Sounds great Dr. Mandell. The only issue for me is that it will give me heartburn. I can not eat anything at all 30 minutes prior to bed. In fact, I have to wait for at least 3 full hours after I have eaten anything to finally be able to go to bed without getting heartburn.

I'm going to try it because I have been getting leg cramps more often lately...I drink more water, don't eat salt or salty food, I use sea salt..and not a lot of that either, I stretch my legs....and I still wake up with cramps sometimes, I hope and pray this helps!!! 🙏🙏🙏

I am a type 2 diabetic..... With neuropathy in my feet, and a host of other illnesses....including not sleeping more than 4-5 hours a night. Today is January 10, 2023 and last night after watching this I decided to try it, even though I had old non organic cumin in my pantry. I mashed up one of my husband's bananas (I don't eat bananas) with the cumin and did not go to bed until 11:15 (1.5 hrs after eating it,). I must have drifted off quickly and then woke up to pee at 3:25am.... Went back to bed and propped up the pillows on an incline and again did not wake until 7:45 am. I cannot remember ever sleeping 8 hours ... In the last 10 years.....ever.

I have for the first time in more than 10 years been able to sleep 7 hrs at night. I usually sleep 3 to 4 hrs only. But after listening to you message I did as you advised ( ie eat a banana mixed with cumin.) 40 minutes before bed time. The results were so astonishing. @@HaroldZwingley it lowers blood presssure and when blood pressure is lowered so is blood sugar. Though it’s not a replacement for insulin. And type 1 is auto immune. I’ve had to be careful Bc it can drop it and then I can have a hard time getting it back up. More studies are needed on how it works.

I tried this the other night and he is not lying. I fell into the deepest sleep I've had in a very long time. So much so, I overslept and was late for work. For me, the taste is something to get used to. I like cumin and love bananas, but together is something different. I'll keep doing this though because it works and I'm all for anything natural.

WOW. I tried this and I slept well but my heart usually pounds during the night and when I wake up. Tonight is night 3 with this concoction. I'm a terrible skeptic. Night 1, this stuff knocked me out and I slept deeper then I have in years it seemed. I woke up with feeling well rested and alert. I was still skeptical this was the trick. Night 2, same result. Tonight is night 3, so far this stuff proves to work. I make smoothies and put banana, Tumeric, avacodo, celery, 1 tbs of 100% pumpkin, collagen, a half cup of kefir, water & ice. I'm having stomach problems, and this seems to help.
If you're talking indegestion/ heartburn- which I get, on occasion if I overindulge- I put a half teaspoon of baking soda in a big glass of water. It works fast. Also not having large meal in the evening helps greatly.

TYVM Dr. As an athlete i sometimes have trouble getting to sleep because my metabolism or brain is racing. A bodybuilder friend said to eat a handful of fruit like strawberry or grapes or .25 apple and it gives me like a food coma affect but not affect any ketosis. It absolutely does the trick. Your tip here seems remarkably similar and the cumin is an added benefit

I tried this the other night and he is not lying. I fell into the deepest sleep I've had in a very long time. So much so, I overslept and was late for work. For me, the taste is something to get used to. I like cumin and love bananas, but together is something different. I'll keep doing this though because it works and I'm all for anything natural.

@@sharonellitson4231 I totally understand. For me, it was about not going another night getting maybe 2 hours of sleep and having to do a full 8 hour work day. After the first try and it worked, I told myself it doesn't matter what it tastes like, that's the best sleep I've had since I don't know when. It's worth it if you're having trouble sleeping.

WOW. I tried this and I slept well but my heart usually pounds during the night and when I wake up. I was so at peace when I woke up in the morning and for the first time in almost four years my heart wasn't pounding and I felt like I could lay there forever. I was almost groggy like I had taken a sleeping pill. It was amazing how peaceful my mind was!!
You might have what I have. Supra Venticular Tachycardia. It's a rapid heart rate set off by misfiring of the electrical current. Our heart is All electric. Do not eat junk food, candy, sodas or lots of salt is horrible for the heart❤❤

I’ve been eating the smashed garlic clove daily for a couple of months after watching your video. Saw my cardiologist for my annual checkup. EKG was perfect and my BP was 122/85. Way lower than it normally measures which is 140/93 or so. Thank you for these videos.

I do the banana and cinnamon for a peaceful sleep that Dr Mandell recommended. In fact, every night before bed my granddaughter goes into the kitchen and makes this for us. When we wake up, she’s like, “I had the best sleep ever!” And for the next 30 minutes I have to hear about Dr Mandell with this BRILLIANT Idea. lol
She’s only 9 and tells the family, ALL her friends and teachers to follow Dr Mandell because he’s the GREATEST Dr ever. lol.

Tonight is night 3 with this concoction. I'm a terrible skeptic. Night 1, this stuff knocked me out and I slept deeper then I have in years it seemed. I woke up with feeling well rested and alert. I was still skeptical this was the trick. Night 2, same result. Tonight is night 3, so far this stuff proves to work. It's pretty miraculous unless there is another reason but I haven't changed anything else. Thank you Doc, im gonna stay on this.

Wow wow i am really exited to try this. Havent had a good nite sleep in weeks and it starting to affect my brain and heart. I flew to the store and scored the bananas and the Organic Ground Cuming. The Organic ground Cuming does says it helps with insomnia. Dear God i will cry profusely if i wake up at least at 5am or even at 6am rather than 2 and 3am.

I tried it last night and slept really well. I took half the banana and 3/4 teaspoon of the cumin since I don’t weigh very much. That amount was just right. Thanks, Dr. Mandell.
what I like the most about these videos is that its products you could have already or you could buy at the market. No "pills" or "powder" from a lab (with potential side effects) that you have to add to a smoothie.

I'm still using the banana cinnamon combination as a sleep aid, and it still works for me. I will give this a try. Since fellowing you Dr. Mandel I have been maintaining a healthy weight, low blood sugar levels, and healthy blood pressure, along with exercising which is very important. Someone mentioned in the comments, some things work for others and some things may not. But so far so good with me. God bless you and thank you for all you do.

Hi Dr., I just wanted to thank you for the amazing tip. On my first try, I managed to sleep for 8 hours, including 2 hours of deep sleep. I had a very vivid dream and woke up feeling refreshed. Thanks so much; keep up the great work!
I make smoothies and put banana, Tumeric, avacodo, celery, 1 tbs of 100% pumpkin, collagen, a half cup of kefir, water & ice. I'm having stomach problems, and this seems to help.
If you're talking indegestion/ heartburn- which I get, on occasion if I overindulge- I put a half teaspoon of baking soda in a big glass of water.
It works fast.
Also not having large meal in the evening helps greatly.
Meat heals the gut amazingly. I ate lots of plants for 5 years had so many problems. Ate 70% meat for 4 months and healed my gut. Fatty meat.
Which collagen do you use? Is it a powder?

TYVM Dr. As an athlete i sometimes have trouble getting to sleep because my metabolism or brain is racing. A bodybuilder friend said to eat a handful of fruit like strawberry or grapes or .25 apple and it gives me like a food coma affect but not affect any ketosis. It absolutely does the trick.

This is really amazing! I tried this last night, and for the first time in years my deep sleep was more than 1 hour. Wow, true story before I even saw that you posted this video. I had half a banana last night not the cumin part before bed and I truly slept like a baby. This really works better than any other prescribed sleeping pills and I didn't even have the cumin part but I'm sure with the cumin it may even be better but when I tell you the banana did it for me! I was always skeptical about eating a banana before bed because of how heavy it could be for your digestion at night but when I tell you I slept so good Thanks Doctor Mandell for sharing and reiterating that this truly works!!!
