We will not know this lads consistency with his efforts until he comments but I can assure you all 10 months of doing these exercises and different ones he does in his videos would completely transform you. If you apply the right diet and work in some cardio the results in 10 months would be nearly unrecognizable.

Your format with the little instructional breaks then the countdown, etc, showing the workout from the correct POV so I can mirror it, it’s perfect. First time I’ve ever been able to follow along with a video like this. You’re going to get another view from me every day!

I've been following and doing this back and traps workout for the last 2 months, twice a week. I'm a cardio workout guy but this routine has really increased my posture and muscle tone. Brilliant video!!

I needed a workout that could give my back some good soreness.. Tremendous. I’m a truck driver I’ve been working out in the cab for 2 months now. Making great progress everywhere but my back. This little video is gonna make me fill out like I’ve been wanting. Yo a couple weeks of this workout 3x a wk and it help my over all lifts. All of my max lifts were broken. It's true the back and core are foundations for lifting. Keep em rolling in.

Wow I used 20lbs dumbbells. This was my first time following through with your workout! Let me say, this was super! I killed it, eh at the 3rd to last workout of the video, I had to lower the weights to 8lbs. I enjoyed this sooo much. I cant wait to come back to grow strong with you next workout!

I definitely must give this a shot . At 50 now working out is different than when i was in my 20 s smh . I have my bras budge my back fat become the most stubborn ever . I workout 4,5 times at the gym , and they’re not leaving lol . Great videos thank u so much ❤❤🙏🏽
