Although silicone grease (PTFE) can be purchased online, auto parts stores and some home improvement stores, it has other uses. (Note; Dielectric Grease works as well) I you live in areas that freeze, apply a light coating on your vehicles door seal rubbers. Gently wipe to remove excess, but leave a film on the rubber. It keeps doors from sticking firm when frozen, but hydrates the rubber to increase its life span. It can be found in the owners manual, that book that is skimmed thru! Brakes benefit from high temp PTFE brake lube as well. The compound doesn't effect stopping if some gets on the friction material.
