I am doing this workout every week for 3 months. I lost 30lbs by following your tips and meal plan for weight loss from Onlymeal. I also changed my habits, I started to make 5k steps per day, drink more water, sleep better, do cold shower each morning and fast walk.
Currently November 18, 2024 9:22 pm. Just finished this workout, feel good and the tightness in my abs. Will update yall on January 18, 2025, exactly 3 months from now. Like my comment every now and then and I will let you know if I see progress, with also a balanced diet, a cheat meal here and there but other than that I’m locked in. Update : been 3 months and see a difference already, not a huge one because its been only 3 months but as long as I stay consistent with this then it will show even better. Did this once per day 4-5 times a week with a consistent good diet.

Day 10 completed 👍 I have been exercising since 2020, from 110 to 85 KGS. After that I quitted doing my exercises in 2022 due to school works and went back to 93 KGS. 10 days ago I saw this video in my fyp and I was like "I want to go back to exercising". Let me get it straight, this workout is really beginner friendly. It's ACTUALLY DOABLE, not like the ones you find in other videos where you are panting like a dog after just one set! I am your average dude, age 18, weight: ~90 kgs, I don't look fat nor do I look lean, you know? I am skinny fat! My muscles are dense and my bones too. Maybe that's why but I'm not sure! Height: 170cm. I want to follow this routine and staying in a deficit and consuming enough proteins to exercise and heal so that I can achieve my dream body of a Greek god. (Just an aesthetic body, a lean and muscular) I don't know if I can do it but I will give it my all to do it! *Day 1*: I am exhausted but I think I can actually put this workout in my routine as it's easy to follow and doesn't make your body fumble!

Hey I’m 12 and I haven’t been doing this everyday but 2 to 3 times a week and my now I have abs without flexing them.I have had abs before but I had to flex but now I don’t because I have been doing this for 3 months keep us posted though and necer give up

@@natashafarquharson1512 depending on the person it could be harder, some people are more eligible for specific things and some aren’t for example if you do cheerleading/gymnastics or any sport you need to exercise for this should be easier to complete, not everyone gets used to specific workouts for example i don’t like the side planks 1 because i don’t have enough room to do them. 2 because i never did them before this video, practice makes perfect, if it’s hard for you it will definitely work out in the end! keep trying
I did this on 10/18/22, realizing after being humbled by some much more intense workouts, that I could use some "back to basics", good form, practice. Thanks for the great workout!
Now I want to focus more on the sABS. I'm thin, but the cubes don't show on my stomach. I know that there are different types of people, but basically if you train a lot, sooner or later you will succeed in everything. This exercise will also be great, definitely for a start. It felt good to do (I did it a few times about 2 months ago, but I preferred one of your other ABS exercises instead of this one), so I'll definitely make room for it in my other workouts. You are one of the UA-camrs whose workouts I enjoy doing. Don't stop making videos!

All I need now is a good workout for the morning or night. Trust me it works. I feel a lot better than going to bed at 1-2 in the morning. I’ve just decided to get off my lazy ass and start doing something with my life. I take cold showers too bcuz I was told that they are rlly good for u.

From scrolling numerous core workouts, this one truly has been the most helpful. I wasn't feeling like adding the typical sit ups to my routine, but yours had some really good alternatives like scissor kicks and side tucks that I would rather do. Day one: this is difficult, but doable! Guys this is really good exercise, ive been doing this exact exercise 2-3 times a day while holding a decent diet for 3-4 weeks and its showing results, doesn't matter how chubby you are, how skinny you are, YOU CAN DO IT

@@matrixminiz5859 yea I’ve been on for like 5 days and I literally have abs. Like I don’t know how to say it I can literally see a 6 pac now. The more I do it the more it becomes visible. I do push-ups and curls as well. Hopefully my arms will get bigger

All I need now is a good workout for the morning or night. Trust me it works. I feel a lot better than going to bed at 1-2 in the morning. I’ve just decided to get off my lazy ass and start doing something with my life. I take cold showers too bcuz I was told that they are rlly good for u.

This was really good. Just starting out. I've started to get that 'flab'. And as someone who's always been pretty slim, I really notice it. I wanna make something out of it, so this is great! From scrolling numerous core workouts, this one truly has been the most helpful. I wasn't feeling like adding the typical sit ups to my routine, but yours had some really good alternatives like scissor kicks and side tucks that I would rather do.
