I have found that using chemicals acids have helped a lot for me. It’s well known in skincare that chemicals peels acids can do the same as microdermabrasion and actually can be better since it’s more even. So a ligh bulb came on and said why not try it for hair. So I use two types of products from the ordinary company. Glycolic acid toner and aha acid. The toner is like a water consistency so about every four days I wet my entire scalp with it and let it sit overnight, the aha acid is very strong and thick so I only use it for my hair line every two weeks. I have seen great results with this and also way easier than microdermabrasion, even tho I still do that also. But my stack is fin/min, laser , drpen, acid, multivitamin collagen Paul Beno complex with sink licensed painted pumpkin seed criill oil glucose meat with MSM.

The pictures at 5:00 are different parts of the head. The left picture shows the top of his head. The right picture shows the back of his head. Why is this used as a comparison?
One study suggests that Rosemary is as effective as Rogain, but you have to use it diluted on your scalp, say 1 part rosemary to 4 parts water or carrier oil.
that study compared rosemary to 2% minox, if it's the Iranian one. 2% isn't considered a real hair loss treatment for men. Look up Gary Linkov's video on natural hair loss remedies for more info.
I get heart problems even topical minox unfortunately. It seems my skin absorbs the medicine very easily and I get palpitations and chest pain. It sucks because when I was younger I did use it for a year and it regrew my hair completely, but the health issues were too bad to keep going.
I feel like if he can stave off the hairless with the natural route as long as possible, how can you deny that? I hope the best for him and everyone, even if the "best" mean self-acceptance and peace. Going completely bald is not the end off the world: it's just a different way to look hott, as long as u can own it :)
Agreed; I think there’s a lot of absolutism in the male pattern baldness community with the perception that any intervention that doesn’t keep you at Norwood 0 or 1 for life is garbage. Personally, I would be happy to regain a few years of density via microneedling and eventually lose it in a decade than deal with the side effects of pharmaceuticals.
It just ages a guy so much faster when the hair is going. Cute, sporty and youthful to an alder man in a year or two at age 28-31 is heartbreaking when one is single and still climbing up career wise. At that age and to look like early 40s and see the younger just our of school out there so full of energy is just a confidence killer unless you are rich with a house on the beach, etc. This video never showed his front hairline at all, so not much was staved off here imo.
Microneedling without any other topical has done nothing, absolutely nothing for my hair in more than one year. Now added minoxidil to the mix.. Hope this does some good to my hair.
Why is my hair getting worse with finasteride, the hair loss is getting worse when I use finasteride, will the hair that has fallen out of finasteride grow back? please answer my question bro
Interesting video and I subscribed too. I will make a counterpoint to the vit d3 lower levels increase dht to rid the scalp of hair to get more sunlight. There is a study done with identical twins showing it was beneficial to the twin who wore a hat in retaining more hair. The study can be referenced on pubmed and does show epigenetic factors do effect the amount of hair a person has even in IDENTICAL twins.
How long should it take to see results from micro needling? Say you micro needle with 1.5, once a week and apply minoxidil daily and after 7-8 weeks you see 0 regrowth results. Should you quit?
It really does depend. Some people are hyper responders, and some take more time to respond. Data + Testimonials indicate that when you combine treatments they compound together, especially if you add together things like Minoxidil, Finasteride, Microneedling, etc. A lot of people see a moderate improvement in hair count by 12 weeks (3 months). Of course, you could be a non-responder to that, and you might need Vitamin D3 to reduce inflammation and scalp massages to reduce scalp tension (Another reason for hair loss). For faster results, combine everything and see how you respond in 3 months.
I treat patients everyday with Microneedling and peptides. No finasteride, no minoxidil. Have treated over 800, and gotten a 90% success rate. Of course, there’s more to it than just the needling and peptides, but the point is, for many people, drugs are not necessary.
@@cellustriousbymistibarnes Thanks. Do you think 1.5mm once per 2 weeks is save? Microneelding works a mircale for me. But sadly i quit because im afraid in the long run of scar tissue? Nobody knows if it can create scartissue, what do you think?
This just proves that not everybody that starts thinning and/or balding is due to the DHT sensitivity on their scalp and is probably reason why are there quite a portion of people that don't respond to Fin or Dut at all and the case might be due to the poor diet, no proper nourishment and care (bad shampoo, Traction alopecia , scalp massage for better blood flow, no oils like jojoba, rosemary, argan, castor, Vitamins A C E etc.). Losing hair sucks but not every case is "just take Fin&Min" and thus can be fixed or at least help to some degree the natural way. Always try natural way first before becoming dependent on any kind of meds...even if you already are on Fin these "natural" ways can always aid your regime as well.
I got a dermapen and plan to do this for my rededing temple area, I'm scared to take minoxidil for heart reasons. So I'm just using dermapen as a standalone treatment. Not against applying oils but not sure which to choose.
You know you can just look it up yourself right? The difference between vitamin D2 and vitamin D3 It has long been thought that vitamin D2 (ergocalciterol) and D3 (cholecalciferol) were equivalent and therefore there was no difference. This view was based on historical studies regarding the incidence of English disease in children. In this way, it became known simply as vitamin D. The difference between vitamin D2 and D3 is absorption. Recent research has shown that vitamin D3 is about 85% better at increasing and holding vitamin D concentrations in the body. In addition, it produces 200-300% more storage of vitamin D than vitamin D2. The human body has to convert both forms into an active form anyway. Vitamin D3 is converted 500% faster than vitamin D2. In addition, vitamin D2 has a shorter shelf life and connects worse to the proteins in your blood. This works against its effectiveness.
@@Phininx Thank you brother for this information. Yes we can look it up - however the differences between D, D2 vs D3 - would have been great on your video.

same shit as finasteride, dont expect miracles from natural dht blockers, they do exactly same thing as finasteride and that's why you will get side effects, not because finasteride is drug and saw palmetto is natural supplement

Yes, why wouldn’t you be able to? You might want to wear some sunscreen if you’re outside a lot. But exercise is great for hair, it’s basically a natural form of minoxidil.
I am also one of the rare few who experience negative side effects from minoxidil. Daily headaches, heart palpitations, and loss of sleep. I tried to explain it away but after stopping and starting use of minoxidil 3 times over the course of a couple years, it was very apparent minoxidil caused those issues. A recent study found that .5mm with an auto pen produced the best results. This man may have been using a 1.5mm roller but depending on the pressure he applied when rolling, it could’ve been penetrating even less
the vitamins, minerals, supplements were the important co factors for collagen synthesis
You suggested adding topicals right after rolling. This has been said to be very bad as the topicals are guaranteed to enter the bloodstream and go systemic. Can you explain why this may not be the case please?
Also-
The studies showing topical finasteride having less side effects than oral used a DILUTED finasteride solution a fraction of the strength of 1mg. Absolutely cannot be said that this study reflects reality. Totally unscientific.

One study suggests that Rosemary is as effective as Rogain, but you have to use it diluted on your scalp, say 1 part rosemary to 4 parts water or carrier oil.

How long should it take to see results from micro needling? Say you micro needle with 1.5, once a week and apply minoxidil daily and after 7-8 weeks you see 0 regrowth results. Should you quit?
At least 9 months. Even a hair transplant takes 7 months to see some results.

Would this work with hair follicles killed by laser hair removal?

Please distinguish between using vitamin D or D3.
You know you can just look it up yourself right?
The difference between vitamin D2 and vitamin D3
It has long been thought that vitamin D2 (ergocalciterol) and D3 (cholecalciferol) were equivalent and therefore there was no difference.
