been diagnosed with Osteoporosis, was wondering if this was part of having Osteoporosis. Does it have anything to do with Calcium. I was recently diagnosed with basal ganglia brain calcification in brain, and wonder if it has to do with Hypocalcemia. I do not know if all this stuff I have been experiencing is with cracking joints and osteoporosis is causing my joint issues. I have pain in knees sometimes, they do not want to unbend, hurts. I also have muscle and nerve pain, mainly feels like tearing of muscles. 😫
Me as well
my right elbow cracks very often.
so, is this a bad sign that the joint is wearing down or its normal?
I have one ankle that pops/creaks when going down steps. No pain . No swelling. What do you think?
I know that you were saying that there is nothing to worry about but I wanted to ask you if this popping sounds leads to arthritis because that is what I have heard
Hey, I just do have one question.
Is it all right to feel restless and tired and bones pooping and cracking sound at same time. Hope I can hear back.
Same ... I do feel this
Dude, i am 22 years old and my joints started to crack a lot lately... and i fear that something is wrong with me

I'm 18 and the same thing happened but all my joints creak as well like an old door. I went to doctor after doctor and I was told by all of them that I'm young and should be fine...

@@crishy1166 I’ve been diagnosed with a connective tissue disorder and arthritis. I have a lot more ways to cope with the pain and strange noises and feel a lot better about my choices. It hasn’t gone away but I do have a good support system now!
I typed "joint popping nutrition", this was the first video, but it doesn't mention what to eat, would you help me with that? Can't find much on youtube other than glucosamine but that's not worked for me.
Is it bad if another joint is inflamed, but not the one that keeps popping/cracking?

Sir, My Shoulders, Back, Neck and Foot are making Cracking Sounds. How to prevent this ?
swelling, or potential fluid build-up that occurs with popping .
Osteoarthritis: Arthritis is a condition in which cartilage begins to rub away, leaving bones unprotected and creating inflammation.
Cracking knees and joints is sometimes caused by vitamin D and calcium deficiency?
Is an ultrasound of the author joint, like a wrist required for a good diagnosis?
Seems like since on anti inflammatory diet carnivore / low carb and since I’ve been exercise I hear my creaky joints.
my neck and wrists are popping like crazy sometimes
Your glasses camouflaged with ur green screen
I have the same problem as everyone who posted, and I don't what to do or how to get rid of it, so do I exercise every day, or is it something else. I'm not even 30 yet. So, how can I stop that noise?

This happenes to me all the damn time and it's pretty funny when it happenes, there's no pain, but it sounds funny especially when I do my hair or other people hair, all they hear is my wrists cracking😂 it Happenes in my neck, back, spine wrists, knees, it pretty much happenes every Where.
My whole body cracks and it is so somewhat painful but in an annoying way since it feels inflammed and does get warm at times especially my neck upper back and jaw area.
Some of my joints pop at least every other day. I believe it could be partly a physical posture kind of thing though I don't think I intentionally cause it.
I’m 12 I hear popping sounds like popping candy in my head at the middle I need help
I hear it on my right arm
I have a cracking noise in both my big toes. It happens every step i take when i bend it a certain distance. Doesnt hurt or have any of the other symptoms though...
