    60. I’ve been working out everyday for 60 days straight. And this was the video that started me off. Day 1 I could manage maybe half this video. Next week I could get through everything but those damn side tucks. Mid week three I completed the whole thing without screwing up once! But I was still a sweaty mess at the end. Since then, I’ve hit the gym, started aerobics training and now today is the first day I’ve done it and didn’t break a sweat!
    If your reading this and it’s your first day trying, know that you can do this! Do it your own way! Your own pace! Doesn’t matter how long it takes!
    Be proud that you are making a conscious choice to BE BETTER, TO BECOME BETTER! That makes you amazing!

    I have been exercising since 2020, from 110 to 85 KGS. After that I quitted doing my exercises in 2022 due to school works and went back to 93 KGS. 10 days ago I saw this video in my fyp and I was like "I want to go back to exercising". Since that day I lost 3 KGS.

    Let me get it straight, this workout is really beginner friendly. It's ACTUALLY DOABLE, not like the ones you find in other videos where you are panting like a dog after just one set!
    I am your average dude, age 18, weight: ~90 kgs, I don't look fat nor do I look lean, you know? I am skinny fat! My muscles are dense and my bones too. Maybe that's why but I'm not sure! Height: 170cm. I want to follow this routine and staying in a deficit and consuming enough proteins to exercise and heal so that I can achieve my dream body of a Greek god. (Just an aesthetic body, a lean and muscular) I don't know if I can do it but I will give it my all to do it!
    *Day 1*: I am exhausted but I think I can actually put this workout in my routine as it's easy to follow and doesn't make your body fumble!

    This is for everyone who is starting this workout:
    You’ll need to wait a few weeks before seeing some results (depending of your body fat % )
    For me, I started seeing my six pack after 2 months ( im 15 ) and now, 5 months later I can officialy say that I have a 6 pack !

    Hey brother, I’m a younger teen and I would like to say I appreciate this video, done this for 1 week and I’m already seeing some results. Hoping to get that 6 pack by the end of summer. ❤
    Week 2: I have changed my diet and I’m starting to see my obliques become more defined.
    Week 3: Some of the exercises are getting easier and I’m seeing a slow decrease in my weight. (very good!!)😅

      @@natashafarquharson1512 depending on the person it could be harder, some people are more eligible for specific things and some aren’t for example if you do cheerleading/gymnastics or any sport you need to exercise for this should be easier to complete, not everyone gets used to specific workouts for example i don’t like the side planks 1 because i don’t have enough room to do them. 2 because i never did them before this video, practice makes perfect, if it’s hard for you it will definitely work out in the end! keep trying

    Guys this is really good exercise, ive been doing this exact exercise 2-3 times a day while holding a decent diet for 3-4 weeks and its showing results, doesn't matter how chubby you are, how skinny you are, YOU CAN DO IT

    I just tried this for the first time, I have always had a weak core and back compared to my arms and legs, so I want to balance out.     I started doing this workout for a few weeks and then I moved on to the next one but I found it easy because I had done the first consistently and now I can do the fourth one with no problem and now I can do most of workouts without too much trouble, thank you man!

    Now I want to focus more on the sABS. I'm thin, but the cubes don't show on my stomach. I know that there are different types of people, but basically if you train a lot, sooner or later you will succeed in everything. This exercise will also be great, definitely for a start. It felt good to do (I did it a few times about 2 months ago, but I preferred one of your other ABS exercises instead of this one), so I'll definitely make room for it in my other workouts. You are one of the UA-camrs whose workouts I enjoy doing. Don't stop making videos!

    This was really good. Just starting out. I've started to get that 'flab'. And as someone who's always been pretty slim, I really notice it. I wanna make something out of it, so this is great! Went along, and my only struggle were the side tucks, but we'll get there. Gunna try this again tomorrow, thanks man.

    i’ve been doing this for 3 days now. i’ll write how it goes each day. btw the first three days are all going to be on the first day i do this since i didn’t before.
    day 1: first day, hurt quite a bit. i couldn’t do the crunches properly but i tried
    day 2: did a little extra scissor kicks and bicycle kicks. still hurt a little but not as much
    day 3: tried planking for 5 extra seconds. it felt the slightest bit easier but still was difficult
    btw this video is so good thanks for making it!
    day 4: did it again today, the side tucks were really hard for some reason today even though they weren’t on the the other days. i feel slightly stronger than before
    day 5: everything was a little difficult but i think i did well. the side tucks were still hard but i kept my balance a little better. i’m going to keep going. if anyone else is actively doing this workout every day let me know how it’s going for you!
    day 6: i decided to take a break for the day since i was really busy and tired. going to go hard tomorrow though.
    day 7: added in a couple stretches in between the workouts. difficult but i could feel my muscles being worked the whole time, especially my obliques.
    day 8: side tucks were a little easier but the heel touches were harder. i feel my abs tightening up a little bit
    day 9&10: i had a bunch of tests for school and i didn’t have much time in between so i took a walk with my dog on each day instead
    day 11: difficult after missing last 2 days, i did everything except for the last 2 planks for 10 seconds extra (10 more secs of workout during break time) and it made it much harder. i usually don’t sweat in a workout like this but it got me sweating. i’m sore lol

      @@nachdraws when u have ur hands in the air, its easier to use arm strenght to pull the body forwards. Youre supposed to use the abs, which is why you hold them on your head. (You can also lay them on your chest in a cross).

      @@matrixminiz5859 yea I’ve been on for like 5 days and I literally have abs. Like I don’t know how to say it I can literally see a 6 pac now. The more I do it the more it becomes visible. I do push-ups and curls as well. Hopefully my arms will get bigger

      @@yovaniaguilar5775 yessir it’s not a cap, there not as visible as I want them to be but if I try to like flex to make them show up, they show up. All I need now is a good workout for the morning or night. Trust me it works. I feel a lot better than going to bed at 1-2 in the morning. I’ve just decided to get off my lazy ass and start doing something with my life. I take cold showers too bcuz I was told that they are rlly good for u.

    I do each exercise 45 sec then rest 15 sec... on my way to being a mommy with abs.🏋‍♀️
    Day 3 and I do this twice, will only graduate to level 2 when I don't stop during scissors
    2.7kg(7lb) gone in two weeks. Thank you so much

    Day one: this is difficult, but doable! (Exept the ab crunches for me) I’m gonna keep trying to do this, Im very subconscious about my body, and I’ve been trying to find something I can do to help with that!     I appreciated this. I'm working on getting back into working out after a past injury acting up. Trying to strengthen my core before doing other strength building exercises, this is definitely great to work on the abs.
