@@mav.- You shouldn't just give it a shot. That's not a rational thing to do. You present logic and reasons for believing in something. Give it a shot with a Worldview that is incompatible? What they expect out of taking a shot won't match up with the reality of what the Bible teaches or a proper understanding of God. The danger in taking a shot is that it may not conform to what the unbeliever knows or understands about Christianity or the nature of God correctly, which could give the person an unrealistic expectation about what believing entails, therefore making them bitter when that expectation isn't meant. A perfect example would be what happens to a lot of folks who walk away from the prosperity church. They are left bitter and angry when they don't get their riches, even though they were promised if they "sow" their seed they would get multiples in return. Again if they knew the Bible or understood God correctly they would of never believed that. That is the danger in taking a shot without the proper understanding of the Bible or Gods nature. I'm so sorry hearing the news. I've lost my mom to cancer almost 4 years ago. I was 18, so I can relate to how it feels like, to feel constantly worried and anxious about how the situation goes. BUT there is hope and his name is Jesus! I'll be praying for you guys! Just know, God holds you in His hands, even if you feel like you're falling. I'll pray that your family will stand strong together. Jesus walks with you on this path. Psalm 23:4.
Heartbroken to hear this. I wish her recovery and health. I'm Jewish so my prayers are a bit different, but I will pray for her. We light a candle to strengthen our struggling fellow humans.

Cried my eyes out through this whole video, been dealing with really bad depression and I’ve been thinking about more than once just ending it. Your videos are some of the only things that have kept me going. I feel so dumb even feeling how I do knowing what you are going through I couldn’t even imagine experiencing that and all I’m going through is a bad break up. I just wanted to let you know you are in my prayers.

Hey man I feel you for the past month I too have been dealing with heavy depression as well my friend
I lost my job and unemployment has been rough I'm far behind on many bills and payments
And I also feel you on the heart break too man I've been struggling with one from fucking Highschool man she was my everything my HS sweet heart my rock and since her I've been super bad and unlucky in finding love in another woman I still have dreams where she's there and I wake up realizing it was all just dream and she's gone forever so I wake up crying a lot it hurts man trust me ik I've tried to End it a few times myself but I'm still fighting and ik you have been too don't give up we can fight and beat this depression we deserve to be happy and live long enough to feel accomplished just remember there's plenty plenty of women out there it's not over yet ok keep your head up high Atlas ;)
My Dad died when I was 17... My only sister was 16. He fought ALS for 4 years during my most formative years. Though I feel I missed out on a lot with him...and MAN do I miss him dearly even though it's been 7yrs. I watched him read through the entire Bible three times (I helped him turn the pages when he lost his ability to use his hands and arms). He was at home when he went to be with the Lord. I watched it happen. His eyes wide staring out the window and he had a smile on his face. Honestly, I'm glad that he is finally home. What an amazing man. I can only imagine what he'd have to say about the current state of this world right now. I know I'll see him again!

Josh, I am so sorry you lost your dad so early, but your attitude and faith is an inspiration. I lost my dad 3 years ago and I feel EXACTLY the way you do: I am glad he is HOME and there are no TEARS or sorrow for him, and also, I cannot imagine him having to live in this world the way it has become over the past few years and is now. I feel like ALS is much worse than cancer because there is no cure, there is no chance to win a fight against it. I lost my uncle to it. The man didn't even taste the life well, wasn't married, achieved almost nothing in life before contracting this hellish disease which is basically an extremely painful, torturous death sentence.
This is tough, sending strength to the both of you, deeply rooting for you!

Watching this channel has helped me navigate my own conviction when listening to some of the music that challenge my own religious beliefs. I'm sorry. I hope everything goes well. I lost my father last February from Stage 4 Lung cancer. He fought it for 9 months. This was the first Holidays without him. RIP Boom. I miss you dad. I'll see you again someday.

Praying for you Pastor Rob. As a cancer survivor myself I understand what your family is going through. I myself also have to get checkups yearly and I always fear when going that it will come back. I got the news today also that I am positive for Covid. One thing that really frustrates me is how could they of missed it multiple times? I feel as though these Dr. or the folks that look at these tests just don't really care and/or don't study them as close as they should. The World is a mess right now and then to have this happen on top of it all can be very stressful. Just know that Jesus is in control and he has already won. No matter the outcome, she will be taken care of. Stay strong and lean on the Lord when you feel overwhelmed. Take care and God Bless!!
