Interesting "Warrior" exercise. I found it quite challenging. My hips didn't want to stay parallel :-0! I'll keep working on it :-)
I keep jumping from one exercise video to another, all are great! I also like the way you say Body (buddie), not making fun because I can only speak one language.
Those one-leg balance exercises are excellent alternatives to the Peace Eagle exercise in Biyun. Great set of exercises!

Morning kseny, Finished this practice today! I hot a little confused with the warrior movement - was not sure how it should have been. Will go and try again slowly! Hope you have a great weekend! I have now finished working at the vet and am now getting ready for our departure. The dog girls are practicing crate training! It's all go! Have a great weekend!😁🐶🐶

Wow! This felt amazing and was more challenging than some of your other videos, but in a really good way! Felt amazing on my hips as I hold tension there, and the stretches at the end were very grounding and centering. A great way to start my morning! Thank you, as always, Kseny for what you do!
