last week i was sleeping practically naked in my dorm, ya know just letting my vagina breathe when the fire alarm went off, that shit was so loud it shot my nerves, and on top of that we had to get out the building within 3 minute, i couldn't find my pajama pants in the dark, so my half tired ass forced a shirt over the shirt i was wearing (it just wasn't clicking to me at that point) and ran out my room with unbuttoned and unzipped boyfriend jeans on 😭😂 needless to say if your sleeping without pant and unswear on, just keep some shorts or something at the end of your bed because you never know 😂

Having suffered from dark spots the best method that truly works is changing what you eat. Cutting out fried foods, flour, soda etc and eating more fruits and veggies, and exercising..you will see your body change tremendously. Your inside really affects your outside.
Also so more advice is after sex make sure you use the bathroom right after to flush everything out!! and drink water =) great tips boo

I always wear panty liners for my discharge so it won't get on my underwear. And change the panty liners when need changing and wrap used panty liner in toilet paper and dispose it

I grew up with 3 sisters. Two older and a single mom yet we never talked about this, I had to learn everything the hard way. Really wish I had UA-cam as a preteen.
For the dark armpits, dark neck, etc. It does not always have to do with not exfoliating, I have very sensitive skin and regular deodorant makes my armpits dark no matter how much I exfoliate, my neck is a whole other ball field if I rub my neck with anything hard it makes it worst and look like I just don't wash, I'm a very confident person with many flaws and hyperpigmentation is one of them, that's the only thing about my appearance I would wish to change, but it is what it is, I can't. I can scrub and exfoliate as much as I want, it would take way more than that to change my hyperpigmentation, I would rather do better things with my time (things that I actually enjoy doing), I just need to know I'm clean and smell good otherwise that's it.

I enjoy videos like this because even though my mom has covered the basics,it's good to know that there are others who can relate. I've never had my underwear stuck but it has been sticky due to discharge. In the future I'd like to discuss feeling justified even when we don't get that attention from the opposite sex. I guess this is TMI I wipe separately. Still front to back but I use different tissue. I end up using too much tissue sometimes. I also have a tip. If you have nice panties you wanna preserve wear pantyliners it catches the discharge which prevents it from staining and looking bad.

Ill add, I used to hate scrubbing my tongue because I would gag really bad and be near death every time. To help avoid that pain, make a fist with the hand that your not using to brush your teeth and have your thumb inside the fist. Helps me EVERY MORNING!!
