Don’t do it everyday. The soreness from overdoing it daily will definitely catch up to you. Then you’ll have no choice but to rest for 24 hours before repeating it.

This was my first workout I tried from you. 3 months later, what a difference in my body. I started in 85 as a teen but I trained in the in the 90s- 05. Here is my progression throughout a month, I might continue if I see growth. I will also try to do this exercise at least 4/5 times a week. (15kg) (I might change the weight I use if I feel it is too easy at some point, I will mention if I change the weight) Week One: Day 1: Just completed the workout found it pretty difficult but you gotta push through.🔥 Day 2: Felt like this was a bit harder than yesterday, I could really feel the burn in my arms.💯 Day 3: I’m now deciding to take a little break, my arms are starting to act a bit strange. I will resume in a few days. Day 4: I am back, and this workout is still a struggle to complete.😂 Day 5: I have completed this workout once again (my bad for the late update) so far, there aren’t any noticeable changes. (End of week one.) Week Two: Day 1: Just come back to this workout after my minor injury, and I am starting to get used to this workout. 💯 Day 2: My left arm was really feeling the burn today, it hurt like hell. 😂 Day 3: I do feel like it is becoming a bit easy, might switch to 20lb dumbbells soon. Day 4: I started to do push-ups in the 30 second breaks, ts hurt bro. 😂🔥 Day 5: Starting to get a bit easy, might cut out some of the breaks in the video. (End of week two.) If you do them consistently daily with one or two days of rest, along with EATING right (the most important thing) you’ll noticeable progress, but diet is important, you could eat like garbage and work out 4 times a day and see no progress

Just wanted to leave a comment to let you know how grateful I am that I found your video and your channel. Making a big difference in my life. I don’t even think you realize it, but your videos are very easy to follow me being a visually impaired/blind individual. It’s really hard for me to find good videos to follow as I have to do a lot of zooming in casting the videos to my 70 inch TV. But with your programs you are very good at describing in detail what you’re going to do next most of the time. It’s a lot easier for me when you give good detail and I don’t have to spend the extra time between sets, pausing the video, then having to zoom in, etc. I definitely subscribe to your channel and have been liking the videos. I just wanted to comment to say thank you just be aware that blind people are watching as well. and it definitely makes a difference when I have to work a lot more on the program than on other things outside of it. I’ve been able to do the last four programs I have watched and listen to. Without much of a hassle. And believe me when I tell you, I’ve been exercising for over a year now and have a real hard time falling any videos, and usually just give up on them due to the fact, it’s too much effort on my side. But I’ve been able to follow your videos with minimal effort. You just a normal man talk in a normal voice, not trying to sound like a guru or steroid head. Found this workout today. I just recently purchased some adjustable dumbells (like the bowflex kind) and have been focusing on using those. This workout felt great even with only 15 lbs. Thanks for sharing.
Weight should be heavy enough so your arms feel worn after the going through every exercise. I usually do one set but you can do two if you’re feeling like more weight work
First time. Varied weight 5 - 12 lb to get the max benefit. Almost couldn't complete the last exercise. I'll be feeling that burn for a couple days! Paired with the 10-minute back workout.

Switch it up, work your legs and take rest days. It's better to recover from a workout than in injury.

Found this workout today. I just recently purchased some adjustable dumbells (like the bowflex kind) and have been focusing on using those. This workout felt great even with only 15 lbs. Thanks for sharing.

Do I do three sets of each exercise?
Weight should be heavy enough so your arms feel worn after the going through every exercise. I usually do one set but you can do two if you’re feeling like more weight work

I usually do your workouts for 15 reps and 4 sets. And take 1-3 minute break after a set. Saw some improvements thank you brother!
First time. Varied weight 5 - 12 lb to get the max benefit. Almost couldn't complete the last exercise. I'll be feeling that burn for a couple days! Paired with the 10-minute back workout.

We all got busy schedules. But one set or two of this workout is good enough. I love it. And get results. Maybe I don't look like the guy on video lol. But I'm happy with my body. Solid definition
