Tom Jones and Stevie wonder duet is a must.
As well as being epic on his own. Tom has probably dueted with more other big name singers than anyone else ever.
I preferred the Ray CHarles and Stevie Wonder duet though at times it seemed like The Blind leading The Blind.............no disrespect to either of these Superstars...
All good but tom and little richard is a must see.
@@jamestaylor1347 Tom and a good few people is a must see. :D
yup, even seen him do a duet with Aretha Franklin
Stevie paid tribute to his 80 year old friend Tom, sang a few bars of It's Not Unusual on The Voice (on youtube).
He's awesome my mom and dad use to listen to him all the time
I love how he can make you believe that actually happened to him. The emotion in his voice & face is the kicker. He got married at a young age & stayed married to her until her passing. He wasn't faithful to her but claimed only to love her.
One of the best voices EVER
I'm glad you guys like it!!❤ Tom Jones, Elvis Presley and Englebert Humperdink, all 3 of them are very good you should check them out too!❤
And this truly was LIVE....no overdub!
Wow, love you both. I agree 1000 percent, tom Jones, is one of a kind. I'm never going to fall in love again, is a true classic. Really appreciate your good taste in music. You make a beautiful couple. BRAVO!!!
No one can sing like this only Tom can iv been a fan for over 45 yrs
So you really want to treat find Tom Jones and the Art of Noise performing their version of Prince's song kiss. You can thank me later.
YES!! Art Of Noise is another great group too.
Awesome
@@TracyfromNC The correct version of this song is one of the finest pieces of music ever (more on version later). Prince, The Art of Noise and Tom Jones. It is either going to be great or really not. It was WAY beyond great.
I had the CD and lost it. The newer version CD's shortened the song from over 8 minutes to about 3 1/2 minutes. It was horrible. Thank goodness for Ebay I was able to find the original Blue cover version (NOT the pink cover) and get this song back.
No no no he butchered it and it should be struck from the world and never heard again, it was a load of rubbish
Tom has a great voice he's the guy that sings the song it's not unusual that carlton danced to on fresh prince he has a song called she's a lady that y'all should check out and speaking of great singers check out kenny rogers lady and chris cornell cover of nothing compares to you and the righteous brothers you've lost that loving feeling🔥🎶🔥
lionel richie wrote the song 'Lady". (i love to sing lionel richie songs because they are right in my key) (and he has written some beautiful songs)
@@SydHarewood yes he was a great song writer and he wrote lady for kenny rogers sometime in the 80's while lionel was still part of the commodores
Tom Jones - treat her right, not the most amazing song but the video and his behavior is hilarious
And those moves can't be duplicated...
Thomas Jones Woodward, born 1940 in Wales UK, still singing, head judge on The Voice UK, married Linda in the early 1960s...they were still married when she died. So many women wanted him, but he was loyal to her. That's real love. This song was written by Tom's friend Lonnie Donegan, who was also a singer.
Love you two, btw. It's not the "I'm never gonna fall..." that hits me everytime I hear this song, it's that final "please don't make me fall in love again!" that really hits home.
This is the sad side of her cheating, do Delilah for the "other" side.
Yes, a must!
@@terriwilbanks9748 Definitely Delilah! Tom is one of those rare artists whose voice continued to get better as time went on. This is good, but it just gets better and better.
And to think Ronnie that the liberals wanted to ban the playing and crowd singing "Delilah" at start of every Wales home rugby games at Principality Stadium here in Wales🏴This is an Anthem to us Welsh.
'her cheating'. the irony when he's the cheater in real life.
My 13 yo daughter started singing Delilah when she was 3. In Kindergarten she wanted to sing it in the talent show, but I told her that I didn't think they'd allow it because it really wasn't appropriate for an elementary school. 🤣
He’s 80 years old now and is a judge on the voice UK and he still sounds great. There’s a video of him singing ITS A MANS WORLD with Jennifer Hudson.
In 1967 I was 10 years old and my mom was in love with Tom Jones as was every other mom in America.💙😍🍺🍺🍺You might also like to listen to "Green green grass of home" and Delilah!
In 67 I was 8 years old and I can remember this when he was on German TV. He was huge in Germany 😍
In 1967 I was nine and when his tv show came on mom would drop everything to watch on our little black and white tv.
Love your reactions, looking back can be sooooo good.
He's in his 80's now and still sounds great , you should listen to him singing , but i wont crumble when you fall , he did that a few weeks ago on the voice UK look it up he still blows every one away
His concerts were amazing! My mom (RIP) was a HUGE fan. And because of her I got to catch one of his shows in Vegas at the MGM (when he was still doing them). It was crazy good. Long sets, short breaks...my mom was in 7th Heaven. And - no lie- he sounded EXACTLY like he did in this 1967 video - except it was about 35 yrs later! Amazing entertainer with a huge, soulful voice!!
Enjoyed your reaction. 👍
Tom Jones was and still is on a whole different level of cool then most.
"Beautiful voice" - well, he's Welsh. It's a law in Wales to have a beautiful voice. :D
😀😃😀
Mark Orr I'm Scottish and my Nanna always the best choirs are Welsh God bless
@Matthew Snider Of course, your point troll ?
Well they don't have much else. The English have taken so much from them. They can't take their voice.
So I’m just wondering everyone in Wales has a great voice? It’s a law…..???
You must watch the new clip from the voice where he does live, "I won't crumble if you fall." Everyone cried. It's amazing!!!
I am thrilled you have discovered Tom Jones!! I have a list of his work you need to hear, 2007 Festival de vina, (Chile, over 100000 fans) the song “The Reason”
And Tina Turner /Tom Jones medley,1978. TinaTurner “Hot Legs” 2014;.The Voice duet with Sally Barker “walking in Memphis”that’s for a start, enjoy. You two are so cute together.
Saw Tom Jones in concert years ago in the 70s....he split his pants dancing and still kept going! 😳We got a little more of him than we planned...lol! Sir Tom is 80 and his voice is still as smooth as silk!
