Did you know you can improve the quality of your sleep by using Tapping?

  • This week, I offered a free coaching call on how to use Tapping to improve the quality of your sleep.
    You can access the replay on our website's Free Resources tab.
    There was so much information shared, but one question stands out in my mind right now.
    One participant asked this question:
    “I never want to go to bed. And always go to bed too late. How would you start working on that?”
    To answer his question, we had first to explore a few things. It’s not always about using Tapping right away.
    We discovered he’s a night owl, and trying to go to bed when his body is not ready for sleep makes it hard to fall asleep. A bit of education on how he might be able to shift his circadian rhythm if needed or go to bed when his body clock is ready.
    Then, we can apply Tapping to the resistance that shows up in setting a consistent sleep schedule that matches his body clock.
    This was his feedback after this discussion.
    “so clarifying to realize that, I'll start doing that because trying to go to bed earlier has not worked!”
    Sometimes, education is needed before we can apply Tapping to a specific behaviour.
    Here are some other comments from participants about what they found helpful during the coaching call:
    “Very helpful to know we have to work on the emotions and well-being first and behavior last!”
    “Tapping without words”
    “When you mentioned that I should tap on the FEELINGS I have around menopause instead of specifically the sleep part of it.”
