      We will not know this lads consistency with his efforts until he comments but I can assure you all 10 months of doing these exercises and different ones he does in his videos would completely transform you. If you apply the right diet and work in some cardio the results in 10 months would be nearly unrecognizable.

      ​@@Dalis856 Take your hate to Deny's son. There are a few exercises where the lower back is also hit. Was it the primary muscle focus on these? No! but was the lower back muscles putting in work on some of these ? yes, 100 % they were!

    This is by far the most well presented workout video I’ve ever seen. Your format with the little instructional breaks then the countdown, etc, showing the workout from the correct POV so I can mirror it, it’s perfect. First time I’ve ever been able to follow along with a video like this. You’re going to get another view from me every day!

    I've been following and doing this back and traps workout for the last 2 months, twice a week. I'm a cardio workout guy but this routine has really increased my posture and muscle tone. Brilliant video!!

    Sir... This is the best back workout I have found on UA-cam... I actually train Back,Legs and core 3 times a week with my 7.5 kg dumbbells... I needed a workout that could give my back some good soreness.. But the weights I had were very light...But this video of yours helped me getting that stimulus and burn in my back...😊😊 thanks a lot...
    BTW I do my leg workout from your video as well....

    Tremendous. I’m a truck driver I’ve been working out in the cab for 2 months now. Making great progress everywhere but my back. This little video is gonna make me fill out like I’ve been wanting. My arms and shoulders are big but my back has been lacking. Finally gave in and decided to see what other workouts I could do. This is perfect for me. Time to get bigger! Thanks dude.

    Yo a couple weeks of this workout 3x a wk and it help my over all lifts. All of my max lifts were broken. It's true the back and core are foundations for lifting. Keep em rolling in.

    I have been working out with weights for quite some time now and can confidently say this is a killer 4:17 workout. Never thought light weight can hit so hard.

      Keep going! I started when I was a teen, a bit late if you ask me, but my training proved its worth especially at scenarios where we have to execute physical labor. Starting early really has its benefits!

    Wow I used 20lbs dumbbells. This was my first time following through with your workout! Let me say, this was super! I killed it, eh at the 3rd to last workout of the video, I had to lower the weights to 8lbs. I enjoyed this sooo much. I cant wait to come back to grow strong with you next workout!

    I definitely must give this a shot . At 50 now working out is different than when i was in my 20 s smh . I have my bras budge my back fat become the most stubborn ever . I workout 4,5 times at the gym , and they’re not leaving lol . Great videos thank u so much ❤❤🙏🏽

    I love these workouts. I don’t like a lot of talking over explaining. Making me feel inferior. You don’t do any of that! I love it. I’m doing this work out with 10 pounds. And you make me feel like it’s ok. Cause I’ll get there I just gotta keep working! Love the videos.
