I have been doing this workout for at least 3 times since I tried it. It’s simple but effective. Already on my third time and some of the exercises are way easier than the first time I did it.
This really feels like a good beginner workout. Some moves were more challenging than others (like touch the toes), but most were perfect and I certainly felt the burn and was a little sweaty by the end.
I never tried dumbbell ab workouts until this morning and lord man, you got my abs burning up with this one, much love to the man who's getting me all these gains, keep up with the awesome content and thank you!
I’m loving this ab work out, I was 225 in February of 2024 now in August I’m down to 177 I’m too skinny now but I love the way I look. now I’m working on building muscle and my abs and this video definitely help get those tight abs
If you are starting your fitness, it is good like doing this workout but know that for you to get they kind of body or ABS you are looking fore you have to eat proper food discipline, results will definitely be achieved

Second day trying to workout as a beginner and can’t honestly say it’s been great for me l feel it gives me the right amount of challenge without being too easy or too hard 👍🏾
For anyone starting out: stick with it. It works. I've been doing it just over 2 weeks now. First week just 1 round a day, second week onwards i've been doing 3 rounds daily. I'm pretty slim, so after the first few days saw some visible results. Just over 2 weeks in and my stomach tightened up, and lines have formed nicely -- not 6 pack abs, of course. To begin with I'd get to around 12-15 seconds on the flutter kicks and give up. After a few days I could force myself to hit 30 seconds. Now it's still tiring by the end, but I can go beyond 30 seconds.
I love how you mentioned a good diet. So many people think they can just spot reduce fat and eat whatever they want. Not true! While you can strengthen your core with these workouts, if you are eating mostly garbage, you're not going to see any results! You have to get rid of that layer of fat that's hiding your abdominal muscles. That's where a proper, healthy diet, a caloric deficit, and cardio come in!
I’ve been doing regular crunches for 3 weeks. On floor nothing special. After doing this only twice so far, I realize that my prior attempts at core strengthening was baby level! This video kill’s me! Thank you!!

As someone with a bad lower back, I gotta say I was able to do most of the workouts with no problems!
This is a program right bro i am in a claoric deficit and i have a flat stomach need to burn some belly fat i will do one vedio for a week with one day rest after every day

Day 1= yo 2 rounds my abs are popping out
Day 2 rest day
Day 3 finished with 4 rounds
