Since I’ve been around the spinning block a couple of times, I did this ride with a +1 on the resistance… Yes, seated 10 and climbed at 11! WooHoo!!! It was awesomely great!!! 😍💜🎉

Been on this channel for about 2yrs now and constantly doing the 45-60mins rides. Had a bit of a wrestling match with C-19 at the end of January and the after effects seriously set my riding back. This was my first real ride back... sweaty AF, heart racing, legs are weak, and my lungs are on fire. But I made it through and in 48hrs, I'll be right back here to do it again, and again, and again... cheers!

I’ve had a rough week with the inability to recover well between lift days. I’m used to 4 lift days and 2 hour long rides with you! Can’t seem to get there this week. This ride was perfect to push out the last of my muscle soreness! Thank you!

First ride since testing Covid positive a week ago. I’ve felt pretty much fine in the last week but thought I best rest a while (although I’ve been doing your strength videos) Still testing positive but I needed to get back on the bike and this was the perfect reintroduction- thank you 😊
