My health mistake was not realizing that discharge can naturally "bleach" your panties over time because of its acidity i really thought something was wrong with my girl so i was doing all kinds of apple cider vinegar baths until i just asked google 😂😂

Essentials pack: Literally in all my purses and my bookbag I always have pads, deodorant, alcohol wipes*, gum, tissues. And I bought a small pouch to put it all in.
*alcohol wipes are good for wiping off the old deodorant and neutralizing the smell before reapplying deodorant.

This is me plus sanitizer, flushable wipes, floss, regular wipes, travel toothpaste, mouthwash, baby powder and axe feminine spray, and I keep hand soap and a water bottle in my car (pre-pandemic habit).

There is no “solution” to frequent discharge. That’s completely normal. As stated in the video, just look out for unfamiliar smell, texture, and color of discharge.

honestly after taking a shower and your feet are still kinda softer I put shea butter and some socks on and they be smooth

Soft feet: use yellow Shea butter after everytime you shower. And then put on socks so it doesn’t stain your carpet or pants

I retired loofahs from my hygiene routine because I feel like they hold too much bacteria. I use an African sponge now and it exfoliates so well it cleared up my eczema paired with Dr Bronners

My mom put me on when she said don't shave too early, don't shave your legs or arms, wear cotton underwear and she always bought secret aluminum free and hypoallergenic deodorant. This is why I love my mama❤

For the residue, I ALWAYS have on a pantie liner. Saves my panties, and of course change it out every few hours. I tend to change mine about every time I use the bathroom cause I don't like to sit back in my residue and a fresh one makes me feel fresh.

I'm sorry, but I never understood the concept of "saving your panties" Is the discharge just that severe that you can't just wash it out when your done
Essie Baby I know for me that it would be white/clear and when I washed them, it would still be there as a white hard spot. I would scrub it but there would still be a white stain that seemed it didn’t want to come out. Also, always wearing a pantie liner adds security and will also save you for those times you suddenly start.
@@tamaragrullon535 Oh ok, I would just say for me that doesn't happen because I wash mine by hand as soon as I'm done using them, like after a shower or w.e. And this probably adds onto into but I don't "produce" as much. Idk if the washing thing would help you but you should try and see if it works
Essie Baby Oh ok, yeah I could see how that works. And my birth control has changed my cycle and discharge so now I have a lot of discharge and spotting so now I definitely always use a pantie liner. It’s more of a necessity now, but I still like to always wear one no matter what. I’ve done it for a few years now and I can’t see me going back because it adds so much security, but thank you for the advice. I’m sure there are others who could definitely use your advice that don’t have as much discharge as I do.
Not only that. Your discharge can become smelly after a few hours. Have you in Walmart looking around like can y’all smell that?! I love using my panty liners during the day and going pantyless at night

To get smooth feet you should scrub them at-least once a week and after every shower put a good amount Vaseline on them and then wear a sock for like an hour max so the Vaseline can penetrate your skin😌😌 thank me later!!!

I definitely relate to the shaving too early thing, legs specifically 😭 but I’ve come to realize that there’s a way to kinda reverse that by shaving less 🥴 it’s hard but quarantine has allowed me to do it. (p.s I went to dollar tree Isi & copped the arm and hammer body wash. I can’t wait to try it!)

I used to dry shave (I had just started shaving and no one taught me the details) mostly because I would pick my outfits for school in the mornings and if I picked pants that showed my legs, I would just shave my legs dry cause it was faster. Thank god I learned🤦🏾♀️😌

Amia Jahnae It can cause razor burns and mess up the pores on your legs which in turn makes the skin irritated and sensitive. I’m not sure about the details as to why it happens but I can tell you that it does not feel good and it’s not worth it

TIP: Use UNSCENTED pantiliners if you wanna prevent discharge from going on your panties (and possibly bleaching them) or if you wanna protect yourself from the colored or non cotton panties
The reason shaving makes hair appear darker is it causes a blunt cut on the hair. I'd recommend sugar waxing for a while your hairs will thin back out

Veet is a great hair removal cream for any body part, it doesn't burn like Nair does, only if you misuse it.

@@cddryuftyffrtgg5253 I recommend applying Vaseline or coconut oil before using the cream if it's a sensitive area. Never rub it in when applying, just smooth it on with the spatula provided or your hand. Don't leave it on for more than 15 minutes, 7 - 10 is enough if the hair isn't thick. Use a wet washcloth to wipe it off, again, don't rub.
can you do something for stretch marks and hyperpigmentation??

Whatever you do PLEASE do not put lemon and baking soda on your skin!!! It will work but it really messes up your epidermis and leads to skin problems try tumeric or papaya soap or something like that

MY BIGGEST HYGIENE MISTAKE is using anti-bacterial soap (Dial body bar or shower gel*) never ever use anti-bacterial soap ever down there. *Just to be clear I'm not specifically talking about the brand. I'm saying any anti-bacterial soap* It kills the good bacteria and you will get a yeast infection and it will itch. Never ever do it I am trying to save you.

Love this video!!! For the feet you can do a few things;
A foot scrub, freeman beauty has one or you can mix coconut oil and sugar. Put some socks on and let it sit on your feet then wash off.
Lotion up your feet after the shower while they are still wet. Put some socks on and keep them on your feet until you have to leave or just keep them on.
Also you can use a foot scrubber or any foot scrubbing tool to get dead skin off feet (if you have any!)
