I have a 2019 B9 RS5 Sportback with Dynamic Steering and Dynamic Plus (174mph/280kph max speed, ceramic brakes). You nailed the review. Understeer has been vastly reduced by Audi's Sport differential, which accelerates the outside wheel rather than braking the inside wheel. That's why the steering feels so neutral, and it actually steers truer when accelerating in a curve rather than braking.
Every night I dream of driving this car the next day.

I’ve got a 2012 RS5 and absolutely love it... the V8 sound for me personally is one of the best sounds ever. The new RS5 is equally as good looking on the outside (apart from the sound) but stunning on the inside! One of my favourite interiors, ticks all my boxes. The only thing I’d get over mine is a GTR or the new RS5 if and when I can afford one. 💁🏼♂️😏 The best thing about the new RS5s is they are a lot more tuneable than the older V8s and quite a bit quicker.

Congrats on your RS5. This is one of the most enduring and beautiful shapes in the car world. When you look back and see this car was originally launched in March 2007 and refresh after refresh, evolution has improved it but you park a 2007 A5 next to 2020 A5 and the DNA is unmistakable, the original design was so spot on. Well not having owned one but been privileged to have one on loan last year, I drove this car on some of the best roads in the UK, Brecon Wales into Mid Wales. It is mindblowing the pace you can maintain and I get 100% why this car will embarrass competition in its class or above in an all weather point to point sprint. It is so unflappable, believe me it will get a bit of rear out action but only in the absolute worst conditions before it gathers itself and launches you at the next corner. It will understeer but its really only at the extreme edge of grip, which would be long after M3 or M4 would have spat its occupants into an adjacent hedge or worse an oncoming 40 tonner. Enjoy the car have fun and cant wait to see what the ECU tuning does for the output. Please if you use a tuning box can you Dyno it because the arguments rage as to whether you get anywhere near the quoted figures versus a remap. Peace...........

need to be careful with keyless go id advise getting a steering wheel lock and signal killer box to put your keys in so no one can jump the car from you. had people try do it to one of my family members rs3s

Once you feel the sports diff working and you get used to it, the speed it gives you through the vends is unreal!
Give it more throttle to tighten your line, the earlier you get on the power the better!

Great choice! Had 2018 S4 for two years now and love it. It's 'modestly tuned', but I think it's a beast. The launches are crazy (sub 4 secs 0-60). Would love to see the difference between stock RS4/5 and tuned S4.

I just left working at Audi. But got to drive this car pre launch. Fantastic car!! Worked at BMW before that and have to say BMW feels a bit more sporty but the Audi just does everything so well without even breaking a sweat. I was converted and sold my 340 and bought and S7. Now learning how to do a 4WD donut without taking out a fence post. Enjoy your Vorsprung!

I bought this year my Audi RS5 sportback 2019 also galcier White color with Black pack ,:D i did some accelertion with dragy APK and 0-100 i got 3,57 s; 0-200 12,80 s; 100-200 8,80 s; 1/4 mile 11,52 s. For stock car scores are f**** amazing :) also i drove RS5 Sportback after some mods to 550 km and 780Nm and this blowed my mind :) IT was sick. Quick as hell and you dont feel the car weigt is 1800 kg.

I've got an RS5 and its perfection, however I've never thought of purchasing an Alfa - However I was driving behind a Giulia a few weeks back and the exhaust note was lovely and the rear looked like a beast - don't sleep on the Giulia very nice car indeed (thumbs up to your comment DOM)
