I use an African sponge for my body and it actually gets your whole back, also you can put it in the washer to keep it clean and use it over and over.😊

That Vaseline body oil is highly recommended. Its literally the key to soft skin. Especially if you have eczema

Tip for nighttime/ date night routine: I layer on pure vegetable glycerine right after the shower while still damp. It’s water soluble, sweet to the taste, and edible 😉. I top that with whipped cocoa butter and coconut oil. Or a carrier oil (sweet almond) and a tasty essential oil like vanilla, sweet orange, or chamomile. Your skin will taste and smell just as milk chocolate as it looks with the cocoa butter.
Don’t tell him about the glycerin at first. He’ll notice how sweet you taste.
As an only child that had to get ready for church by herself.....all those years of flexing my arm to zip up my dresses has finally come in handy, because I can wash my whole back by myself lol

I’ve never thought of putting perfume on before my lotion, I’m going to try it now. I usually do a little bit of Vaseline before perfume bc it hangs on to the scent, but the perfume before AND after lotion is something new for me.

To all my wonderful ladies, I highly recommend an African net sponge (you can get from amazon) it’s super long, it exfoliates, and you can get to your back as well! It doesn’t hold bacteria and you can wash it and use it over and over. Basically it’s bomb af 🙌🏽
