Man... split lunges are HARD. I first two weeks doing this exercise, 20 LBS on everything was good except the split lunges. Always tapped out early. At first, I stopped 10 seconds early, then 5 seconds early the next week. It took three weeks of doing this twice a week but today I completed the split lunges for the first time. So worth it.

This is a great workout for building legs. I started doing it 4 months ago, and the heaviest I could go was around 8kg on each dumbbell, but even then with some exercises I would lower it to around 6 on each. Now I can do this the whole way with 10kg on each on each side. My legs feel so much stronger and the muscles are starting to become more visible. Thank you!
Your dumb bell workouts for various muscle groups are simply awesome man. Duration is just 10-15 mins but you ensure that particular targeted muscle group is tested and exhausted fully. One gets completely satisfied at the end of ur workout ! I have tried for leg, shoulder. Will explore for other muscle groups shortly and post feedback. Thanks a lot !
With your videos time goes by fast, the exercises aren't too impossible either haha and I really feel the burn during the workout and sore muscles afterwards! Very effective

Man I just did these but I used 50lb dumbbells & 25lbs for split lunges & side lunges. I'm 😓 like a hooper but I love it. I always use weight that's challenging.
Didn’t want to drive all the way out to the gym tonight so I decided to look for a light weight dumbell workout and I feel like I got more out of this than I typically do at the gym anyway

It depends on your goal. If you're training to reduce fat and lean out, thats a solid strategy but if you're looking to go the other way by adding size and increasing muscle mass, then you want to increase the weight and reduce the reps. :)

Thanks midasmvmt am training this workout superset 20 reps then 16 ,, 12 could it be helpful or it's nothing more than tired
