I do a lot of lifting and I’ve been trying to figure what this was for a while now. Every time after my deadlifts I stand up straight and get some really uncomfortable clicks. I’m absolutely gonna dedicate some days of the week to just these exercises.

I’ve had this problem since I was 13 years old. I’ve seen physios and athletic therapists who told couldn’t help me until finally I met a chiropractor who understood what my body was doing. I had no idea until now that this may be an issue during and after pregnancy!! Wow thank you so much for sharing!! I am starting these exercises first thing tomorrow morning!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Your video has helped me so much. Being somewhat dramatic with regard to health issues, I was worried that my popping was a sign of some deadly cancer that had advanced to my spine. But you explained this and now I know that it is the product of me not doing my “regular routine” at the gym. After doing your exercises, I am already experiencing less popping. Thank you for your great info and for taking the time to impart this info to all of us.

I kid you not.. This is by far the best explanation of my symptoms and clearly the best video I have come across in the 3 years I've had this popping clicking and pain. Your excerises are well demonstrated and to the point. Thank you so much for sharing this video. 🙏

Thank you for this video, I’m pretty fit and work out regularly. I injured my abs badly and was out of training for a couple of months and developed this popping, clicking sound and it’s been on and off for the past month. After one session of this I woke up this morning to no popping!!!
