I don't even dry off w/ a towel anymore. I "dry off" w/ my damp wash cloth & seal it in with my Palmers Shea Butter Lotion. 😍😍😍 I be soft until the next night when I take my shower again.
I use the Charmin or Scott wipes, they are in the toilet paper isle in the store..They are flushable. I'm not sure all of any diaper baby wipes are flushable, if not they will slowly clog the toilet. But adult wipes, and diaper wipes will both say if you can flush them or not.

@@brittney5942 I'm still having no luck with doctors/dentist helping me with my issue..i truly feel and know my smelly breath is coming from my throat...i can brush my teeth and tongue, gargle mouthwash and floss faithfully and still have a bad smell eventually come back after 15min. Its crazy it makes me feel sick/stressed because I'm uncomfortable all day around people...i really pray my situation gets better. Its been hell for me the past 8 years!!!! I'm not happy and dont like doing anything anymore and lost hope for potential dating...i wouldnt wish thia problem on anyones enemy. Thanks for the tip..i will try it!

0lease make sure you change your pad e ery 4 hours maximum, if you can wash(warm water, in small water bottle) and dry, cotton under wear are heaven for your kitty.
The first few months of having your period can be a learning curve, but you got this. I recommend baby wipes just like the video, cleans up the massacre lol. The above comment is a good fact too. Plus, if you ever decide to use a tampon instead of a pad, never leave one in any longer than 8 hours - you don't want to end up giving yourself a toxic shock.

Poop tip: there’s this thing called “Poo Pourri” that you can spray in the toilet and prevents the smell from getting out BUT, it’s actually a really easy diy & you can save money...
All you need is your favorite essential oil, some rubbing alcohol, some distilled water, a little dish soap (literally like a teaspoon) and a spray bottle ✨
The amount of oil depends on how strong you want the scent but, it’s really mostly water. The oil is what creates the barrier to trap the smell. * You can even add vegetable glycerin which also creates a barrier AND is cheaper so you can stretch your essential oil.
I’ve been bathing with a tub of water and 1 cup of acv about twice a week for the past 2 months. I can say it’s definitely worth it, relaxing and beneficial!

I actually got this tip from my dentist...
1. MOUTHWASH FIRST!!! (When you brush then rinse with mouthwash, you're washing all the flouride away, which is what keeps your teeth white)
2. DON'T RINSE
3. Floss and tongue scraper
4. Brush
5. Rinse with a little cold water or lukewarm water, about the same amount as you would mouthwash
6. Enjoy the shine!!!
Putting toilet paper in the toilet before you do number two also helps to prevent the splash splash

The best wipes I’ve used are called ‘water wipes’ 99% water 1% citrus extract. I’m from the Uk don’t know if you can get them in the US. There the best!

*The poop wiping concept is the same as the tongue scraping. You're just smearing decaying, smelling food to the front of your tongue... if the bacteria is that bad in the mouth on a regular, there's a different issue. LoL everyday (2x/d) will keep the nasty buildup at bay. Or do a quick dip & rinse with some alcohol.
**You can use the baking soda everyday, it buffs the stains off your teeth. I put on the toothpaste & then cover the paste with baking soda and brush as normal.

When you're in public and you have to use the restroom ( mainly a number two ) just spray a couple sprays in the toilet before you do your business and flush, it neutralizes the older.

I am late and new to the beaute gang but I attest to the vinegar in your bath to (re)balance your ph level. I am def going to pick up these other tips given!
When I first got pregnant I had 2 yeast infections in a row just because my hormones were all over the place and caused my ph to be off. I used the vinegar in a cool bath and plain Greek yogurt to actually treat the yeast infection instead of using monistat or something like that. It’s more natural and more soothing. It cleared everything up within 2 days both times and I put a little vinegar in every bath now and haven’t had any other issues!

As someone who was constantly struggling with PH balances and getting yeast infections due to my girl not being happy, may I just say that baby wipes plus some kind of EXTERNAL vaginal wash (cause we all know better than to play with douching) is a LIFE saver! I've got endometriosis and that ish causes ALL KINDS of hormonal imbalance, I had to keep Monistat cream on hand at ALL times because I never knew when one would pop up (despite wearing cotton underwear and being diligent about moisture control etc.), but since using baby wipes and using a wash every 2-3 weeks, I rarely have any issues. Would DEFINITELY love to see more videos like this in the future. ❤️🦋

Also mix ACV with water in a spray bottle and spray the cootiecat when your pH may be a lil off or after your period! Natural way to balance and help with the freshness
@@Inzinga depends on how much i feel i need. Usually I'll do one part ACV to two parts water. Or sometimes I'll do half and half like after my period
I have been going this for a year per the lady who does my waxes. I haven’t gotten an ingrown hair since and it balances out your Ph and makes you feel fresh and clean.

Underarm tip: Antibacterial soap works too!! If you don't have sanitizer, use the foam soap out of the bathroom. the foam is gentle. This is a good temporary fix for when you're out and you need something quick. If you're sweating you're going to sweat it off and hand soap is usually gentle, so an allergic reaction is unlikely.
