except they spent a whole season on why daemon does not want it, he had always wanted it till he had to rally rivermen, he realized fighting wars being rouge prince is much different than ruling.
They need to remake the last season of GOT or something, they’re literally trying to use the long night and the white walker threat to tie the spin off shows together just for GOT to throw out the entire prophecy just because the writers D&D wanted to “subvert expectations”
Without Daemon, there’s really no Team Black to speak of. Viserys was weak-willed to a fault, and Rhyneara didn’t have a shred of discipline, so while they always thought they were cleaning up after Dameon, it appears to be the very opposite. She is so high and mighty here, but he is the actual strength of their house.
She can still do some serious damage it ain’t funny people think she is useless in a fight but honestly she would’ve done pretty well against sunfyre in the beginning a 50/50 shot since sunfyre and aegon had 0 battle experience and neither did rhaenyra however the advantage rhaenyra has over aegon and aemond is that she has been a dragon rider since 7 years old the youngest to ever claim one so she knows her dragon and has more dragon riding experience behind her since she is much older.

@yevgeniyaleshchenko849 Simon contacted rhaenyra after overhearing her councilman and Daemon. He's the reason she's there. not a scheme, just looking out for his queen, and obviously, he was happy he was wrong.
This scene is what great filmmaking is all about IMO. It’s a simple, short and powerful moment that’s easily one of my favorites of the series due to the effort and dedication by everyone involved. I’ve watched it a couple times now and I felt the intended emotion every time.
not trying to be a hipster but I thought the finale was great. So many memorable scenes - criston cole very philosophical, this scene for sure, alicent and rhaenyra part 2, all the stuff with the new dragon riders, Aemond getting freaked out by his sister.
I would've loved the episode had it been the second to last episode. It didn't have the normal semi-action packed, cliff hanger ending, feel that peak GOT and even the first season of HOTD had. I'm glad you enjoyed it though. I'd say it was probably a 6/10 for me. Had it been last weeks episode it would've been an 8.5/9.
Many people aren't happy unless there are dragon battles and sword fights. I loved the season. My only complaint is how long we will have to wait for 3.
@@seanfrank32 Not necessarily what the "action" oriented folks want. We don't want just "sword fights and dragon battles" what we want is not an ENTIRE season of Daemon being drugged at a castle.
All this winter is coming, the darkness and the building up, for it to end in 2 episodes in GOT season 8 and with Arya killing the bad guy (after all, Cersei was much more of a foe than the white walkers.), and Jon's character went down the drain after 8 seasons of character development.
This scene gave me chills when Daemon hyped the crowd. One of my favorite moments of the series so far. And don’t get it wrong, Daemon is still dangerous. But not to the blacks. The vile Greens.
He didn’t just bend the knee. He’s the one who crowns Rhaenyra, again. Everyone else bowed because Daemon bowed. Rhaenyra never would’ve made it this far without Daemon. That’s why she desperately wanted to marry him and keep him close. Daemon’s strength and influence will single handedly win her this war again. Even Rhaenyra was scared when Daemon entered the room and felt genuine shock when Daemon took her side again. Rhaenyra knew at that very moment, she had won.
I think the decision makers (not the writers because common sense dictates theyre not the ones who decides which story is to be) did really made Daemon bad this season , I mean he has a dragon he could be anywhere fast , they just decided Daemon will be on an acid trip 80% of this season.
Daemon about Rhaenyra : "She's the queen and I'm just lucky to get close to the throne, I'm not worthy, I'm not worthy, but she's taking me home, no damsel in distress, don't need to save her, she's a goddess, I will never try to change her, she know she got my world inside of her palm, but she can have whatever she wants." - Lyrics from the song Kings & Queens
I was just here to witness Ser Simon Strong cheerfully clapping with a mix of joy and relief in the background but they cut the clip before showing him -_- He deserves more.

"You are muh queen. I don't want it ." - Daemond "Jon Snow" Targaryen
except they spent a whole season on why daemon does not want it, he had always wanted it till he had to rally rivermen, he realized fighting wars being rouge prince is much different than ruling.
Cringe repetitive joke isn’t funny anymore
Guys fireandblood2919 said it wasnt funny pack your bags
Guys, BlaidWhiteYo still believes jokes likes “why did the chicken cross the road” are the pinnacle of funny. @@BlaidWhiteYo
This is the Daemon we know and love.
@@kakashigirl2139 weird that they made him someone else this whole season for no good reason
@@pderham26deamon doesn’t know what he wants, that’s how he is in the books too
@@hamadalraeesi3214 No?
One thing Dany and nyra have in common they both can bring a room to their knees willingly they both have something that gets people to follow them
I love this…like, so very much.
I think they are so cute together and their wedding is my absolute favorite ❤
Lets all forget about s8 of GOT and only focus on that fact that long night still remains a mystery in the books.
I can't forget S8 when the writers of this unrelated story just decided to give Daemon a season-long arc that hinges on it.
This episode didn’t disappoint.. good build up
this was a filler finale, the show has been a let down since ep 4
I still feel Daemon wouldn't give a shit about something that happens 200 years from now
Amazing scene!
That gave me chills
They need to remake the last season of GOT or something, they’re literally trying to use the long night and the white walker threat to tie the spin off shows together just for GOT to throw out the entire prophecy just because the writers D&D wanted to “subvert expectations”
This is canon to ASOIAF books. The readers can still be hyped even if the show watchers aren’t 🤣🤣
there cant be remake since there are no books
Without Daemon, there’s really no Team Black to speak of. Viserys was weak-willed to a fault, and Rhyneara didn’t have a shred of discipline, so while they always thought they were cleaning up after Dameon, it appears to be the very opposite. She is so high and mighty here, but he is the actual strength of their house.
Syrax confidence just like captain America without serum😂
She can still do some serious damage it ain’t funny people think she is useless in a fight but honestly she would’ve done pretty well against sunfyre in the beginning a 50/50 shot since sunfyre and aegon had 0 battle experience and neither did rhaenyra however the advantage rhaenyra has over aegon and aemond is that she has been a dragon rider since 7 years old the youngest to ever claim one so she knows her dragon and has more dragon riding experience behind her since she is much older.
The way Matt delivers the “There will be no mercy!” line is just perfection.
About time…. And now we wait 😩
The whole fear around the Long Night loses all impact when you remember that it was basically a blip on the radar in GoT Season 8.
Simon Strong warning Rhaenyra that Daemon may be disloyal only to inadvertently help heal the rift between them and cement her rule:
TASK FAILED SUCCESSFULLY
Huh? Did you confuse him with the membet of her council Ser Alfred? Simon Strong is not a schemer or traitor...
I’ve watched it a couple times now and I felt the intended emotion every time.
the pace is completely off...
@@TheJaker5 This scene was unearned drivel in an absolute mess of a season
not trying to be a hipster but I thought the finale was great. So many memorable scenes - criston cole very philosophical, this scene for sure, alicent and rhaenyra part 2, all the stuff with the new dragon riders, Aemond getting freaked out by his sister.
Agreed, people just aren’t patient. It’s going to pay off BIG TIME next season. The show is going to become even more massive than it already is
I would've loved the episode had it been the second to last episode. It didn't have the normal semi-action packed, cliff hanger ending, feel that peak GOT and even the first season of HOTD had. I'm glad you enjoyed it though. I'd say it was probably a 6/10 for me. Had it been last weeks episode it would've been an 8.5/9.
There’s literally nothing wrong or “hipster” about this.
2:22 this song geave me goosebumps juste perfect 😌
Why did you call the video the full scene when you're cutting it
Simon Strong had such proud grandfather vibes by the end of this scene. Lol
Daemon saw 8th seaon of GOT and got scared, I can relate to him
That vision def had him acting like he was in an episode of beyond scared straight 😭😭😭
I want a scene with Daemon and Cregan Stark - but I highly doubt that we ever get this meeting
I’m glad they finally put some sense into Daemon cause in the book he was always loyal to her
Which makes this scene pretty ridiculous in my opinion…
No he wasn’t, in the book he was screwing minors and neglecting Rhaenyra
lmfaoo, Alfred Broome just disappearing into the crowd haha
LMAO bro was shitting bricks the moment Rhaenyra showed up
@@DarthSobekus99 lmfaoo frreal, *Homer Simpson into the bushes haha*
This was an incredible scene
All this winter is coming, the darkness and the building up, for it to end in 2 episodes in GOT season 8 and with Arya killing the bad guy (after all, Cersei was much more of a foe than the white walkers.), and Jon's character went down the drain after 8 seasons of character development.
Lord Beasbury, open mouthed shock, didn't see that coming!
This scene is incredible chills every time I watch it 👏🏻
I never doubted him 🥰
I loved!! loved loved how syrax went there to the ceiling like saying "I'm here to drakarys on them just in case"
@@andyv172 yes we get it showpleb you clap for anything
@@pderham26 bro cane out with toxicity for no reason xD
When she sobs and grabbed his hand when he knelt. I wss grinning so hard. She really did love Daemon
Daemon always love rhaenerya ❤
Alfred Broome slinking away lol - traitor…
I think the decision makers (not the writers because common sense dictates theyre not the ones who decides which story is to be) did really made Daemon bad this season , I mean he has a dragon he could be anywhere fast , they just decided Daemon will be on an acid trip 80% of this season.
Daemon rocks, he his house of the dragon
are you fucking kidding me? 6 harrenhall episodes for this????
Good chemistry
Daemon about Rhaenyra : "She's the queen and I'm just lucky to get close to the throne, I'm not worthy, I'm not worthy, but she's taking me home, no damsel in distress, don't need to save her, she's a goddess, I will never try to change her, she know she got my world inside of her palm, but she can have whatever she wants." - Lyrics from the song Kings & Queens
I was just here to witness Ser Simon Strong cheerfully clapping with a mix of joy and relief in the background but they cut the clip before showing him -_-
He deserves more.
