I'm sticking with the semi-metallic pads that I already had because they have a lifetime warranty and are free to exchange. If the dust gets too bad, I'll upgrade to the Powerstop Ceramic pads. I had a stuck caliper bolt that I had to break free and I installed new caliper hardware. My stopping distance has improved greatly and so far no noises or squeaks in the first 1,000 miles.

Flip the Clamp around so the handle is on the backside of the caliper, and you can center it between the pistons so it pushes them back in evenly.
@@callankessner1 that's a good idea.
Thanks bro...
No problem
To confirm - If you’re just doing pads and not rotors, you only have to take off the smaller caliper slide bolts?
Yes that's correct. You just have to undo the slide bolts.
Thanks a bunch man! I was only doing my pads and couldn’t get the 15/16 bolt off no matter how hard I tried. Didn’t have a cheater pipe or long enough breaker bar and was going to give up. Just finished swapping everything out. Thanks again!
