Do hair oils work for hair growth?
Now its important that I preface this by saying, that there's no single oil that will magically give you those Repunzel gains that many others might have proclaimed. What I will say is that if you find a methodology to give your scalp a boost so that your strands are more resistant to breakage and that they are healthier, then theoretically you minimize the obstacles that get in the way of hair growth, thereby accelerating hair growth, if that makes sense.
What is the best hair oil for growth?
Must contain essential nutrients like your Fatty acids and vitamins A and E which promote hair health and growth.
They must prevent damage by helping lubricate and strengthen the hair shaft as well as nourishing the scalp.
They must reduce inflammation since we all know that scalp inflammation causes hair loss.
    Rosemary oil for hair growth.
Rosemary oil can soothe the scalp and stimulate new hair growth. This is because rosemary oil boosts blood circulation to the hair follicle. So much so that it was tested against 2% minoxidil in this study and showed it may be just as effective and a natural alternative. What is also interesting is that it serves as a way to control the spread of microorganisms like certain bacteria and fungi from growing, so much so: that this study suggests it may yield as a promising agent in toothpastes, mouthwashes, ointments and soap.
    ► pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28093...
Thyme essential oil for hair growth. The reason why thyme may play a role is because it can promote hair growth by both stimulating the scalp as well as treating alopecia areata which is that patchy baldness that can occur. This randomized trial looked at 86 people over 7 months, with essential oils, thyme, rosemary which we mentioned, lavender, and cedarwood mixed in a mixture of carrier oils: jojoba and grapeseed, and found the results to be safe and effective.
    ► pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/9828867/
What is the best carrier oil?
Because essential oils are so strong on their own, it is best to dilute them with a carrier oil so you can cover a larger surface area without needing to use too much. Which you can mix 3-4 drops with a carrier oil, massage into clean hair and scalp, and use it 2-3 times a week.
Pumpkin seed oil for hair growth.
A significant study about pumpkin seed oil and hair loss actually got published in 2014. It found that pumpkin seed oil blocks the action of 5-alpha reductase and has antiandrogenic effects on rats. And in 2019, the study on pumpkin seed oil as a topical hair growth promoting agent showed hair growth promotion, and how it might be regarded as a promising alternative for treatment of male pattern alopecia.

Castor and coconut oil is what worked for me, I lost a lot of hair and these two oils brought my hair back. Also I grind flax seeds and add warm water to them and drink right away. my skin glowed and also my hair grew past my shoulder like I was 25 again...now 74.

how many times aweek do you use the oils, and how long you should leave them on your hair , and how many times you take the drink of flax seed ( you meant you drink just the infusion right ?)

      @@mohamadabdallah1124 hello Mohamad,
I used the oils a few years ago when my hair really started going thin with the length going shorter, and I used it every other day leaving it in all night wrapped in a towel and washed it of with a shampoo next morning. It gave my hair a wonderful feeling and plenty of growth. It took about six weeks. Now the flax seeds...I buy the seeds and grind them myself , about a good tablespoon full and boil some water but not too hot and then cover the seeds with the water about and inch above the seeds, they will start to swell up with a jelly type texture and then I drink it all and do it every day. Some people use this concoction to add to baking instead of using an egg, I never experimented with that, it's a vegan thing. Never buy seeds which have already been grounded up because they may have been on a shelf for ages somewhere.

I've been using littlextra's Coconioon Antihairrfall Kitt for 'bout two mnths now, and I'm super happppy with the resultzz. I used to lose a lotta hair, but since I started using this kittt, I've seen a guud decrease in hair loss. My hair also feels healthier than before. The kitt has shampoo, conditner, and hair oil. I've also made summ lifestyle changes that helped reduce my hairfalll. I've been eatin' healthy food, gettin' gud sleep, and exercisin' every day. I'm tryin' to reduce stress too 'cause it can make hair fall out more. I'm really happy with the resultzz I got from this. So, be patient and keep usin' it, and you'll see gudd results like me.

I been using the littleexttra reactivaate hair growth serum each night prior to I sleep. I apply it into my scalp slightly. I already can see results! My hair loss has reduced a lot, and I notice new baby hairs emerging. The serum is light and doesn't feel tacky or greasy. It lasts a good time too! I've been using it for almost a month now. If you're dealing with hair fall or bald spots, you need to definitely give it a shot. It really helps.

All the hair growth natural ingredients Dr Arsalan mentioned fenugreek, Moringa, hibiscus, onion and other Ayurvedic herbs to help our hair grow faster and healthier.
I have been struggling to grow my hair for very long time not only that but also my hair was very dry and brittle. But now I have waist length hair which is very thick healthy and very manageable.

I’ve used weleda conditioning Rosemary oil on my daughters hair and scalp since she was a baby, she’s now 4 and her hair is very long, thick and healthy. I’ve tried other oils since Rosemary oil is heavy and it makes it a bit difficult to comb through her long and thick hair, but I started noticing a lot of breakage during detangling. So I started using a wide tooth comb and the ultimate detangling hair brush and went back to Rosemary oil. That oil is really good for healthy hair and hair growth.

Olive and coconut oil have made my hair softer and smoother, but i never noticed slower shedding or regrowth. Noticed nothing with blackseed oil. Tea tree oil feels strong, i think it helps with sebum plugs, but i feel like the intensity is also a risk. Considering trying rosemary oil. I am by no means an expert, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the tea tree oil could do the trick as it is a common ingredient in products for oily/acne-prone skin. It is also supposed to be soothing for the scalp, so that could be helpful for your hair too.

      @alyas6375 4 місяці тому +2

@@EliteAgent2323 30 ml pumpkin seed oil and 10-10 drops of rosemary and mint essential oils. You can add more essential oils, but better to start with less because everyone's sensitivity is different. First do a 24h skin test, and if your scalp can tolerate more, you can increase the amount to 15-15 drops. However keep in mind less is more, the mix shouldn't burn your scalp, it's okay if it slightly tingles for a few seconds. It won't burn staight away and if it happen, wash your scalp immediately, and dilute the mixture with pumpkins seed oil.
