Dont Roll it in your hair, use a stamp motion and put pressure on you hair and pull it up and, if you roll it over your scalp it just destroys your progress.

Pro tip:
192 needles dermaroller is the one with real needles.
520 needles dermaroller, and often times are titanium needles, are the ones to avoid.
But actually skip the dermaroller if you have hair, buy a dermastamp instead, it doesnt pull hairs out and it is not as painful as dermaroller since stamping is a linear vertical action compared to roller which penetrates your skin from an angle and comes out from another angle.
Also dermastamp has adjustable needle length.

I went on Amazon nd every derma roller I saw was of titanium Alloy, even it’s a 192 needle.

Try coconut oil for dandruff. Applying to the scalp 4”for at least 45 min, then washing it out. Or try a Neem powder hair mask. Mix the powder with water to create a paste, apply to scalp, leave for an hour and the rinse it out. It also thickens hair.

I assume you mean black roller, if that's the case then I don't think it's a good idea for face either as it can casue skin tissue damage

I'm considering using a dermaroller. How do you feel about the Dermapen?
Dermapen is better for wounding and areas with little to no hair. It's not as practical as the way I use it and it would take x3 time to do each session compared to dermarolling

What is the difference betweem them? And what neeedle size you recommend?
The difference between them is the quality and materials they have used to make them. I personally prefer to use 1.5 mm as it doesn't stick in hair and also needles don't bend.
