      @@mohamadabdallah1124 hello Mohamad,
I used the oils a few years ago when my hair really started going thin with the length going shorter, and I used it every other day leaving it in all night wrapped in a towel and washed it of with a shampoo next morning. It gave my hair a wonderful feeling and plenty of growth. It took about six weeks. Now the flax seeds...I buy the seeds and grind them myself , about a good tablespoon full and boil some water but not too hot and then cover the seeds with the water about and inch above the seeds, they will start to swell up with a jelly type texture and then I drink it all and do it every day. Some people use this concoction to add to baking instead of using an egg, I never experimented with that, it's a vegan thing. Never buy seeds which have already been grounded up because they may have been on a shelf for ages somewhere.

When you carry out these steps, it may help manage hair fall, just like it helped me. Keep your scalp clean by cleansing it frequently. Use a mild shampoo. Make certain to get adequate sleep every night. Wash your hair 2-3 times a week with liitlleextra cooconion shampoo. Apply some oil to your hair 2-3 times per week. After washing your hair, gently pat it dry with a soft towel.

You can add more essential oils, but better to start with less because everyone's sensitivity is different. First do a 24h skin test, and if your scalp can tolerate more, you can increase the amount to 15-15 drops. However keep in mind less is more, the mix shouldn't burn your scalp, it's okay if it slightly tingles for a few seconds. It won't burn staight away and if it happen, wash your scalp immediately, and dilute the mixture with pumpkins seed oil.

I feel like sebum plugs are my main cause for hair loss. Ive tried olive oil, coconut oil, blackseed oil and now trying tea tree oil. Olive and coconut oil have made my hair softer and smoother, but i never noticed slower shedding or regrowth. Noticed nothing with blackseed oil. Tea tree oil feels strong, i think it helps with sebum plugs, but i feel like the intensity is also a risk. Considering trying rosemary oil. Im a male in mid 30s and first noticed hair loss in mid to late 20s

I am by no means an expert, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the tea tree oil could do the trick as it is a common ingredient in products for oily/acne-prone skin. It is also supposed to be soothing for the scalp, so that could be helpful for your hair too.

i just did an experiment,,,, the edge on one side keeps losing the hair. so i Did put a little 2 drops of black castor oil just on that spot of skin, it sunk in like crazy!,,,,maybe 4 drops total,,,, just on the skin. i noticed it held down those tiny tiny fine hairs i didn't know were there,,, And,, i realized since that side was so far back,, I had been cleansing and Washing it with all my face products,,,,, im going to keep doing it,,, i was amazed! at how that oil sunk into that part of my scalp,,, Maybe it got SUPEr DRY and ruined around the hair line because i kept washing it with products so close to my hairline,,,, (i'll keep do ing this,,, and i started covering my hair at night,, so it doesn't rub on the pillow, I mean so my scalp doesn't rub on the pillow,, because the oil was Gone, , (im not crazy about silk pillowcases for some reason,,,,

    Hello, Dr. Arsalan Aspires,
I've noticed that the rosemary oil makes my hair too greasy. Is there a non-greasy alternative that you could recommend?
Also, which brand of hair growth supplements and vitamins would you recommend for regrowing hair on the head? I believe I damaged my hair from bleaching it long ago, and I'm hoping to find something to help me restore its natural thickness.
Thank you for all your excellent information videos.

Can someone provide a routine on applying these oils? E.g Is it daily? Is it just before washing hair with shampoo? Also how often should we wash hair with shampoo?

For myself, I apply the night before I wash my hair and leave it in. I only wash my hair twice a week.

@@michellecasteleiro1610 ok thanks. Will try that. But if studies suggest that it's as effective as minoxidil then in theory you'd have to apply daily, right? Since you have to apply minoxidil daily.

Get you some rosemary oil, a derma roller and a shampoo infused with topical saw palmetto and pumpkin seed in it and watch what happens.

      Hi Jacqueline
I have seen a video on breast cancer by Dr. Alan Mandell and this happened during the covid time. One young lady testified to his remedy.
1 tbsp cold compress olive oil
      1 tbsp lemon juice
      A pinch of cinnamon powder
      1 tsp of quality honey
Have it on an empty stomach every day. I too had breast cancer years ago but I was healed by the grace of God. Jesus and Mary helped me. However I too take this remedy. Wish you a speedy recovery. Pray to Jesus and Mary before you take this natural olive oil. I will also pray for you.
