If you apply the right diet and work in some cardio the results in 10 months would be nearly unrecognizable.

This is by far the most well presented workout video I’ve ever seen. Your format with the little instructional breaks then the countdown, etc, showing the workout from the correct POV so I can mirror it, it’s perfect. First time I’ve ever been able to follow along with a video like this. You’re going to get another view from me every day!

Yo a couple weeks of this workout 3x a wk and it help my over all lifts. All of my max lifts were broken. It's true the back and core are foundations for lifting. Keep em rolling in.

Sir... This is the best back workout I have found on UA-cam... I actually train Back,Legs and core 3 times a week with my 7.5 kg dumbbells... I needed a workout that could give my back some good soreness.. Wow I used 20lbs dumbbells. This was my first time following through with your workout! Let me say, this was super! I killed it, eh at the 3rd to last workout of the video, I had to lower the weights to 8lbs. I enjoyed this sooo much. I cant wait to come back to grow strong with you next workout!
